  1. I'm writing this using tab, so if I messed up somewhere forgive me. Finishing Chapter 3, and this time Yumina team must face unusual campaign method from Miko Commitee, shady meeting and brainwashing (Actually more like showing Tsukuyo ability to see the future, but of course it would be very effective method to gain follower that close to the believer). Although the candidate from Miko was Tsukuyo, actually she was more like just figurehead while the true leader of Miko Commitee would be her older twin sister, Youko. By the way, for more trivia don't ever call Youko old or oba-san because she was slightly dislike it. As for the twins history, it was like their parents run some of con that involving religion. Their parents were of course arrested and the twins had hard life until they entered the academy. For more story, Youko was try to follow her parents footstep and hope that she will be successful, while Tsukuyo just follow her sister along. Actually, both of them felt that their way was meaningless, yet both of sisters didn't had enough courage to tell each other until Ayumu interfere. That's all I could understand from their story. For seiyuu info, Youko voice was Sakurai Harumi (Kanemoto Akari from Noble Works, Takamori Haruka from Beat Blade Haruka, Lily from Himegari), and Tsukuyo voice wad Sakata Kayo (Kisaragi Suzu from Ayakashibito, Arashima Honoka from Shinikiss, Inamura Rio from Dracu Riot). For gameplay, okay I'd find out another annoying thing, item limit. Although I didn't tried this, my suggestion would be just store healing item if you go to dungeon at Chapter 3, because I'm sure that I didn't use any of usable item in the dungeon. I think back there I'm more focused to not let any material was discarded because actually it would be your money source (By the way, monster didn't drop money), and you need to update the skill from the store (Or if you want to save money, just identify skill drop from enemy and buy defense skill from store). One more thing, you'll get your chance later if you want to do some grinding. I think that's all for now, and hopefully I managed to write Chapter 4 commentary before June end. PS - By the way, will all of VN Reading Club staff continuing VN Reading Club for July? Just asking here. PPS - Forgot tonsaid, but here we had threesome for sex scene with Ayumu and the twins from Miko Commitee.
  2. Interesting review, and also it's quite interesting that seeing Grisaia character was influenced from Draculius heroines. Anyway, since you didn't add this info, the reason why Libra was same as Draculius was because it had same prodecer (MOKA). In fact at one interview, the man himself admitted that actually he want to make same VN like Draculius. And from your review and the interview, I could see that MOKA was definitely the key member of Libra staff, because I checked Libra writer's work, and I'd find that apparently they (According to VNDB, Libra had 2 writers) still write few VN. Beside, I think those new writers couldn't write so much like Draculius by themselves imo. tldr - MOKA was the reason why Libra is like Draculius, although you may knew this already though. Just want to said it here.
  3. Nice sob story there I guess, Eai. But seriously, from your complain here I could only see that you tried too hard to make everything right in either this forum or chat. For frogstat, I didn't knew why he said you're hopeless there, but at least I knew it's his right to use Japanese in English chat room, like it or not. But if you dislike his insult to you, then I couldn't said about it here, and therefore I'll leave this matter to you. Oh, and from what I heard weaboo was what you call an insult to some people, and apparently frogstat was insulted by that. For your second story, to me it sounds like you didn't involved in 'useless debate' in the first place. But apparently you sense of justice want to stop this, so you tried to stop the debate. Okay, even if I understand your reasoning, but if you didn't like the debate, you could actually just leave the chat room and ignore the debate. Beside, it's not like you knew the people who got insulted by velo personally anyway (Or if you knew, that I also understand why you did that to velo). For last point, let's just said that you really dislike arguing, but from back at 2 locked thread and your post as Aei in Walkure Romanze, I couldn't see that from you. Back in nukige forum, if you really only jokingly said that in regard of nukige, personally you really didn't need to write many reply to the posts there that show you insisting that your point was true (To be honest, the argument there was like in circle, some user tried to show the fact, and you said it's not right). You also made a thread about people insecurities about sex in VN as the aftermath from first locked thread (Which made mod Kaguya hid 15 posts), and you also had debate with one user back at Walkure Romanze thread (Which actually blew you cover in regard that you dislike sex scene in VN). Okay, I didn't really need your defense in regard of those, but what I want to said is that if you dislike arguing, my suggestion here would be just stop your argument instead of keep trying to depend yourself (And if you said it's hard to stop arguing if one party not willing to stop, you just need to stop your arguing by yourself ie didn't need to reply to many posts since actually if you involving in arguing, you also the party in arguing). As the last word, I entered Fuwanovel and had my first post here in regard of Soukoku no Arterial tips here. Okay, I understand your point that you want to contribute something to Fuwanovel here. Therefore, I would suggest you better just take it easy here instead of keep righting the wrong thing to you here. Sorry if you dislike my post here, but I really want to write about this since yesterday.
