I have some sort of issue triying to start the game,i have my Pc local set to japan,i have installed applocale,then ,when i try to run it ,two messages pops-up along with a black screen,and then the game closes. Hello everyone... This is another one of those Personal Topics, where i would like some help with.. I am pretty serious about myself moving and living in Japan, and work as a Graphic designer/ Photographer.. Only problem i have is that i know little about how to go about it.. When i do and will move there, i need to have a job already...Kind of,,,xD Well i have tried looking online for types of places i can try and apply to work at, but i dont trust places i dont really know..Although i guess asking here, not many people will have the experience xD.. Well i guess the next thing would be what would you think the average monthly spendings in Yen do you think it will be...at the cheapest and probably a single room apartment style. Well another problem i just remembered there being was the Jlpt, which if i can recall are the tests to see how your Japanese is...unfortunetely dont have any tests in my Country..so i would probably take them in Japan when i go, Sorry if this seems a bit too personal, i just felt like it would be great if i can get some valuable tips and help from fellow Fuwanovelists xD.. Anyway, Any and all help would be greatly appreciated and when i do move their i can help spread the east culture to the west xD.. Hello all. For a while now, I have been wanting to try my hand at making a visual novel. I had a ton of fun working on a previous VN project which unfortunately did not come to fruition. That left me with plenty of potential plot ideas and a thirst to complete a VN project. The purpose of this thread is to see who would be interested in forming a team with me, and what roles you'd like to fulfill. Here's what I ask. Type what role you'd like to be, and provide me with an example of your work. So if you want to join as a writer, give me an example of your writing. I will contact those who I feel will work the best via PM. If I don't select you, don't take it personally. If you are interest, know that this will be a long journey. It could take a year or longer to put a VN out. I'm aiming for the highest quality possible. I have little to no experience in putting together a VN, so this will be a learning process from me. Hey all.. I guess this is another personal topic as i wish for some help.. As i have refered to in most topics, that i love to draw and have drawn some things..Although that is only limited to Manga style faces.. Whenever i get to the body, for some reason i struggle. I dont know if its due to the fact that i am not knowledgeable about it or if i just panic xD.. So with this i call for help xD. I was wondering if anyone knows of a website or Youtube videos you could say about "How to draw", I am busy following a guy by the name "Mark Crilley" on Youtube and i enjoy his videos, I just feel like i need more information then just his points.. Anyway any help would be appreciated as im sure it wont just help me but others at the same time Thank you.

Hey Fuwanovel Forums! My saved files for Hoshizora no Memoria are gone for some reason. When I tried it on my Windows 8 laptop, they weren't there. When I tried it on my old Windows XP computer, All of my saved files were there. I checked the save folder and all of my save files were in it. I don't know if I should be worried but I hope anybody can help if they have experienced this problem. One thing that is might of caused it is my flash drive. When I plugged it in my laptop, it said that you might need to scan and fix it. Should I do that?

Hello! I am new here, but I saw a few similar topics while searching for help and decided to join (being a fan of visual novels yay~), anyway, I need some help. I am trying to extract the files, specifically the cgs, from Princess Nightmare for ps2. The files are in .bin format, and in the data directory. Data.bin, se.bin, data0.bin...there are also .tag files(data.tag) that are significantly smaller and probably don't have what I am looking for... Does anyone know a tool or quickbms script to extract from this Karin Entertainment game?

For some reason, the majority of images (cg, backgrounds, sprites, objects) aren't turning up for me and are replaced by a black screen, or just an absence of sprites. The little 'mug shot' at the bottom of the text doesn't show any image either. Funny thing is that the voices and text work perfectly. Some images work (keisukes sprite, the beginning knife cg, a little bit of background) but most of them are jsut black screens. I've reinstalled a few times (both the iso and eng patch) and restarted my computer and upgraded my emulator. Nothing seemed to fix it. Anyone knows what's going on? (Using Applocale and Windows 7)
