I don't want to discourage you but, it is hard to find capable member(s) who will stick with the project from the beginning to the end. If you have translator, it will be easier for you to find member and keep your project alive. For example. My own team was downed to had only 1 translator for a year. Fortunately, that translator won't give up and keep the project alive long enough to pass them to another team.

Simple Okonomiyaki is easy to prepare and cook too. You only need fine chopped cabbage, flour, egg and few slice of bacons.

I used to live alone too. Most of my recipes I usually do require a lot of preparation beforehand but it requires only few minute for cooking. Some action need you to swing it instead of push bottom. Fighting is quite easy too because you just swing move to use special move instead push 2 bottoms simultaneously. Fishing is like workout, since you need to swing move up and down. You need to do that 1000 times to get trophy.

I got platinum trophy for this game 2 times. I lost some wight in the process too since I used PS3 Move to play.

I see a lot of translators who don't want to do H-scene. But I think derpigreg already has plan if that happened.

At least, Find translator(s) who willingly to do it until the end. Other positions are easier to filled.

H-scenes are quite long, I think they will have some problem to find translator(s) to do them.

Well...I don't agree with that. At least it can be used for translate Kanji. It is really painful to search dictionary every time I see unfamiliar Kanji. Every tools have their own used, you just need to know when and how to use it for the maximum efficiency.

What about "Stalled", "Inactive" and "Dropped" project? What will be happened if project manager is "M.I.A." "Quit" or "Fired" in the middle of the project? And what will you do with "Finished" project? Do you have any counter-measure for that? I also think we should have sub-forum for "Dropped" and "Inactive" projects in case of someone else want to pick them up.