  4. True. In fact back when I was in college, I'd always choose to use stairs even though there was an elevator there because of waiting time. Next person, how about willingly to play Flyable Heart using machine translated patch (The translation was very awful) and already knew about this fact (In fact, I'd already knew about this and I'm still willing to play this). Just said true or false, no debate here.
  5. From Clephad recommendation above, only Koisuru Natsu no Last Resort that was translated (You already finished this). Otherwise, the rest of them was untranslated. And if you want for more recommendation based from your title, judging from your list maybe either Shuffle or Da Capo and the sequel would be good if you really like light VN. Or if you want more, I think I should recommended ToHeart 2 here. And if you in the mood for reading some Japanese one, maybe Flyable Heart. Hope my recommendation here help. PS - Just checking your VNDB, and let me said welcome to Fuwanovel, NowItsAngeTime or if using your old name it would be superange128. I like your VN List and Best VN Character list back at Top 10 List in Gamefaqs. Thanks to promote VN at there, and look forward to your contribution here (Or if you just want to play around here, that's okay too).
  6. Maybe Imouto Paradise and Eiyuu Senki. While the former was still nukige to me, at least from Rio and Aya route it show some potential to be normal charage (It helped that the staff probably allocate main writer to those 2 routes imo), and for Eiyuu Senki while I just expected some kind of genderbent historical figure harem plotless game, the story ie plot was surprisingly quite interesting, especially in middle game and end game which managed to get my attention here. PS - Just check VNDB, and find out that Eiyuu Senki writer was same people as Kichikuou Rance, TORI (No wonder Eiyuu Senki end game remind me of Kichikuou Rance. Oh, and she was also had most of Rance series as her resume, including famous Sengoku Rance). PPS - Now that I remembered that I also had same case with Shuffle. In fact I was kind of expect it would be almost all sex when I played Shuffle (Couldn't be helped here, considering I just finished Shera My Witch back there). And I'd find Shuffle was quite funny and had less sex scene, so it's quite good to me. Also with Kira Kira, when let's just said the normal end wasn't that I was expected.
  7. Well, enough about voice debate here (If you still want to discuss it, go ahead). But for my input here in regard of Rooke's solution, I remember Mangagamer did that in the past, when they decided to released Koihime Musou and Kara no Shoujo unvoiced. As for fan reaction, let's just said it was quite colorful from what I remember. Of course if Frontwing and Sekai decided to remove the voice here, I'm sure that they'll be more infamous and controversial. Fan, of course will be rant more if Sekai remove the voice and sold it with the beginning price (40, although right now it was around 15-16). Okay, as for my comment in regard of price itself, I think at least it was quite fair since it was involved some of famous eroge seiyuu (Kawashima Rino and Taguchi Hiroko was 2 of them). And because involvement of famous eroge seiyuu, I could said that apparently this should be affected the production cost and licensing cost for Meikyuu itself. So, I think compared to Japanese price, 40 was quite alright I guess censored or not. And for complainer, why did you review Meikyuu at Steam in the first place anyway if you want to complain too expensive or lack of H Content (Steam was obviously not pirating site, and it was also had policy in regard of censoring sex scene), although obviously we still didn't had better place to review this other than Steam for now though. Just want to say it here.
