If these people are serious, i dont think we need to look into banning anime.
I think we need to look into preventing these people from breeding so that we dont end up with more people with an iQ of less than 10.

I know a few people with a negative IQ. Or at least I'd like to think so. They are just so ignorant and stupid that they even think scientific papers are wrong because it doesn't follow their beliefs.

It turns out I left my mic on for hours yesterday, and it recorded all of my lonesome shenanigans... After editing out some things that are too embarrassing and the plentiful (I swear) silent moments, this is what we are left with.
A word of warning, I've read aloud a bunch of random posts on the forum. Something I tend to do, especially during serious discussions. My apologies if anyone is offended, but those are purely for humoristic purposes.

Mods base their judgement regarding how retarded something is and wether it provides some sort of justification to exist, or at the very least if it's funny enough to exist, something that didn't happen with that thread, and also doesn't exist with this one, hence it's getting locked as well, and I'm sure you guys have enough common sense to realize why since you seem to be so keen on trolling the forum, so I hope it doesn't appear again either, and if it does, I guess we'll have to take more drastic measures.

Mostly because a lot of people would get annoyed when you turn up the volume for the entire day.
 
I dont live alone in the house, and not everyone and his dog in the street need to know what i am listning to, So i jst got myself a decent pair of headphones that i can wear all day.
I even threw away my speakers because i always wear a headphone.
 
Headphones are also much better than speakers when you game, simply because the dampen any other sounds. (like the sound of you graphic card)

just finished all routes and i have to say i had a lot of fun reading it.
 
Ritsuko is definitly my best girl though, and i kind of missed a harem route.... where is one when you need it.

And the new girsia was a very pleasant suprize, nothing special but the pacing has made leeps and bounds since the first season.

And we just have a new patch that has translated the realta nua version of the game. (wich is an all ages game so it does away with the H stuff and replaces it by something else)

Just got back from the Sekai Project panel at Sakura-Con (well... and the VN novel panel that ran for a couple hours afterwards), and thought I'd dump my notes here (although it seems I'm much too slow to beat Anime News Network's summary... oh well)
 
New game announcements:
- November Boy is a Boys Love VN about a stalker. Not really my thing, but maybe it's yours. They're claiming it's a really compelling story, so I guess there's that.
- I'm not really sure how this counts as an announcement, since they have had it out on Early Access on Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/app/340730/) for a while apparently, but they "announced" Sunrider Academy. It's the sequel of Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius, which Sekai Project published last July, but unlike the first game, the sequel is a full-on dating sim.
- Machina of the Planet Tree -Planet Ruler- is a JRPG. Apparently they are already in the editing phase. Didn't get a lot of details about the gameplay. Watch their Twitter and Facebook for further details on this one.
 
It's interesting to see the variety here, since I at least had the impression that most of their credits were straight-up visual novels or kinetic novels, up to this point.
 
Other interesting random announcement:
- They're bringing Isuna Hasekura of Spice and Wolf fame to Anime Expo (utilizing the World End Economica connection). Kinda cool.
 
They only gave vague assurances otherwise about in-progress projects:
- WEE Episode 2 is coming "really really soon".
- Fault Milestone 2 is coming out in Q3 of 2015. I hadn't even heard of this series before (apparently it's basically a doujinshi?), but they were praising it to the roof, so I might have to give it a try...
- WAS is still in progress because of the work being done on the extra scenario that was funded as part of the Kickstarter (apparently it is quite substantial). Nothing even remotely approaching a release date was given, though I did separately get assurances from them that there will at least be a Kickstarter announcement coming soon.
- Clannad is "still on target"
- Fruit of Grisaia will be out "by the end of this month"
- Ame no Marginal is coming out "in a bit". Still in translation.

I know I'm a little late to the party, but I recently got into VNs and wanted to give this one a shot. I've gathered that this particular VN is a bit of a problem case to many people, but after reading every problem and solution I can find, nothing I do seems to solve mine.

What did you already try? I've tried redownloading the torrent, redownloading Daemon Lite (Which I am using, not any other mounting platform), Changing the folder I have the game in off of read only (side note: for some reason, every time I go into properties the box is ticked again, even after I apply the changes), changing the virtual drive from E: to F:, restarting my computer, offering sacrifices to the gods, and smashing my face against the keyboard. So far only the last one has made any significant changes, by making me feel better. I'm using 7Zip if that's relevant.

TV Tokyo has made a last minute call to take Gintama° off the broadcast schedule. After making some observations in preparation to the launch of the new series, they have discovered another episiode which attempts to parody public officials. As they have warned Sunrise about this in the past, TV Tokyo will not allow the series to continue on their channel and the Gintama anime will never have a continuation. As a replacement, TV Tokyo will instead be airing a sequel to Mars of Destruction in its time slot.

you are right in a sense, that is why i do make sure to buy the occasional boxed set to support the industry.
(so long as it is avaiable for a reasonable price and without the batshit stupid shipping costs i so foten see, so it has to come from within europe)
 
This does not make it legal, nor does it make it neccesary right, but it does not make a a problem either.

(funny how the game industry moved along with time much faster than any other industry and that the music industry is still wanting to deny reality)
