  1. Finishing Kanade's route at Deardrops, and will continuing to Riho obviously (It's the only route that I wasn't play yet).
  2. It was quite an interesing request. To tell the truth, those two were not my taste. However, at least I knew some of BL and otome VN. There's Hakuoki (If you had PSP emulator), Ayakashi Gohan, and Black Wolf Saga if you need more recommendations for the otome VNs. For BL, there's No Thank You (It's the real title), Dramatical Murder, and Lamento. Hope those recommendations would be help. PS - All of my recommendations here were translated if you curious whether those VNs were translated or not.
  3. Just in case you want more, there's Duel Savior (Mia), Yosuga no Sora (Sora, and it's blood incest by the way), Aiyoku no Eustia (Eris), and Suika (Had several iirc). Have fun.
  4. Thank you Kiririri. Because of you I know that we'll got another VN that rivaled Dies Irae or Baldr Sky in term of quality. Look forward to the release. PS - Okay, did we really need MoeNovel answer to Winged Cloud Sakura franchise here?
  5. I'm quite sure that it was just Clephas opinion, because after all each people here had their own opinion. As for Sumaga, since it isn't translated yet of course I still don't know what VN Sumaga like.
  6. Quite embarassing to answer here to be honest, but my answer here is not. English was not my main language here, so excuse my mistake there (Which is a lot). I'll try to edit it later if you feel bothered by that.
  7. Since we had Yukino's route translated (And all of HatsuKoi), here's Yukino's image song below. From all of image song, I'd find that this is the best one to me for now. Enjoy. By the way, here's another one although it's not ED song though. It's singer was Shimotsuki Haruka and the song name was Linoleum Kakera Neiru. My opinion is that I think it would be fitting for Midori ED song imo (Even if the picture was Yukino), but that's just me.
  8. First of all, congratulations to HatsuKoi complete English patch release to Tsurezure. As for this thread, since there's still no serious discussion in regard of HatsuKoi I decide to made a thread for it (It's been a while since I made one for moege). Most of the reviews that I'd found said that MC was gotten worse at both of Runa's route and Yukino's route, so I think that should be enough heads up if you want to play HatsuKoi fully. For the reviews there's one from Aedes and there's another review from the translator himself. By the way, his (The translator) score doesn't mean that he wasn't enjoy translating HatsuKoi, in fact he said that he enjoyong translating it. As for the reviews, beware that all of them were contained spoiler to some degree. As for my opinion, while I'd see many negative in regard of HatsuKoi MC (Yuma) was quite dense (So much that tone work need to post apology video in regard of that) and it's reception was not as good as tone work later works (Hoshiori and Gin'iro Haruka), I think this was most likely because of the pressure in regard of 20th year anniversary VN for Visual Art. Another reason I said that was in regard of tone work, which at that time was still new and yet they were handed the big responsibility for that, especially when faced with the big expectations from all of the consumer who wants good VN for the anniversary edition (Besides, I think even Key which is one of the biggest brand for Visual Arts would face similar problem). It's just quite hard to write about, so I'll just leave it and say that tone works was improved in their later works by using HatsuKoi as the basis. Nevertheless, I still happy though that we finally got one of tone work VN translated, albeit a rough one. As for the production value itself, HatsuKoi here were quite interesting one if we looking at the seiyuu for the heroines and the vocal song. Since this is charage (Or moege) in the first place, of course what we should see here should be the girls instead of the story or action. There's a bit plot though, namely that Yuma trying to form Cafeteria club with him as the chairman. As for the girls, they were quite cute if I may say and once again the girls voice were quite good, also the seiyuu behind girls voice was quite well known. As for the the girls, they were: 1. Makabe Midori The student council president from Yuma's school. She was quite famous for being kind and understanding, and her speech was also quite heartwarming. Although in reality she was quite shy and she was said that she never taste of how being an ordinary girl here. Oh, and she came from rich family by the way. Her seiyuu was Isshiki Hikaru (aka Tanaka Ryouko) who voiced Sakaki Yumiko (Another rich girl) from Grisaia franchise, Narukana from Seinarukana, Neon