People's obsession with race contributes more towards segregation and reinforces racism more than it does fix it. Wanting to ascertain people solely by the color of their skin and not by anything else in something like a movie or the Oscars is, imo, incredibly disrespectful to all the actors, regardless of their skin color, because you're seeing them as either white people or black people and not for who they are, actors with different personalities and talent.
I don't want to see a black person win an oscar just because they're black, I want them to win an oscar because they had a good performance, and I'd feel incredibly insulted if my worth was judged solely based on my skin color. I don't want people to cast a role in a movie based on people's skin color, I want them to cast whoever performs the best. And it should be like this for everything.
Maybe I just don't get it because I was never in the US but I just don't get the obsession with having everything be a race issue. It's such a divisive way of thinking.
They do make one fair point though, having an already clearly established character suddenly change skin colors is pretty retarded, merely because of historical/narrative accuracy. This is valid for both sides though.
Also John Boyega's performance in Star Wars was freaking glorious and made the movie shine, it's a shame people were so adamant about him just because he was black; that I agree is stupid and shouldn't be a thing in this day and age.

No current mobile platform allows 18+ content to be sold through official retailers (digital or physical). For PS Vita and Nintendo consoles you're basically doomed since you have to sell through official retailers. For Android your only choice would be to share the application through unofficial channels, but I doubt that would net you any tangible profit worth the cost, and this is not taking into account the hardware limitations (which, granted, aren't that bad nowadays, but still are inferior to PC).
Until this scenario changes, I'm never going to support mobile ports over adult content.

Pls no console ports.

I don't know if it was a huge mistake or not, but after mulling over it for days and days, I ended up ordering all 7 volumes of Koe no Katachi

Primarily it was visual novels, because there were so many great titles I was missing out on due to not knowing Japanese. Now it's a mixture of a lot of reasons, one of them being the fact I want to work in Japan.
My favorite thing about being a mod on fuwa is that I always get to see the records of every shitpost ever. Sometimes I go back to look at hidden content and laugh at some gems.
My least favorite thing is probably the fact I can never do something right, there's always somebody that will think I'm acting like a tyrant.
And I don't know, I'm not sure how I got into this position myself.
That's classified.
I'd probably try to unify all 4 main pages a bit better, cause right now things still feel sorta scattered. Or maybe that's just me. Like, I know it's a dead horse already, but the main site is still sorta useless.
One thing I woulf say is necessary for a visual novel site is passion for the medium. Visual novels are a small niche and you can't expect your community to be huge, but if you care enough and put time into it, I'm sure you can grow to a decent size so that other people start helping you grow as well.
One thing I'd not change on Fuwa is the forum. I basically spend most of my time here and despite not being perfect I think it has a place for everyone.
These were probably really generic answers but honestly I don't see myself as a revolutionary so this is the limit of my imagination. 

Good question, I was actually just googling around for VNs similar to Little Busters, and then came across the Hoshimemo page on Fuwa. Not long after I registered on the forum and that's how my life spiraled out of control.

It's interesting that they have so many game genres in there. Could this mean SP wants to expand beyond VNs and start localizing actual games?
Some options are kinda bullshit. There's plenty of questions that ask me to rank stuff despite the fact I don't care for 90% of them. For example, I'm never going to own a gaming console, but I'm forced to put a "would very likely play a game in this console" because the survey doesn't allow a different opion.
Or the option about where you get your information from. No matter what choice I make, it always implies I use all the sources, which is not true at all.
