  1. I knew, although it was belated though. Nevertheless I decided to keep my own VNTS Review title here for now.
  2. Welcome back here, and I think it's been a while though since last time you came here (I mean before made this thread of course). What's new is that there's 11eyes English release, Little Busters CE was about to release by Visual Arts and Fruitbat, and so on. I'm sure that you'll find out more by yourself soon enough. PS - Nice picture by the way.
  3. Well, nope. You could only started Narukana route at 2nd playthrough ie after finishing the game once. What I could say is that I suggest you to start the game at hard difficulty after beating the game once, because the enemy level will be around your current level (31) if you started it in hard. That's the most clean state I could suggest here.
  4. Visual Novel Translation Status (04/08/2017) Edit - Since we had our Decay trying to add VNTS weekly, I'll add VNTS link for this week as usual. I knew that the image header was not Kyou from HatsuKoi, but rather it was from Aiyoku no Eustia (Good thing that it's finally added to VNTS). Even so, I decided to keep my own VNTS Review title for this week because it's more fitting imo looking at HatsuKoi Kyou's patch release once again. As for the review title, since this week we had Kyou's patch release from HatsuKoi translation project, I decided for the title we had something like Koichoco full title (Love, Election, and Chocolate) with some adjustment. First love was the direct translation from Hatsukoi, while pizza and basketball was what we could see from Kyou's route later, so we had 'First love, Basketball, and Pizza' as the title. With the title matter done here, let me said that other than Kyou's patch release, there's no major complete release for this week so I could say that this is a calm week after Boston convention. Speaking about convention, there's SakuraCon next week although this time apparently only Sekai that will had the announcement though. With that done, let's move on to the actual review. This week there's a video from Visual Arts. I knew that sounds lame here because it's mean that I was like promoting a random video from Youtube lol. But actually it's important video in which it was Little Busters Complete Edition with English subtitle. Speaking about that, there's also a news that apparently Baba (Visual Arts CEO) was planning to release it on this spring. Which mean that it'll be at least early June for be the latest if we speaking about the spring (Unless we count Australia, in which case it would be early December lol). Although I kind of wonder a little bit whether Fruitbat Factory will be involved in the release or not (Probably is, considering that our Phlebas from Fruitbat involved with the translation of original version in the past). As for my comment, well at least we could read three more additional routes which should be satisfy any Little Busters fan there. For Sekai section, there's not much to say here other than at least there's still some updates from them (Bokukotsu was almost reach halfway translated (49%), while their first secret project was at 68%). Although this week they only had few updates here, actually this week Sekai releasing two demos for their coming soon VNs. The first demo was Nekonin which apparentlybgetting ready for April release and also already opened the Steam store, thile the 2nd demo was from Fatal Twelve which safe to said quite interesting because the Kickstarter wasn't ended yet. Go get those two from their Steam stores (Nekonin and Fatal Twelve) if you interested. Speaking about Steam store, there's also another one established for Rakuen which mean the release date was close (Good for Grisaia fan), and apparently according to Steam the release date was at April. Other than Sekai, this week Mangagamer was also had some updates. For the updates it goes like Trinoline was at 6% translated (Very recent VN and all), Hapymaher was at 73% translated (66% edited), Sorcery Joker was at 85% translated, Boukaku was fully translated and 91% edited (Very fast update there), recently announced BL VN (I'll call it Hashihime) was at 31% translated (Same number with Maggot Bait), Fata Morgana fandisc was past halfway (52%) translated and 30% edited, Naked Butler was past halfway (53%) retranslated, and Kuroinu Chapter 2 was fully translated (Also 58% translated). For loli nukige (Sweet Young Bride), it was already completed (Fully edited and translated) since it was still announced as secret project. As for secret projects, turn out that there's still six unknown VNs instead of five because Mangagamer add 7th secret project. For the progress, 1st was at 83% translated (78% edited), 2nd was at 55% translated (44% edited), 3rd was at 39% for both of translation and editing process, 4th was at 88% translated (58% edited), and the 7th was at 43% translated (32% edited). That's all for Mangagamer this week. For this week, first of all there's no Majokoi update at this week unfortunately (Hope there will be next week). Although of course there's still some update from other projects though (Duh). For the updates, this week we had Loverable which is at 59.54% translated right now, following with TLC progress at 29.94% and 17.26% edited (They also completed Satsuki's route, and they'll translate Nanako's route next). Other than Loverable, we had Witch Garden at 23% translated, Eustia finally reached 6% mark translated (Prologue was at 67.78% translated. For more elaboration it was at 45.98% edited and 25.44% TLC-ed for the prologue), ToHeart 2 was 70% proofread (Also Yuuki's route finished the proofreading), and Koiken Otome fandisc was at 2% translated (527 lines). For the last but definitely not the least update we had HatsuKoi project (Tsurezure) who released another patch (Obviously Kyou's patch once again), and of course there's some progress as well in which they tackle Maya's route right now just like they said (Maya's route was at 20.23% translated, while for overall was at 71.55% translated). That's all for my VNTS review this week albeit early. See you next week. PS - Today there's another HatsuKoi patch in which it goes like Maya's route was at 44.54% translated and overall translation progress was past three quarter mark (76.52%) translated. That's all for the additional update here.
