Conditions like heavy depression or schizoprenia are a "delightful" mix of symptoms. Weariness (even if not elicited by traceable causes) is a common byproduct of depression, it's commonly told how the patient stays in bed during long periods of time, feels drained, and so on.
With schizophrenia you have the "lovely" antipsychotics, which aren't religiously used willingly by patients anyway. Those bring their own problems, but at least you shake off the worst.

I tried playing fault - milestone one and jesus, it was SO BORING. The art was fine, but all the explanation about the magic system was dumped in the beginning of the game and it drove me bonkers. I couldn't even make out of the prologue. (and i have the sequel too, ffs)

Not sure if this fits here, but we're thinking of doing some streaming and one of things we'd like to do is play some tabletop games, kind of like D&D lite.
We're going to keep the system really light and open and not crunchy. You don't need to know any rules or have any experience at all! You can play via voice or chat.
We'll do a mix of Twitch and Discord for it, and we'll be streaming video/audio of us.
I think Ivy is going to do some live sketching of monsters and characters while we play; and she is the official dice roller for everyone even.

Alissia Dragoon is a beat'em up arcade for the Genesis, though I never managed to finish it, the game is pretty difficult. The eponymous protagonist is a girl bent on vengeance.
Better get this as an ISO, since I sold the cartridge not long ago and it sells for considerable sums.

Quite sad that Sayori is focusing on these kinds of VN hybrids with short scenes, really like her art so it would be nice if she released more full lenght VNs.

Well, I usually just run VN's from before 2002 on Windows XP virtual machine. It's much simpler than trying to make them work on newer OS's.

Well, most of the time they want to design a cute character. What constitutes "cute" shifts over time, and each era has its own ideas about it. What's true is that a given time, most designers abide by that time's rules.

Probably around the first walking in on a girl changing scene. Those are literally the bane of my existence and they kept happening a lot. Not to mention I hated every character in some way.

Well, the "Nekoko case" is pretty common. Crazy things happen at high schools all the time. Maybe these were more common up to the good ol' 90s, probably they still happen now.
