Though I haven't been updating the patch (for a long time now zzz) and the thread, the translation is still alive. I'm working on chapter 6 at the moment. I think it'll be done with it in the next few weeks or so.
I don't know when it'll be but I'll update the patch once we're satisfied with the translation. Please wait a little bit more for it. Thank you ^^.

a recent thread inspired me to do this. well, i say inspired but it made me feel disappointment with not being able to share all this pent up excitement with the possibility of recommending some of my favorite h-manga. NOW, i have a thread to do that in!  so, here we go!

EDIT: Due to Fuwa anti-piracy rules this thread's usefulness was quite limited, since we couldn't ask for any files that we needed for further compatibility testing and the like. I'd say even posting direct links to our patch here was questionable to begin with, since it's not that different from the abovementioned files that we were asking for.
So in the end we decided to remove all links from here and move our main release thread to Reddit: LINK

Okay, it's the first of the month (for a sufficiently large value of 'first of the month').  Time for an update!
About 4400 lines were transledited in a month.  I decided to change things up a bit and focus on character routes for awhile.  Makes a nice change of pace from working on the main story, and I'm quite a bit farther in the main story than in the side routes; the main story is about 63% done, where the side routes are about 35% done.

Alright, update time.  All the work on massaging the scripts into the format needed by the scripts is done.  Now we are waiting for our programmer to finish integrating the scripts into the tools.  We should be able to start giving percentages in a few weeks.  (At least, a translated percentage.  Some stuff has been edited, but the new tools distinguish between "translated" and "edited", where the old format we were using before does not.  So some things were edited but the tools won't know that until someone goes and fills all that in.)

Such a sad day and huge loss for the music industry. Linkin Park has been my favorite band since HT first came out back in elementary school, so this is truly crushing.
You will be missed Chester. Plan on solemnly listening to LP for a while. Really in total shock.

I did this because I had absolutely no clue in how to start a translation project. Now, I have sorted out all the things and I am ready to announce that I will begin translating as of today. Please check the poll as well if you have time and vote for which route I should do second(first will be common). I would also like to thank everyone I've met so far in the forums for being very welcoming and I'm looking forward to spend more time on the forums. Special Thanks to Huang Ling Yin, this probably wouldn't have been possible if not for his help. As seen in the title, I'm planning to translate Golden Marriage, a VN by Ensemble. However, due to my lack of knowledge and experience, I'm looking for any advice for TLs. I've read https://forums.fuwanovel.net/topic/2254-how-to-translate-a-vn/ before, but I would like to see a detailed step-by-step explanation. Golden Marriage uses .arc files(Like If My Heart Had Wings) and I have successfully extracted the files(I think). Extracting Rio.arc gave me what I think is the script. But, I can't comprehend it.

We’ve been a bit quiet for the last couple of weeks, but that doesn’t mean progress has slowed down.
Translation and TLC are progressing faster than they ever and it seems our editors have finally decided to do their job as well 😉
Three quarters of Chinatsu's route are translated, which pushes the total TL progress to 70% \o/

Progress update: I've now completed half of Anzu's route. \o/

Another great week. Konron's route is fully translated now, leaving only Hijiri, Mii, and a little bit of ending. There's a little misleading information in the tracker, since Hijiri progress moved, but it's not really progressing, just some git stuff while we're moving around previous progress (mostly that impacts the TLC numbers, but also a little bit of TL numbers). There is some real TLC progress as well (all of Rei and a little bit of progress on ending). The translator who will be working on Hijiri's route actually hasn't started, but will likely be picking up the project in 10 days or so (will require some initial ramp-up time reading, though, so probably no progress for a couple weeks there, at least). TBAC has finished his share of translating, so he'll be TLCing and filling in the gaps on Ending next, and then going back from the beginning to TLC the rest, while our two remaining translators work through the rest of Hijiri and Mii. There's still a lot to be done, but we're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Hi everyone! We're a u7committee — a small team of people from different parts of the world with backgrounds in gaming and video industry. We'd like to announce our Kickstarter project on Fuwanovel. It's called Minotaur, and it's a crossover between visual novel and point and click adventure/puzzle game. Zero escape and Danganronpa series are, of course, a big inspiration (the other side being LucasArts classics... And The Neverhood. Did anyone play The Neverhood?)

A couple of words about the game...

Minotaur is a sci-fi murder mystery set in the world we've spent two years creating. The game is now 50% done, and we expect to release at the end of this year.

The game is split into five routes and features nine characters. The cast is pretty diverse... there's even a penguin (no EVA reference, I swear):

These poor creatures wake up to find themselves trapped in their own apartment building, and (naturally) try to get out, struggling to understand what had happened in the process. More often than not, they die.

Graphics are a mix of hand-drawn artwork and 3D modelling. Here are some screenshots from the game:

Hey everyone out there!
The last couple of weeks have been an exciting time for our team and now we're finally able to announce what we've been working on recently
From today on, our group will operate under a new name:
Rabu Rabu Translations
Roughly translating to 'lovey dovey', we think it both reflects moege as our genre of choice and acts as a nod to our first project 'Lover Able'.
Along with the new name, we have reworked our entire web presence.

A proper logo and some other ideas I don't want to reveal yet are in the works, we'll keep you posted on those.
