If you are OK with something with gameplay and have a 3DS or Vita, try Zero Escape. (No matter what you do, read 999 before Virtue's Last Reward!) Even "SFW" visual novels with the basic multiple-heroine format tend to make common allusions to sex and such, but Rewrite is minimally explicit.
