Thanks for the kind words! The demo actually does have some exclusive content (the very first scene, as well as the chibi stuff, although the first scene might be included in the full game from the extras menu or something.)
Regarding HRP, we're still working on it, but it's mostly a matter of real-life issues causing a lot of delays and stuff. When we ran the Kickstarter most of us were in college or in one case even high school, so our availability has changed a lot since then. Most of us who have been working on other projects too are ones who do VN stuff full-time as a career (for instance, my day job is working for everyone's favorite localizer, Sekai Project) while some other members are doing dumb, boring stuff like medical research to cure cancer. Also, we were bad at estimating and planning schedules back then, so we dramatically underestimated how much time it would take (for most of us, HRP was our first ever project). So basically, we're still working on it at the same time as our other games, it's just taking longer than initially expected.

That's true but he also mentioned that he will attend Otakon this year.
Obviously that doesn’t necessarily mean that there will be an announcement involving him, but I would not rule out the possibility. In any case I am rooting for an Evolimit announcement, or something along those lines.
(I am still hoping for a Bradyon Veda translation someday...)

I don't know any Japanese, but I didn't find anything about the original's fan translation bad or egregious. I love the original YU-NO's art style far more than the remake's, so I'm inclined to prefer the original release, but the remake might improve the game in other ways (especially some really obtuse gameplay systems), so I can't say whether the remake is better or worse for sure. As for the ero, they're short-as-hell scenes that have no merit except some really hot art. There's practically no story significance to them whatsoever. So it's a small loss if you wanted to see sex, but practically negligible if you are in it just for the story.

There is a lot of content added by the Noah release, mostly, it adds route for every heroine, whereas the main game is pretty linear and has only 2 main endings and a bunch of bad ends.
 
Regarding the chaos;child VN, i was pretty impressed so far by the anime, and since there's a chance we're getting C;C, i'm happily waiting for it.
As for the releases of chaos;chiild, they are the same, PC or console version. 

I'm not actually all that big on Steins;Gate 0's translation. It was okay, about your average official VN TL really, but pretty clearly inferior to the original's. 
The fan group Committee of Zero say they're going to translate Noah. It seems they found a translator for that and will start soon, if they haven't already. Of course, Child is almost certainly going to release first, so if you don't want to wait for that, then reading normal C;H is the best you'll get. Current progress is 54/364 edited scripts. No update on the 3-4 untranslated scripts as of yet.

Yeah, I've just rearranged the text to fix the text going out of the textbox and the words cut halfway and I don't think my english level is good enough for me to be able to correct grammatical errors and to rephrase correctly everything so I think I'll leave it to you 2KE1 ^^'

You asked on reddit for the files that are still missing translation.
The following files are missing in the completed folder (but are in the decrypted folder).
020700.scn, 140605.scn, 140606.scn, 320200b.scn, 360400.scn, 450201.scn
So I guess they still need translation. But the last two files already are in English. So I don't know what is up with that.
 

I'll play the game and if I like it, I 'll most likely translate the 6 scripts.

Dark Eye Translations has been working on Kurukuru Fanatic and announced today to cancel further work on the title.
But he uploaded his progress so far here:
According to his information the title has been completely translated and he was in the stage of editing. (With editing about 10% done.)
With zero experience in VN translations it looks like there are still some files (6 out of 364) that need translation, but still it would be sad to see this project die so close to the finishing line. Maybe trough increased exposure this project can find someone to still complete it.

Just as a correction. Gare(jei) translated Himawari together with Conjueror.

I remember a podcast where part of the translation team mentioned that the patch would probably add an ingame (menu) option to turn on or off the H-content. I guess that would be like the FSN Realta Nua patch then. But obviously the patch was not finalized at that time so who knows if they actually implemented it that way.

Besides that I think there is a chance that the patch for Alternative would take less time than the one for Extra/Unlimited simply due to the fact, that the team had work to do on Alternative after they finished the first game, and I guess the patch for the first game took a bit of backseat in comparison. But that is obviously just my guess.

That much is obvious. The Kickstarter says "And friends, there will also be a Denpasoft version of the game distributed exclusively by Nutaku!". So obvious they must have negotiated something, because otherwise the VN would also be released on Denpasoft. And those kind of exclusive distribution rights normally cost money, because SP has no advantage in not putting the game also on Denpasoft. I can only guess but maybe Nutaku wants some exclusive titles to promote their envisioned Steam for adult games. I could see that happen again in the future if they are serious about their platform, but I guess those kinds of deals are difficult to make with Mangagamer and JAST because their adult stores are more core to their businesses.
Generally the idea of making a kickstarter for the sake of financing physical merchandise is a good one. There are people looking for those physical editions and goods, and this is good way to provide them without financial risk for Sekai Project. Also it's good promotion for the VN.

Nah, I didn't even find out about the /v/ thread until after it was archived.  I only really brought it up in the first place because I was surprised people there cared/were interested enough for there to be a 500+ post thread about it.
As I said to someone else on Twitter, I of course take everything on 4chan with a heaping pile of salt, but at the same time it is part of my job to monitor community feedback, so I felt obligated to at least give it a skim.

The 2015 fantasy/mystery doujin VN was announced today by Fruitbat Factory is going to be translated by Conjueror. (But this is not "the" long awaited secret project.)

All in all I would say it looks rather nice, and story so far sounds interesting enough. Depending on the price, I will give this a try.

I was so naive to think that the question "What does Sekai Project do really well?" would be followed up with the question "What does Sekai Project do really badly?".... 
That would maybe lend to more balanced feedback.

I'm hoping for Akabeisoft2 or Light, lol.

I know it's been a while since the video been posted, but since no one responded I wanted to write a few lines.
After watching the first hour my hype for Tokyo Necro has definitely increased further. While zombies are not really my favorite theme, the setting and the atmosphere manages to capture my interest no problem. Half ruined Tokyo only kept alive with those hot pipes, while the world outside sinks in snow is an interesting backdrop. But even the hotel of the first scene managed to bring a unique (and memorable) style with Balinese inspired interior. I also liked the protagonist duo and the distinct way they are portrayed in the prologue. Those ingame rendered cut scenes are also quite interesting. While they don't look as pretty as drawn CGs, they obviously bring a lot more dynamic and action to the table. (Like cut scenes in other videogames basically.) The combination of both certainly is promising. I would say Tokyo Necro leaves a pretty good first impression.
As for your work, I am certainly not the most qualified to give an opinion since my understanding of Japanese very minimal at best and English is not my native language, but as far as I am concerned it looks pretty good. Sure there are some errors and typos here and there but that is to be expected without and editor, and everything was perfectly readable and understandable. My biggest complain would probably be the orange highlighted text. While I liked the color, those passages been somewhat blurry and harder to read, but I don't know if that is a problem with the Video (processing) or maybe even a problem on my end.
I hope you are still motivated for your project, because I would love to read the whole think one day. =)
 

To be honest, I'm not capable of understanding the obsession with de-censoring.  This is mostly because ero isn't a priority issue for me, though I do have my fetishes. 
Also, even if they partnered with Giga, that would just mean we would see maybe one Baldr game ten years from now...

Which is ridiculous, because this game is actually quite great. The VN community is so utterly enamored with the elite set of action chuuni titles that get hyped to hell and back that any title in the same genre that isn't part of that group just gets ignored completely, especially if it's all-ages. The age rating is completely irrelevant to this title, though. It doesn't feel like it lacks maturity in any way, nor does it feel like it ever glosses over any important events. Everything just works, nothing is lacking. 
Oh well, this is how the VN fanbase has always been. I've been expecting this the whole time, while really hoping I was wrong.