  5. I see, then if you need more recommendation I think I could recommend Gekkou no Carnavale if you interested with untranslated one, and Gakhthun if you want translated one (Both of those were didn't had high school though). Hope it'll be help once again. PS - If you interested with gameplay, then I would suggest you to play both of Eien no Aselia and Seinarukana in case you didn't play those two beforehand.
  6. Sure, why not? Give me US $ 25,000 first and I'll considering of using Google Translate to do the translation lol. But, if you want more serious answer, that would have been nope. This is not the place for requesting fan translation.
  7. For the last resort here, you could try my patch here. For the patch, just double click LSE_PREV and select Launcher from Hatsukoi folder (ie after apply Kyou patch). Hope it'll be help.
  8. Tokyo Babel was the first thing that I think. Other than that, you could try both of Kikokugai and Demonbane. Hope it could be help here.
  9. Just try Hare nochi Kitto Nanohana Biyori (I'll call it Harenochi), and it's appearence was usual moege. The premise here was like our MC was about to check out from the hospital after one month bedridden because of the unspecific accident. Along with him was his childhood friend Konomi who take care of him in the hospital (Konomi was a girl by the way). After that, he'll meet many friends and formed garden club or something like that. PS - For more elaboration here, I played this in Indonesian language because that's the only available translation for now which to say it's quite interesting experience that I could play VN in my own language.
  10. Since we had Kyou's patch, let me share here theme song below. The tone should be familiar for any Overdrive music fan, because the band behind the song was Milktub band (Band from most of Overdrive VNs). With that done, enjoy the song below (Especially for Milktub fan here).
  11. I would say that Siglus engine was quite hard to overcame here. I said that because I also had same experience as you. Anyway, for now I would just recommend you to installing Kyou's patch first (Fresh one), then see if it's work or not. Hope it'll be help.
  12. His real name was Gohda by the way, not (Sorry) gonad. PS (4/8) - Not Gohda either here, but Gonda like Fred said.
  13. By the way, there's earlier blogpost from the translator in regard of his choice to translate HatsuKoi. Here's the blogpost and it's also tell us of how much he want to translated both of Hoshiori and Gin'iro Haruka, but once again the technical difficulty problem limit that. Hope someone from here could help him if possible. PS - To be honest, I'd just read it and regarding the technical problem I understand that Siglus engine was quite a pain there.
  14. Well, the reason why most of people always quite apathetic and dismissive toward both of Sekai and Frontwing was just like what did you said. By the way, while the reason that you stated was valid, I think the issue from both of them (Both of Frontwing and Sekai) was already debated several times at this site or VNDB there (Also maybe at reddit as well). In the end, what I would say here is that it's consumer choice to think of how to deal with this. PS - To be honest, in regard of Grisaia I tempted to write something like 'Blame the Phantom Trigger backer to allow Frontwing bring Complete Box edition' for the people who felt scorned by Sekai's campaign of Grisaia lol (Never mind, I'd already wrote that).
  15. Well, it's a bug there lol. Sorry about that.
  16. Don't care about 'more virgin' thing here (Interesting knowledge though, I guess), but the typo this time was very hillarious there. Seriously, synonim of ball (Just censored it if it's too vulgar here) out of all things for typo choice there? Keep in mind that I was very tolerable to typos in VN like back at 11eyes (Or tried to shrug it off to be exact). Of course I'll still continuing this though.
