After having worked on Tsui Yuri for quite some time, I have started to get a little bit tired of the constant stream of adorableness, and thought working on something completely different would be a breath of fresh air*. And so I started to look for some possible side projects, and thanks to Oystein constantly encouraging my posting of guro pictures in discord, I ended up choosing this game after he helped me get the scripts out. We already have some staff working on this, (specifically a TL, editor and hacker,) but we won't say no to a TLC and a QCer, so if you want to help out with that, send me a PM or post below.
* (I am NOT stopping the TL on Tsui Yuri, and this should not impact the progress much at all, so do not worry about that. I simply wanted something different to work on, and this is perfect for that. Neither project is very big, so it should be totally doable to work on both without impacting my current schedule much.)

Finally me most dearly awaited Visual Novel is getting translated.
What's more, both the translation team and the campaign is superb. I almost can't believe that it's actually happening.
God 5 months seem so far all of a sudden.
Dividing the game into 2 parts to make it more accessible on steam seems as a good idea to me as they plan to release both parts together anyway. 
If I had to try to find something to nitpick then it would only be the 3-month late release of 18+ patch. Those 3 months will a real test of my patience. I can already see my future self being tempted by all the DI spoiler tags floating around the forums. 

Just don't. No one should ever try reading Dies or any other works from Masada, until he's proficient with japanese. You're doing yourself a great disservice otherwise.
I myself decided I'd rather wait and hope for an english release, than try reading it in japanese. This dream came true and I'm even getting the best translation possible I could ever get. I still can't believe it

Certainly. I doubt there is anything they can do to make it any faster, so we just have to deal with that tbh. Just the fact that the patch is coming is fantastic. Sure, in a perfect world we'd get it instantly, but having to wait an extra 3 months to be able to enjoy Dies Irae in it's absolute 100% complete form is totally worth it to me.
It will be hard avoiding spoilers for 3 months though, while others read the all-ages version and we're still waiting. It's like trying not to learn the final score of a football game you taped to watch later. Everyone will talk about it, especially such a big game like this. Might have to dig a hole in the yard and hide in there for those 3 months.

It's been quite a while since I've been active, nearly half a year actually. I certainly hadn't known that I would be away for so long.
Back then I had my entrance tests for under-grade colleges coming up so I went to studying and reduced net-time. Well that should have taken less than 2 months but as it happens I messed up the entrance tests badly for my first priority institute, which I had been pretty sure that I'll get. It gave me quite a shock and left me depressed for a couple of weeks. I did get into the college I had as second priority but the whole incident just left me a bit down, dunno I just felt dull about everything in general.
Now after some months I'm mostly back to usual with the only change being perhaps a slightly lowered confidence level.
I've lurked around a bit in the last few months but plan to be active and stay this time. Hope to enjoy Fuwa, the best online community I've known.

You can recommend an avatar from anywhere doesn't need to be from Overlord only. I generally use male avatars cause it feels kinda weird having a girl as 'me'.

You might stumble into a problem; there aren't really that many vn's, which feature well fleshed out characters, who aren't as much "evil", as more of being in conflict with whatever other groups of interests strive for. Such characters, with their own moral code, acting according to their own rules, having clear and down-to-earth goals and not behaving in a purely evil, but morally ambigious ways are a rarity in japanese vn's.
...Although you might try the Cyber Slayer or Hanachirasu.