  8. My comment about this? Well, at least Steam said it was only need 5 GB HDD, so it's a plus I guess (It's still quite big though). For more serious comment, I think while I didn't look forward to this too much, at least I knew that (Beware spoiler below) As for sequel commentary, if you want to established it as sequel here, then I could also said that Sharin FD was the sequel to Sharin no Kuni (And of course I also could treated this as FD only). Especially with many after story involving sex scene from the review I'd read. And since sonce again some people said Grisaia was Sharin like, I think this game was actually Frontwing answer to Sharin FD. As for nonexistent harem route, while I kind of slightly dislike it, actually it's also showed us that they probably only planning making Grisaia as charage (And if they really considering make it as trilogy in the first place, they could did the same thing as Sharin actually. Of course, Frontwing realized that later and make it to the anime instead (Yuuji solved all the girls problem)), but because of the meddling from higher up, they decided to make it trilogy. Although guess this is my biased opinion here though. For more opinion, I would agree with Dergonu here that Kajitsu was quite complete here, especially of how Yuuji finally settle with his past by together with one of 5 heroines, Although I give many critic to Meikyuu here, as for the opening actually it was quite nostalgic because it reminds me back when my roommate always played this and I'd think it was quite catchy. For my last word, I think if some of you want to play Meikyuu, go ahead because even though I didn't too excited by this, it's still the good games and of course more translated VN was always welcome here.
  9. I'd also read the top review from Steam, and frankly I was like huh, really? Is the reviewer really only seeing the boobs by pressing skip for like 12 or so minutes (I didn't knew if he was still playing when he was offline though). Anyway, although I said I'm looking forward from back when it was crowfund, after I'm looking back at the engine, I'm not so sure about it. For the translation itself, since personally I'm not that fluent in English or Japanese, I think it was serviceable enough (Even if it's not I didn't care, as long as it's readable). But at least I knew that some people out there should work on the engine itself. I'd found 3 problem with the engine. I'll tell my problem with this game engine below. First, we must use Steam to play this (Maybe this is not a problem, but I would like if we didn't need Steam to play this in the future. If we need Steam, guess it couldn't be helped here). Second, we must click twice for advancing to next line and after the first click the voice will be cut off (At least I didn't need to worry about voiceless version here). I knew that we could use option let the voice continue, but this also bring some annoyance here, namely when we click to the next line, if there was a character speaking and next line also speaking, we'll heard 2 voices because the spoken line from previous line wasn't cut off. Third, I'm like WTF when instead I should be able to use mouse wheel to see the backlog, I must use menu backlog to open it. This is definitely very major problem here, especially when some old VN like Tsukihime and Never7 made us must had mouse wheels to see backlog (To made it more jarring, both of mentioned game was made in 2000, while ChuSingura was made at 2013). Although maybe it was only my problem here, but is anyone else here had same problem as mine? As for story, I think I didn't had complain here although it's more like MC was trying to change the history but failed. From the review that I read, each chapter was supposed to represent one heroine, and looks like this chapter will be represented by Kuranosuke, who could became child form when she was like fooling around and grown up form when she decided to be very serious. Oh, she was also MILF here and she was like the lord of the village when MC was stuck in the past. By the way, even though it was only trial version it was still quite meaty in term of content (Since I must using Steam to play it, it show that I'd play this for around 2 hours, and keep in mind I'd skipped the dialogue mostly here. So once again the trial was quite long here). For the advice, I think I could only said that whoever in charge of engine better fix the VN engine itself if they want to release all of 5 chapters. And hopefully for some member here they also should fix the translation itself. PS -To answer VirginSmasher here, right now I think if they managed to release this with at least decent translation but with buggy engine, I would like to think that while they did Kickstarter, they suddenly got funded (According to rumor) and so they abandoned their Kickstarter imo. Well, it's still failed anyway (Their Kickstarter of course). PPS - By the way, the demo size wasn't 1.3 GB, but around 3.6 GB, making this game had the biggest demo size (Now Tokyo Babel was at 2nd biggest demo for more useless trivia here).