Scalar Smilja from Gahkthun, Kurugaya Yuiko from Little Busters, Hinaori Kagome from Comyu, Kirimiya Mizuki from Yume Miru Kusuri, Hazakura Seiso from Majikoi franchise, and Kawahara Sakuya from I/O. 2. Fujikawa Runa One of Yuma childhood friend who was a year behind him. She was study very hard in order to enter Yuma's school and apparently quite energetic one. She was also secretly in love with Yuma (It's given though), and more importantly want to be seen as an adult woman. Momoi Ichigo was the one who provide voice for her, who in turn also voiced Akita Momoko from Aoishiro, Lacrille from Madou Koukaku, and Dorothy Davenport aka DD from Chrono Clock (At least there'll be no Engrish from Runa this time I assure). 3. Tsukishima Kyou One of Yuma's new classmate, and quite energetic at that. She is quite athletic as well, because she was participated in girls basketball club in the past and the ace player to boot (She quit from the club though). Nowadays, she was work at her family pizzeria (A restaurant that specialized in pizza). Her goal was to make her pizzeria the best in the world, and therefore she take her job at pizzeria very seriously. The voice for her was Natsuno Koori (aka Taguchi Hiroko) who voiced Suou Amane (Had same background in regard of basketball) from Grisaia franchise, Yarai Miu from Dracu Riot, Masamune Shizuru from Noble Works, Kagami Sumika from Muv Luv franchise, Hinata Natsumi from Sharin no Kuni, Kitsuki Riho from Koi Suru Natsu no Last Resort, and Kasugano Sora from Yosuga no Sora. 4. Tokizaki Maya Another Yuma's classmate, and unlike Kyou she was quite opposite (Kuudere). She apparently had bad reputation from skipping class a lot. She was quite famous child actress in the past, and she did quit after her last movie was flop (The reason was because according to in-game review the movie in question was too hard to understand by children). Oh, and she like to tease Yuma quite a lot. Her voice was Sakurai Harumi, who voiced Takamori Haruka at Beat Blade Haruka, Kanemoto Akari at Noble Works, Tokido Saya at Little Busters, Yayoi B. Lutwidge at Hapymaher, Kurokawa Sera at Lovely x Cation, and Lily at Himegari. 5. Morino Yukino Another Yuma's childhood friend, and at same age as Yuma. As his childhood friend, she obviously the closest to Yuma at the story beginning and Yuma's mother also quite close with Yukino. She was also quite fast befriended Kyou the moment they were met from the first time. Oh, and she appointed as vice chairman for the cafeteria committee. Her voice was Ogura Yui, who voiced Himiko from Eiyuu Senki, Inaba Yui from Flyable Heart, Yanagise Eika from Ikikoi, Wakatsuki Kagami from Subahibi, Nanase Rio from Imouto Paradise, and Maple from Nekopara. By the way, each heroines were had image song although only two of the heroines were had their individual ending song though (Runa and Maya). That's all for the heroines and review in regard of HatsuKoi. You could use this thread as discussion thread by the way. Have fun for discussing HatsuKoi here, and find out whether it's good or not by yourself.
  9. I see. Well, maybe it's a prank after all (It had KeroQ company logo though). Although for now I still wait and see though in regard of Subahibi entering Steam or not, and judging from the controversial sex scenes I assume it'll be not (Or at least KeroQ need to rewriting the plot that need H Scenes).
  10. Well this is the last update from me here in regard of HatsuKoi, because just as Decay said the complete patch (ie Yukino's patch) was released this morning. Here's the last progress below, and have fun in regard of HatsuKoi. Prologue: 100.0%Common: 100.0%Midori: 100.0%Yukino: 100.00%Runa: 100.0%Kyou: 100.0%Maya: 100.0%Total: 100.00% As for the translation, I think it's fine enough to me here although to be honest I didn't care too much about that in the first place though. Neverthless, if some of you in doubt with HatsuKoi translation I'll just suggest that you try it first before decided whether the translation was good or not imo.
  11. Interesting news there, considering that usually Steam was the last choice for any place to sell eroge, yet Frontwing insist to enter Subahibi to Steam first instead of Nutaku like Chrono Clock (Although one of the CG at Steam was displayed controversial infamous yaoi rape, so maybe Steam was not as strict as I though). Let's see of how will KeroQ manage this later then.
  12. By the way, in light of finished HatsuKoi translation the team will be take two weeks break before starting to translating Tsujidou. Of course it means that I'll update this page with the progress for Tsujidou at two weeks from now on (Duh). PS - Here's their tweet in regard of the break below.
