Knowing that this may well be one of my most popular actions ever on fuwa, I'm pleased to say I've started working on Anzu's route, which is also the last route left untranslated in the game. Note that even when I finish this translation it does NOT mean there will be a prerelease complete patch for you to try, nor does it give any indication of how far off a real release will be as translate check and editing hasn't even started yet, and there's still the wild card of what we're going to do about all the extra H scenes in Clover Day's Plus. Either way, Anzu is finally getting the love and attention she deserves to join the other wonderful girls in this game, though her route was very different from the others when I played it with surprisingly by far the most drama in it so I'm not sure how translating that will go.

I was going to start translating Anzu's route in March but then the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild happened. Maybe in a month or so I'll have time again.
EDIT: This is proving to be one of my most popular posts of late, so I guess that's a yes vote from the community  It'll still be a few weeks before I'm free from other commitments but I should be able to tackle it. I have to admit this has turned into one of my all time favourite VNs.

Hello everyone!
I'm back from my vacation and I'll be resuming work on Nagisa's route soon enough. Not much has been made in the way of progress this time, but we are working on it. Progress has been slow, especially in the way of TLC. Also, I haven't started on the re-translation, I'll probably get to it after Nagisa's route. For exact numbers, do visit our progress tracker, though you'll probably only find around a 1% increase in numbers.
Well not much for today, just wanted to let everyone know we aren't dead yet. Till next week I suppose~

I haven't read the fandisk though may do so at some point in the future.  Our main goal was 11eyes itself, especially after all the failures and poor attempts, it deserved better treatment than it had received.  DSP#4 is being prepped of course, we'll be sure to make a blurb about it on our page once it's underway.

I debated for a while on whether or not I'd publicly announce this. In fact, I still have many doubts, but I decided to go for it instead of hestiating to keep the momentum I have going right now.
Yes, I decided to start another translation project, and for a game I only very recently got into. Could this be the biggest mistake of my life? Who knows, but I'm doing it anyway.
I hope you'll bear with me on yet another journey that will hopefully not crumble.

Aokana Common Route is 38% translated now!

To run, simply place the patch2.xp3 into the game folder, and start the game!  As always, remember to have your locale in Japaneses and use only English and Japanese characters in the path to the exe.
Be sure to install the 1.01 patch from Lass before running.
 
Also, if on windows 10, be sure to have Japanese fonts installed (windows 10 doesn't install them by default).

Hello people!
I know you haven't heard from us from a while but I assure you that we're making progress. In fact, we've (apparently) passed our first milestone in our project! A total progress of 25% for translation! The editing side is progressing pretty well too, though I'm not going to bother trying to manually calculate that number. Unless you are one of the few people who actually follow our WordPress site, this would be news to you. We have not so recently been assimilated into Luna Translations, and in the processes got as a TLC to help with the project. Hooray! Rest assured that this would not affect the end product adversely, and instead allow us to deliver a much more polished English release for all of you here.
In any case, I've both good and bad news to deliver.  The good news is that I've been making some good progress on Nagisa's route, so do look forward to that. The bad news is that due to certain technical difficulties with the game, we are unable to deliver a partial patch for Airi's route. We sincerely apologize for this, and we are honestly as disappointed as you guys about this.
We do hope for your continued support and encouragement, it really helps! Do look forward to the next update.

I'm pleased to announce that I have now completed translating the Hekiru/Hikaru twins' route. Once again this was a most enjoyable route to read and translate, and to the person who complained my progress was quite slow... you clearly have no idea how long it takes to translate a whole route and throwaway comments like yours are how the community ends up losing what few translators it has that do this gratis out of passion for the art form.

Hey guys, I step around here to notify the translation will pause until december because the translator is busy with his university thesis. But while that time passes we will fix some technical issues of the game and to carry out certain plannings with the rest of translators and that stuff.

Exciting news: We just surpassed the 20% translation mark!
Also, the progress tool now displays the individual route progress.

Another great week progress-wise, though not quite at last week's level. It was, however, a week of landmarks. First and foremost, I'm pleased to announce that we have crossed the 50% TLed mark! We're all feeling pretty pumped up about it in the team chat, honestly.
But that's not all! All three of the sections I mentioned last week as near completion have been 100% translated, and as those were completed, progress has begun on translating both the longest route in the game, Cinderella, as well as the shortest route in the game, which we affectionately refer to as the Traffic Light route (or the Trio, or the Baka Trio, depending on who you ask). Not to be completely outdone, I also wrapped up editing one of the finished routes this week (and when I say "wrapped up", I mean it went from ~20% to 100%, and I finished it right before writing this post and may or may not be taking a victory lap). And of course, I can't forget our trusty TLC, who put in some excellent work this week. Without further ado, here's the numbers:

god i cant believe there hasnt been anything added here for almost a whole month. first and foremost, this project is not dead, it is simply on life support right now. things have happened that i cant really go into great depth about but what i can discuss is really whats been happening with me, though not in great detail. just a lot of personal crap with me that has severely demotivated me in every way. i still wish to get this project released to you guys and i will. i can promise you that. and i am so sorry about the pace so far. the editors and the qcers are still working on the prologue for this and i hope to have that out soon. cant give an eta but they are working hard on it. this project is not dead. NOT EVER! i love this vn too much to let it die.

Hello everyone, here's a screenshot to show for our progress.
The above screenshot is from a scene quite near to the ending, which also means the first wave of translation for Airi's route progressing quite smoothly. Now you might be wondering why I separated the progress into "Story" and "H-scenes". This is because I can't and won't do the H-scenes, so we'd all have to wait for another translator to come along to do them up. Heck they might not even get translated ever at this rate. Just another reminder that we are still in need of another translator. Oh, and also if anyone knows how to repack files for a TPM encrypted kirikiri game do please PM me.

Learning Japanese is something that might seem like a daunting task that will take forever, which probably scares off a lot of people.

However, it can actually be quite a fun experience depending on how you decide to tackle it, as it's possible learn it through reading visual novels and other media.
It's also quite likely that you will be able to get good enough at Japanese to finish a VN you've been hyped to play before it finishes, or even starts getting a translation, and once done, you'll still have plenty of other VNs  to read, that you might never be able to otherwise. 
For those interested in trying, I hope the guide here will help you with starting out and having a nice time.
 
(note: while it might tempting to do so after you've gotten some proficiency with reading, I'd advise against learning through translating, as it will be much slower than simply just reading more instead, as you'll now have to concentrate on both your japanese and english and the result will probably not be very good yet (translation is difficult).)