  10. Okay, few hours earlier I saw this. My though here would be is JAPAN found 15 people who had 10,000 each and ask them to donate it to them lol. Okay, for serious comment here guess the rumor it was funded was true, if we look from lack of update from back at May 9th. It could mean either the company give up or didn't really need to campaign anymore now that I think about it. As for this release, at least this time they showed translation example, so everyone should at least knew that JAPAN didn't lying or be a conman here. But their still lack in communication ie didn't tell that this is only demo, because the title of free games could be misleading (Obviously I'll very happy if all 5 chapters here would be freely available at Steam right now, because I didn't need to wait several days to download it from somewhere else of course. Oh well). And if it's in Steam Store already, I think it'll be released in near future. As for the game itself, the premise should be obvious ie 47 samurai was committed suicide back at one of famous incident in Japan, and here we'll had gender bent samurai (Just think of Eiyuu Senki or Koihime Musou if you didn't understand it). Other info would be this game was had all star eroge seiyuu, just like back at Eiyuu Senki and this game was released as doujin first. As for the H-Content cut, actually this time it was quite reasonable imo, because at least they didn't do Moenovel fatal mistake (Cut H-Scene for the first time in PC International release) ie they already did that for PSV port. Also, if Conjueror said the H-Scenes wasn't that important, maybe we'll not loss much here (Although maybe some people here like H-Scenes though). Well, to be honest, back at the campaign I look forward to this, but they promoted mobage first which didn't had voice and obviously more leaning toward dating sims instead of VN (Also it was funded very little). And for the translation once again I didn't had much complain here, although maybe JAPAN should considered some physical copy though now that they decided to be serious here (Hey, opening Steam store and preparing demo should mean that they getting serious, right). Anyway, right now I'm downloading the demo, and from some review that I read apparently Chapter 1 was quite meaty and just beginning of the story (Like Onikakaushi in Higurashi). The demo was quite big in size (1.3 GB, 2nd biggest demo after Tokyo Babel which reached 2.1 GB).
  11. Oh, hello there. As for your activity, hope to see you more here. Anyway, welcome to Fuwanovel and hope you enjoy yourself here. PS - So many new member here, not that I mind though. PPS - Nice Kotori avatar by the way.
  12. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and hope you enjoyed your stay here. As for your review, good luck and by the way I think your Youtube channel still hadn't something interesting yet, but hopefully it will in the future. As for lurker activity, before being active here I'm one of lurker too. Hope I see you more here, and if you need some recommendation, just ask us here.
  13. Late to reply this, but I think it's not years if you complained about solitary thread in one section, because I remember that around April I still saw some thread in that section. Just want to nitpicking here. Anyway, nice description to new section, mod. Yo dawg meme there lol.
  14. Welcome, and your avatar well, just like DarkZedge said here. I knew you like Maou from G-Senjou, but maybe you could change your avatar so you'll no mistaken as kingdomcome who also had same avatar as you (Well, he was more blurred though, but still). Anyway, as your project we still didn't knew what it is, but good luck nevertheless to recruit staff for your project here.
  15. Happy 21st birthday, @Nimbus and hope you had your upcoming year well, even though it's maybe still early in your country though. And thanks for your VN Reading Club activity here, together with other 4 members here. PS - Just checked it, and happy birthday to you too, @SupremeTentacle. Keep up your good work on translation, and thanks for your big progress recently here.
  16. Welcome to the forum, and hope you enjoyed yourself here (I knew this is cliche word, but whatever). As for recommendation, I think some members above already recommended some good VN, but if I may add maybe Cross Channel (Psychological problem), Grisaia no Kajitsu (Psychological problem), Umineko (Horror and mostly mystery), and maybe also Sekien no Inganock. As for otome, did you play Ozmafia? If not yet, then I'll recommended it to you. And last recommendation from me would be Animamundi, which is old VN translated back at 2006. The VN itself may not had much romance (By the way, it's more shounen ai ie BL), but it was had some horror element if you interested. Hope my recommendation helpful to you, and once again welcome to Fuwanovel here.
  17. Well, I knew command prompt by the way. But at least I also knew your step to locate Comyu save file was too complicated if we must using command prompt, Valmore (Beside I knew the solution anyway).
  18. Just had sudden thought to post it here (Maybe some member already posted it in the past), but sometimes I leave Youtube tab on my browser open and Youtube automatically played this. Quite catchy if I said. Here's Quantum Jump Full Version from Marika (Furureba VN opening song).