  13. Visual Novel Translation Status (05/06/2017) Since we had image header from Chuusotsu (Which was in the middle of Kickstarter), I think 'Prelude to the Graduation' would be nice here, except of course I added Chuusotsu here. By the way, prelude mean the something that came before, which mean my title would be meant 'The events before Chuusotsu graduation' because we had graduation word at Chuusotsu title. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and unlike last week this time there's no VN releases here yet unfortunately (Correct me if I'm wrong here). But of course we still had some updates here (Duh). Lack of release for this week aside, I think May would be one of more interesting month to me here if only because there'll be planned release of two quite popular VNs in English (Libra the Vampire Princess and most importantly Dies Irae) at this month. I'll be looking forward to those two releases here. As for Sekai, after the releases of both Chrono Clock and Rakuen their activity was quite lacking ie didn't had much usual updates anymore. I mean most of their project was already 100% translated and it's been a while since that completion (Saku Saku and Maitetsu), also with their lack of progress for some of their other projects there. In the end, I'll just wait and see here as usual and also hoping that their engine work for the VNs would be going smoothly. Beside, at least for now Sekai was still had one usual updates here (Bokukotsu, which was at 64.09% translated right now). No much comment from Libra other than they released the prize edition of Libra, while the real release was still at 16th. As for the Chuusotsu Kickstarter, it was going well with the current situation that 11,496 out of 20,000 funds was gathered with 23 days left. There's also Little Busters, in which it was finally Greenlighted here . No surprise here, because to tell the truth I was expected that Little Busters passed it easily, considering that it was one of very popular VN that had anime adaptation. As for tge release date, while Visual Arts was promising it will be this spring (Japanese time, not Australian time) Steam listed it as 2017 so maybe there'll be some delay in regard of that. As for fan translation, there's some usual updates here. But first of all we finally had Bishoujo Mangekyou update here after long time we didn't see that. The update was goes like all of the translation process were already completed (Including proofread), and right now Arcadeotic was made a beta patch for the testers which mean that there'll be testing progress. For the usual updates here, here we finally had Majokoi almost reach three quarter mark translated (74.8% translated), and also was had some updates from both of editing (70.5% edited) and TLC (28.5% TLC-ed). Other than Majokoi, there's also Loverable in which it was at 63.31% translated, 18.79% edited, 34% TLC-ed, and 16.24% TLC-ed. Finally there's Eustia in which we finally had the prologue was fully translated, and for the overall progress it was at 9.21% translated, 5.83% edited, and 5.07% TLC-ed. Also the translator himself stated that he managed to get two QC staff candidates, and one of them was from Yandere which as we knew translated Eustia first. That's all for this week, albeit it was shorter one here. See you next week. PS - After almost half a year since the project was begin, finally we had Tsurezure released Yukino's patch for HatsuKoi which mean that the translation was complete for all of the routes (Except the append disc). For their next plan, they'll take a break before tackling at Tsujidou. Go get the patch from here, and have fun for playing HatsuKoi.
  14. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and I'd found that Fortissimo was quite interesting trilogy. I hope that someday someone could add your subtitle to the VN itself (Or edited it if you didn't satisfied), and had the whole trilogy translated obviously. Hope you had fun here.
  15. Finished Rimu's route and about to entering Kanade's once again. As for my comment, I think Rimu was one victim of the divorce causing her to afraid that the guy who love her will leave Rimu all alone, just like Shoichi near the end of her route (Shoichi couldn't refuse ie was forced to leave Rimu actually). Also quite literal minded because at the beginning she left Deardrops just because she love Shoichi, just because the word 'No romance between band member'. For the route, let's just said that it was not focusing on the music like back at Yayoi's route (And more so compared to both of Kanade and Riho). Not much to say here other than the end was remind me of DD's end (From Chrono Clock), except with suitable cloth for Rimu. By the way, I noticed the comparison between Kira Kira and Deardrops. It maybe so obvious here, but I think Kira Kira was definitely darker compared to Deardrops. The comparison goes like: As for Rimu and Chie, both of them were the drummer of the respective band. While Rimu at least get foster father who at least put a lot of effort to be loved by Rimu and loving mother, the same couldn't be say for Chie because Same goes for Sarina and Yayoi (As guitarist), in which back at Kira Kira Sarina was orphan because her father was committed suicide because Sarina's mom wad dead iirc, and her grandfather was confined him at home While Yayoi here was at least had approval from her parents to play guitar (Not shown there admittedly), although they still mad at her for leaving the university entrance exam in order to retrieve her lost guitar at Nagoya. That's all for what I could write for now. PS - As for Rimu's seiyuu, her name was Igarashi Hiromi who also casted as Someya Yuzu from Koiken Otome, Ichimonji Sayaka from Dengeki Stryker, and Wakamatsu Minamo from Bokuten.
