Answering your question, nope, I don't think there are many VN companies that are doing Spanish-oriented promotion. But since I joined the marketing team to support @SpeedBeatz and well, it's my native language after all, we're trying to measure (and expand if possible) the status of the Spanish-speaking scene. Which is pretty small as you said, but who knows what might happen in the future!

A pleasantly substantial plot for a game mainly about pleasantly substantial "plot".

Fata is the best VN I've ever read and it's abysmal sales numbers are downright depressing. I've been shilling to my friends to the degree that they're willing to get it just to shut me up, haha. But I do like to think that it has sort of gained steam; its VNDB scores are really high now (#30, if I recall correctly), and I feel like I've seen more people talking about it in general in the last few weeks/month, with very few complaining.
 
So, umm, I'm not really sure where I was going with this in the first place... keep shilling, I guess?

That's even more ridiculous.  How does arguing with someone that quite obviously holds deep hatred for SP change anything?  They're not going to listen.  Engaging with people that loathe SP, and trying to convince them that they're overreacting, is useless.  You might as well go over to /jp/ and trying to tell them that SP isn't Hitler's right hand man and Fuwanovel doesn't suck SP's dick for tree fiddy.  People with deeply held beliefs just get defensive and aggressive when you call them out on being factually incorrect.
Arguing with people that do have legitimate complaints and talking down to them, which I have seen happen here quite a bit in regards to SP, just makes things worse.

Hey guys, I step around here to notify the translation will pause until december because the translator is busy with his university thesis. But while that time passes we will fix some technical issues of the game and to carry out certain plannings with the rest of translators and that stuff.

Chuee is part of the fan TL team, Shinku Translations, that is working on KoiSaku and several other Favorite titles.  They're presumably being paid by SP for their work.  I don't know if they're part of the team that's working on Hoshimemo's re-translation.
I thought that was known by pretty much everyone here already.  Chuee is listed as a member of the TL team on Shinku's site.
How does it make sense to go the exact opposite direction and defend them to the point of fanboyism?  If anything, that's just as bad.  I freely admit that people here bash them way too much, but it's always baffled me that there's always people around here that will defend everything they do to their dying breath.  White knighting doesn't help anyone, the same way endlessly shitting on them doesn't help.

It is not censored eroge. It is a PS2 game that is an alternative version where the porn just never happened.
