Here @Nekolover I'll give you another case that happened in Japan so you can understand the mindset of artists over there. No Game No Life is quite unique because it's still being published. Usually you wouldn't get away with this.
The manga Prism was canceled due to tracing.
What happened was that the artist literally took actual photos and drew on top of them in order to make his illustrations, like so:
When a publisher sees this, it's telling them that their staff is literally drawing over someone else's work without crediting it, and that could breach copyright laws, which spells bad business for the company. If you didn't know, drawings and photos are copyright protected, and if you trace over someone else's photo, that could mean a breach in said protection, which is why people don't do it.
As far as the morality of it goes. If you're not asking for permission and/or not crediting the original source, it essentially equates to you saying you drew something you did not. For example, I could make a painting of a certain scenery, but I can't say I created that scenery myself, that would be decieving people, and that's why it's wrong.
I don't know if you've ever been to college, but in college it is illegal to write someone else's words in your essays without crediting them. If you're found out doing so, the college will literally call the police on you and you will get kicked out of college, no joke. Similarly, if you check any book on any kind of study, there's ALWAYS a list of sources at the end, because people can't claim to have come up with everything just like that.
Tracing is exactly the same thing: doing something yourself but using someone else's works as a foundation without any form of credit. That's why most people think it's wrong.

You're good at being angry and pissing people off, which is fun in its own way, but if you added some weird assumptions about UFOs or out-there opinions like hating sex so much you would prefer for everyone to be born in artificial wombs, it would be more entertaining. Obviously this depends on what type of entertainer you want to be, but if you're funnier, the mods will like you more and you won't get banned as fast.

I am simultaneously the Smash Bros. sandbag and a dakimakura. It's kind of like the Copenhagen interpretation, but a lot less confusing.

It's actually a hard question because I haven't thought about it like that. Funloving is good and so is long red hair. Strong willed is also nice.

If I say yes now, then it will be a tie, which pretty much says it all.
I think that sounds like a reasonable solution. It can toggle between the two versions by just changing one line and it can even be set in options if you like. It's technically easy to do. The real question is if a H scene is skipped, will the reader notice that the scene is missing? That's a text/script issue, not a technical issue.

    Under development by EggDev.
    Synopsis
Satan has urgent matters to attend to and must leave Hell!
He is unsure that the demons will properly live up to his expectations in his absence and be able to truly represent what Hell is. To remedy the situation he decides to issue a true test of demonic will power.
    The Chaos Championship
An all out competition between the three highest ranking demons in Hell to see who can destroy and spread what Satan will deem as true Chaos. The victor is offered their very own circle of Hell to rule over. An entire domain personalized to their tastes, no request too large!
Faced with this irresistible offer, Jaya, Meridia and Kijo agree to undertake the challenge in order to prove which one of them is the greatest demon in all of Hell.

    The Demons

    Meridia
Resident bookworm and owner of the nicest hair in all of Hell. A stern believer in rules and an aspiring writer. (Rumor has it her books aren't very good) Her ghostly companion follows her wherever she goes and tries to keep her safe. (Emphasis on tries.)
She decides that using demons is the best way to win the Chaos Championship. What better way to raise Hell than using Hell itself?
    Sprite

Jaya - (PROMO ART COMING SOON)
Brash and difficult to handle, Jaya acts before she thinks and has a huge appetite. Physically the strongest of all demons and she is usually seen bragging about it.
She decides to invade Heaven in an attempt to win the Chaos Championship.
    Sprite

    Kijo
The demon with the split personality. Incredibly lazy and always wanting to sleep. Everything is too much of a hassle and she has a difficult time controlling her sudden personality flips.
Ends up drawing the short straw and has to go to Earth in order to attempt to win the Chaos Championship.
    Sprite

    Other Characters Coming Soon!

    The EggDev Team
We are a married couple that has dabbled in gamedev before. One day we decided to actually devote to it when we were able to afford a sandwich from our old crappy flash games.
    Gauzra
In charge of all the writing/music and actual programming of the game. Fortunately I've got a bit of experience with audio and music and have worked in IT, giving me a somewhat rounded skill set.
    Zombzilla
The in house artist. Been drawing since she was about 12 or 13 years old. Huge work load on her for all art assets but we are progressing at a rapid pace. Additionally responsible for ghost writing and catching any mistakes I make. (There are a lot of them.)