  16. Non-nukige translated yuri was indeed quite limited like Fred said. But if you want more recommendations, there's Hakuai (Nurse Love Addiction), Aoishiro, and Katahane. Hope those recommendations will be help.
  17. Coincidentally, I'd about to suggest that you better to hire another translator here to lighthen the burden. Good luck to the project once again here, and hope you could get another translator here. PS - By the way, to tell the truth I couldn't read Japan fluently yet. So don't ask me to become the translator here.
  18. Okay, let's see what recommendations that I could came up with other than those above (Just like Fred said those were quite good). By the way, I'd already indirectly recommended both of Higurashi and Umineko in earlier thread (You could use new graphic patch if you dislike the old graphic). 11eyes - The routes were almost the same, so it's more in like with linear VN. It had actions and quite dark story in line with Fate and Persona 3 Kichikuou Rance - Old graphic, but the gameplay was interesting (Outdated compare to Sengoku Rance though, but still easy to grasp). And it had Rance as well just in case you interested with Rance VI and Sengoke Rance from Soulless Watcher recommendation YU-NO - Same graphic problem as Kichikuou (Outdated), but it was praised for deliver some interesting story in regard of dimension travel ahead of the release time (1995). The high average VNDB score should make you interested enough to try. Chaos Head - The MC maybe not your taste, but actually this VN was from same series as Steins Gate ie sci-fi. Also had some mind screw story and murder mystery Tokyo Babel - The setting was at the purgatory, which of course was quite dark in the first place. Had many actions as well Eien no Aselia and Seinarukana - Both was had other world story, and the former was quite dark compared to the latter. Also had some gameplay as well The Shadows of Pygmalion - If you okay with some shoujo ai ie girl on girl romance, then it'll be good for you. Had less action compared to Tokyo Babel, but it was had some disturbing moment That's all that I could think for now, and hope those recommendations will help you.
  19. There's a easier choice actually, and quite popular at that. It was When They Cry series, which consist of two VNs (Higurashi and Umineko) and each VNs consist of 8 chapters. There's also Little Busters at the true route (Refrain), although the character who remember wasn't MC though. By the way, those VNs were translated. PS - I think the term that you interested here would be Time Loop when MC always remember some events from the another timeline. PPS - I think some user here could read Japan to some extend.
  20. Finishing Rimu's route at Deardrops (Will comment on it later), and about to start Kanade's route.
  21. Quite hard to figure there to be honest if we speak about the percentage (I'd never counted on it). But if I may guess, I think it's about 35 or so if we talk about speculation here. Just for reminder, star mission was important to progress the story if you want to continuing it. And I think instead of figuring the pacing, you better enjoy it slowly imo. As for museum, I think you could repeat it although I wasn't certain though. Anyway, I think the most important way to obtain S weapon was upgrade both of Patton and Caloria weapons to A first. To be honest I didn't get those two weapons yet so I didn't knew.
  22. Looking at your review, I admit that Phantom Trigger looks interesting. But just like Dergonu here I think Kajitsu was fine enough to me if I may say in regard of Grisaia. Besides, I also think that apparently this is another attempt to milk Grisaia, and this time Frontwing use same method like Corona Blossom which had some risk (ie low sales, so if the sales didn't go well Phantom Trigger could be ended prematurely). As for routes, I think it'll be at each volume which mean chapter 2 was Rena's 'route' according to the spoiler. So if we following the pattern it'll goes like there'll be three more volumes to cover three other girls past (Which I assume will be dark), one chapter for our MC (Haruto) past just like Yuuji at Meikyuu (Also will be dark I assume), and finally one conclusion chapter like Rakuen. So I think it'll be at least had 7 volumes. Keep in mind it's just my speculation though, and besides I think Frontwing could just make volume 3 as the whole story of Phantom Trigger. In the end, while I didn't quite interested with Phantom Trigger I would say that's good review for the VNs. That's all I could say. PS - By the way, I'd surprised that Rena wasn't like Yumiko ie cheerful. Granted the seiyuu was Uchida Maya who as far as I knew voicing cherful characters, but still her appearance was remind me of Yumiko so at least I kind of expect that Rena will be like Yumiko.
  23. Welcome to Fuwanovel, and nice Wanko avatar there by the way. Nice to meet you too, and hope you have fun here.
  24. I'd found that Gin'iro Haruka opening was nice to listen here, so I decided to share the full version here (Maybe it's already posted it here though).