  19. How about bakso here (Called meatball in English), which Obama said it was one of his favorite childhood food when he came to Indonesia. And for one more food, here's mie ayam (For description, we had noodle with some chicken and vegetable on top of the noodle, and we usually eat it with clear broth). I think if I found some good image, I'll post more here. Oh, and by the way for more trivia both of those food were street foods here.
  20. I see. Nice top three by the way, and thanks for your reply earlier. Since you talked about your favorite VN here, if Haruka wasn't your taste, maybe Ayakashibito and Tokyo Babel would be good for you. The reason I recommended those because the writer of those 2 games was the same as assistant writer for Princess Waltz, Higashide Yuuichirou. And speaking about VN writer, since you mentioned Remember11, maybe I/O and Root Double could be good if you interested because those 2 games had same director as Remember11 writer, Nakazawa Takumi. But if you already play those that's okay though. Other than want to post recommendation here, I think I didn't had any question. And hope you could try my recommendation above.
  21. Let me try answer your question here. For Aselia, actually JAST and Steam version was come from fan translated version. For a little history lesson, according to VNDB it was already translated back at 2010 and from there they decided to work together with JAST in order to get it officially released. And the rest is history. In regard of the reason why they translated all age version, I believed it's more likely in regard of the all age version that they translated was had more polished interface and had new content compared to 18+ version before instead of loli issues (Actually, the Steam version was PS2 to PC port of Eien no Aselia, while Xuse was just managed to add PS2 port version the H-Scenes after the translation was finished). As what you missed in all age version, it was some H-Scenes and the evil route when MC was raping all of the spirit. Other than that, maybe sanahtlig here could explain more. I think it was very possible if you play Seinarukana without playing Aselia first, and in fact if you didn't had enough time might as well did that. Although if you played Aselia you may realized some connection in regard of one character at Seinarukana though (Once again if you really want to support Seinarukana, just support it and I think there's enough spoiler if you search enough on internet regarding the connection between Aselia and Seinarukana). Hope my answer here was helpful to you.
  22. Okay, congratulations on your 1000th post here, Novel21. As for question, ever you read any VN with machine translation ie using ATLAS or text hooker? If yes, maybe I could recommended a VN that better than Princess Waltz imo. If now, well that's okay too. Oh, and if you willing to read many sex scene, maybe I could recommended Beat Blade Haruka here. Anyway, once again congratulations here and hope we could meet each other here more often.
  23. I see. So the problem was from Steam, eh. To be honest I'd rarely use Steam, so this is my first time to hear about cloud saving feature. Anyway, to OP if after you delete your save file and did kilicool64 suggestion before delete save file, and your old save file still exist, well I couldn't help you. Sorry if I didn't could help you earlier, but hopefully your problem was solved here.
  24. Looks like all of the reply above didn't give the exact location there, so I'll give the exact location. Anyway, if your OS was Windows 7, Comyu save location should be at Documents folder. If you checked Documents folder and you already played Comyu, there's should be a folder with name 暁WORKS. Delete the folder to clear your Comyu save data. Maybe bigfatround0 already give the solution back at reddit, but I'll post this just in case some other member here didn't knew where's Comyu save data location. Hope this help if you still didn't know. PS - My OS was Windows 7. I didn't knew about Windows 8 or 10 though, but if your OS was 8 or 10, maybe you could search the computer using keyword I gave earlier (暁WORKS) to locate save file.
  25. For nitpicking first, what's with the title (I mean histories). And yet the content was too different from the title. Oh well. Anyway, as forthe for recommendation, I searched at VNDB and it gives many result so I'll divided it based on your wish. For villainous heroine, Saya no Uta should be good. Maybe I/O and Rewrite would be good for you too. Yandere heroine, how about Duel Savior, Fate Stay Night, and Tsukihime here. Although the VNs here may overlap with villainous heroine tag at VNDB. For heroine with psychological problem, maybe Sharin and Grisaia no Kajitsu would be good for you. Okay, I think all of those VN was actually well known one, and if I may ask did you play those VN. If yes, then could you make the VNDB list to made it easier to give recommendation. And if you still didn't play those VN, had fun for playing those VN. Hope my post here helpful.
