  1. Yes, they do know it's underwhelming. I'm positive they're reading this thread. The bonus items are nice, but not something that would really make the deciding factor of picking a certain pledge tier. They need more unique and personalized rewards that are more affordable, they really should work closer with the company in Japan to get more involved.
  2. Instead of worrying, go spread the word about it and/or pledge more $.
  3. I actually think it should make it no problem, 25 days to go, already has around 30%.
  4. White Album 2 Closing Chapter, what a tease to only give us the Introductory Chapter.
  5. I am really disappointed that White Album 2 Closing Chapter is not yet translated, I would love to continue the story. So now I have a dilemma on what VN to start next, so this is where I ask for your help.. Subarashiki Hibi ~Furenzoku Sonzai~ - (http://tlwiki.org/index.php?title=Subarashiki_Hibi) < It states that the translation progress is 100%, but the editing progress is only 98.4%. So what does that really mean, is it completely translated but a small part isn't refined?
  6. Finished introductory chapter to White Album 2, definitely a good VN. One problem with the translation is that the animated scenes do not have any translation, so the vital scene when How can this super important point not be translated? I was so ready to start the next chapter of White Album 2, only to find that it isn't translated either..
  7. What is you opinion/feelings on that the vast majority of VN's are written for the male gender?
  8. I just love how you recommend so many untranslated VN's, and then I'm like "what am I supposed to do with this"... Though I plan to go through your recommendations once again once I learn how to read. Thanks bro.
  9. Katawa Shoujo of course... I cried. I either had the bad or neutral ending for Lilly (she was the first play through), I was happy with leaving her play through like that since it pulled on my emotions.
  10. Sharin No Kuni for sure, one of my favs, or possibly my favorite. I can't decide between G-senjou No Mao and Sharin.
  11. Funny you say that, because after the movie I remembered this scene and was so disappointed. I was thinking that they just destroyed my chance of ever seeing a prequel like movie (without the bad bits). I assume there are other planets like this, because they did destroy a few of them in just that region.
  12. This movie is really solid, I don't think I've come out of the cinema happier. The new actors did a wonderful job and they all integrated with each other nicely. I don't think I've laughed so much in a movie before, and there wasn't a cringe worthy moment in there. So much nostalgia with all the old actors, and I think the send off for one of our favorites was great. What I miss from the prequels was the coruscent like cities (highly advanced technology, bustling with life); the political scenes with the Senate and Jedi Council; and the awesome lightsaber battles with highly skilled warriors. You can tell they're going for the original trilogy style.
  13. It does look good I must say... but I wonder if the constant heavy (exaggerated movement) breathing will seem a bit awkward after a while. When you look at someone irl you don't really notice this exaggerated movement, only after some heavy exercise. It's hard to see in this video because it's very short, but after reading a VN for an hour it might look a bit weird and off putting, but I can't say this for certain.
  14. Thanks again for the good review. Ironstrom, the one who wrote a comment on the review hub, any idea how he is related to the project?
  15. No source, and it sounds way too high of a %. If it is true, It would be easy to see why someone would set the project out of the USA. Similar situation is how people set up their business in Hong Kong so they don't have to pay the high tax rate to the Aussie government.
  16. Hot damn this is bad! Watch the video here: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-china-34592186 These people say their opinion and are pro Sesame Credit! Anyway... regardless of this, a similar thing is already happening in the West. The government already ranks us by score from our social pages and purchases. It's just that the public don't see it, well they do, but not as extreme as Sesame Credit.
  17. Hmm so you wanna do it like an utsuge? Like Titanic or Romeo and Juliet? Shucks, I'm such a sucker for tragedy romances like those. I was crying buckets on Life is Beautiful. Heck yeah! Who doesn't like a good cry? Oh wow, I never even heard of this movie. Thank you. I think my mum would love it, but I dunno if I'd want to watch it with her.. I CRY EVRY TIME
  18. As a German, I find it pretty disturbing that you assume, we can't think about anything else than killing people, lol. Hahaha. I don't think that! What I mean is that the scene is WW2, so obviously the majority of German soldiers are getting rid of the Jews. There would be no story if she fell in love with him, and then he kills her. He's the one who falls in love, and then he has second thoughts on what he's about to do, and then he either escapes with her or they both die or something. Or possibly he dies and then she manages to see it through the war and lives on without him.
  19. I think it has to be the other way around. It's the German soldier who is having other thoughts than killing her. She can love him all she wants but he'll still throw her in the gas chamber.
  20. The way you just explained it doesn't really make me want to try it lol. It just doesn't sound like something I'd like. The Kawakami battle was good, and the true route was great. Other than that, I didn't think it was that good.