We are planning on completing an 18+ version and a SFW version that will be hopefully releasable on Steam. There is also the possibility of taking our idea to kickstarter but there are no solid plans for that in place yet. At least not until we have more completed CG's and are further along production.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!

Welcome! I'll be your Fuwanovel guide for today. If you look to your right you'll see thunderstorms, volcanic activity and much environmental turbulence going on, you'll also see a bunch of people arguing with each other as the lava flow and lightning strikes quickly close in. And oh look, someone's thrown a shoe. If you look to your left, you'll see a bunch of people getting drunk and being merry in many incomprehensible ways. While on a cruise ship. That's sinking slowly. This concludes this very brief but unforgettable tour. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask @Eclipsed
    Enjoy your stay

I think sending your work to a big company, especially the Japanese ones would be like writing a movie script and send it to somebody in Hollywood thinking it will be the next big movie. Odds are that lots of loons does that and even if your script is good, it will drown in the stack nobody wants to read.

Another important reason to not just send it is for all you know, they publish it like they did it themselves and then you could sue, but you have to proof that despite no releases or anything that you made it and they didn't even though they release VNs all the time. Tricky case to win is an understatement if you didn't do anything to protect your work. Sadly it happens from time to time with books and book publishers. I'm not actually sure what to do to protect yourself, but just sending the entire text without getting them to sign anything first is not the way to do it if you plan on getting money out of it.

If your script is simple, you might be able to learn how to program it yourself. If you just use a simple subset of commands, like display text/dialogue, display choices and jump based on choice, then you can actually get quite far. If you add a placeholder png file for each background/sprite, then you could also insert those. Add bgm controls (possibly with placeholders as well) and you have a VN without the need for a programmer.

Example of what it takes to start making a simple VN (from Ren'Py's quickstart guide)
If you do it yourself, you should consider the engine carefully. It should be as easy to code as this example (if you do it yourself) and you should like how it will display the VN when you use it.

BTW, in case it interests anyone, the idea that unqualified people shouldn’t discuss various things is something which is brought up as a downside to democracy itself. 37 million people voted in the Brexit elections, and while they live in that place and the decision ultimately affects them, how many of them actually know the impacts of such a decision? And no, ‘living there’ doesn’t automatically grant you magical insight everyone else doesn’t have. People like to say that because you live there, you should have a say how things are run. I find this an acceptable argument ... as long as those people know how things are run, and actually know what they're voting for. Otherwise I question why this automatic right is even a thing.
So if millions of those people are too unknowledgeable to know the impacts, why are they qualified to dictate Government policy through their ignorance? Because they live there? What a quality and well-thought out reason. Consider Joe Doe down the road who voted based on a pack of misinformation and lies, his ignorance affected the decision the Government has made and the future of everybody in that nation. Why should this ever be acceptable?
Don’t think the political parties don’t know this, which is why both sides of politics bombard the airwaves with slogans and crap aimed at the lowest common denominator. People who are educated can mostly make up their own mind, but WHA-HEY, look at all these uneducated folk we can sway with a massive scare campaign.
This sort of stuff is one of the bigger downsides of democracy. Tyranny of the masses is one thing, it’s quite another when a significant portion of the majority is made up of people who don’t really know.
Which is one of the reasons why the voting age should be raised to 25, btw …
Now when consider all of the above, you'll start to figure out why disqualifying certain people from 'commenting' on stuff is a Pandora's box. I'm actually waiting for somebody to open it, then we'll all transition to a society led by the intellectual elite ... which will inevitably end in a revolt when that same intellectual elite start culling the population. And no, I haven't been reading too many sci-fi novels.
EDIT: I've been seeing quite a few people get annoyed when outsiders start commenting on a nation's internal issues (like that ever concerns America and their citizens when discussing China. Or Russia.) This is one of a few posts I've wanted to make on the issue for a while.

My bank emailed me telling that they predict the market is overreacting and will recover. Claims like "a new Black Friday" certainly will make the financial market turn upside down. What really happened today compared to yesterday is.... nothing. The UK will get a new PM within 3 months and then it will likely take 2 years before we will see something change. Until then the UK is part of EU and it will be business as usual. It's not like some declaration of independence where they say "we have left the EU".
