I followed this guide with the updated patches provided in it and was able to skip the whole localization process for IMHHW's sex scenes. That would be my pick. Sunrider Academy is okay, but it utilizes the annoying "lose stats while you sleep" thing that I HATE, because science says sleeping is a good thing and makes you smarter, better looking, etc. If you're just looking for anime tiddie pictures you can set the skips in Sakura games to skip over all the wonderful story crap and just get to the tiddies. The other two I haven't read, though I think AKFTP is a yuri game, and if so there's girl-in-girl to be had.