  17. They finally had the update here, and they also said that the reason they couldn't deliver it at Wednesday was because of some real life issue. Anyway, first of all the most obvious update would be Kyou's patch which you could get from translator site as usual. Have fun. For the next update here, while some of you may already saw that, let me to write the progress which goes like: Prologue: 100.0% Common: 100.0% Midori: 100.0% Yukino: 0.0% Runa: 100.0% Kyou: 100.0% Maya: 20.23% Total: 71.55% That's all for the progress here, and obviously from now on I'll report the progress for Maya's route if they had updates here. PS - If some of you interested of how they did the translation (Like Decay for example), you could visit the translator blogpost here which you could treat that as 'HatsuKoi Translator Corner' (You know, just like Mangagamer one). Oh, and it also confirm that the next project will be announced after Maya's patch release, which mean apparently many people were mistakenly think that the next project will be announced along with Kyou's patch release. PPS - By the way, the next project wouldn't be either Hoshiori or Gin'iro Haruka for that matter because of the technical difficulty from both of those two VNs. Oh well.
  18. Interesting idea there, although it'll be going to be harder though since the number of VNs will definitely increased a lit if you want to review it up to 2017. Nonetheless, good luck though.
  19. Happy 20th birthday to @Zalor here once again (The 2nd time I said happy birthday to you here), and also happy 24th birthday to @Dreamysyu here. Hope both of you had good year ahead. PS - I'd forgot about it yesterday, so let me say happy belated birthday to @Jade there.
  20. Interesting fact I suppose. I mean that some people care about whether the blood from virginity loss was shown or not. Me? I'm fine with either way to tell the truth.
  21. Hmmmm..... quite hard to answer here, but from the review that I'd read the sex scenes was really dragged on while the length was long according to VNDB. So while I couldn't certainly said that Starless worse than Euphoria (I mean in sex scenes), I would say just avoid those once again. Oh, have fun playing Chrono Clock there by the way. As for Pulltop VN, I think you would refer to LoveKami Divinity Stage if you meant from modern Pulltop (Translated as well). Although speaking of Pulltop, there's Princess Waltz though if you talk about translated one.
  22. Congratulation to Frontwing for completing the Kickstarter here, and by the way the gathered fund was more than 180,000 (183,027) which mean that Frontwing will deliver Complete Box in English (According to their update here). That's all for the news here.
  23. I agree with you there, although at this rate might as well expected that there'll be news at this weekend along with the patch (Of course, I would still hoping that it'll be come soon here once again, and I'll add the update here if that's happen).
  24. As for the stroked eroge, what I could say is that in regard of Harem Party, Greatest Inventions, and Touma Kojirou is that those three were not quite good according to VNDB, and it's on the short side. As for Starless, well not my taste actually and I would suggest that you avoid that if you dislike bestiality. My suggestion for those four here would be just avoid those for a while there. For Princess Waltz, while the story was copying from Fate according to several people, it's still quite interesting on it's own and besides you got a little gameplay in form of card battle which is quite good and interesting. Shool Days, well it's quite infamous with MC like Makoto and the big size but actually this is one of the best if we talk from production value (Animated instead of static), although if you want to try that it's quite buggy though according to some people. By the way, if you like yuri (Or at least okay with that) I would definitely suggest Pygmalion, Yurirei (Kindred Spirit on Roof), and New Generation there. Otherwise, I think you better avoid that. For more info here, Pygmalion was some sort of action VN, while Yurirei was more on lighthearted one with us watching the interactions between four couples of yuri iirc (There's a bit of story though). As for New Generation, it was the most lighthearted one ie full of fluff and nice interaction between three couples. I'll leave it to you whether you interested with heavy or light yuri game and the decision to play it. Oh, and I think so far Pygmalion was quite well received back at VNDB (7.58 average scores). As for the rest, G-Senjou was one of top VN, both of Gahkthun and Cho Dengeki Stryker was had some action and super robot as well, Chrono Clock was actually one of interesting eroge which still quite lighthearted, and finally for supposed nukige Beat Blade Haruka was had good story and interesting gameplay (Also sex was integrated to the gameplay, and the writing for the sex scenes was quite interesting). So, the conclusion here I would suggest you try G-Senjou, Chrono Clock, Chou Dengeki Stryker, Gahkthun, and Beat Blade Haruka first. Also you could add yuri game if you really okay with that. For the rest, just considering it later. Hope it could be help here.
  25. As for that, still not yet at this time. Although maybe it's almost close though. Still waiting for the news here by the way.
