Like, the game wants us to think he is and tells us he is, but from his actions and such, he doesn't seem like much of a genius. Just a somewhat smart kid. I found most of his intellectual accomplishments somewhat lackluster. He kinda is in the true route, but that doesn't really count for certain reasons. Most of the time he's just a somewhat more proactive and witty version of a standard VN protagonist.
