Assuming you're not talking about localized VNs (otherwise: Mangagamer, Steam, JAST (lol), Sekai Project (do they even sell things already) are your best bets), it can be a bit of a pain to buy physical VNs from Japan, because a lot of websites don't ship internationally, and some (like amazon) specifically don't ship 18+ products. In which case you need to use a proxy (a service or person which will order things for you and ship them in your place). Lucky you, our very own OriginalRen is willing to act as a proxy for free!
 
Another possibility is online stores for digital copies, some VN companies do have them.

There will always be split opinions on this matter. There are people who prefer "absolute" english and then there are those who prefer honorifics and certain jp terms to be left as is, so I simply made my own opinion/preference the deciding factor.

But I think there is a small mistake in the readme.txt. You should first update the game to 1.1 and then copy the Snow.hcb from the prologue patch. Otherwise, the Snow.hcb will be replaced with one from 1.1 update and the game will still be in japanese. So basically, in the readme.txt steps 2 and 3 should be switched.
 

And I'm getting this error at the end of Hinata's first line.

Astro is translating an 18+ visual novel that is story focused. Nukige has mostly sexual content and very little story in case you are unaware. I also do not like nukige, but will play 18+ visual novels.

I always read the H scenes =/ Noble Works got a  high number of H scenes like Dracu-riot for example  ??

Well, I strongly disagree, and know one is forcing you to read anything. You can "alt" key through it. I for one DO read the H scenes and many others do as well.

Well, it's a good thing that you and others point this kind of stuff out. Mental awareness concerning certain issues is often enough to raise the quality of subsequent translation. Once the whole tl is done, we'll do another editing pass anyway, so hopefully similar issues throughout the scripts will be stamped out.

It wasn't until I went through this thread that I REALLY realized just how outnumbered I am in terms of gender... I mean, I obviously knew that this site was mainly male, but wow

Weekly Progress: 713 Lines. 

Normally, I don't bump the thread every time we update the current translation status, but I thought it was worth noting that our Hinata translator recently returned from hiatus and since then the translation progress of Hinata's route has jumped 20% (~2,000 lines) over the course of just one week. I know there's at least one person on this forum who will be happy to hear about that.

** I guess it's about time I explain the point of this thread. The purpose of OPs is essentially to pull people in and catch their attention, and many have certainly caught my attention. In most cases, the animation matches with the lyrics very well, and I feel like this gives the OPs even more meaning. It's too bad not everyone is able to understand the lyrics, though. Similar to translating games, translating OPs allows me to share what I love. To promote games, and possibly inspire someone to want to fanTL it.   The lyrics really say a lot about the games, after all. Golden Marriage is a pure love story, like the ones you see in fairy tales. Imouto route banzai (she's the one with silver hair).    
As for KoiKano, I feel like the theme of the game is really about finding yourself, overcoming your fears, and reaching towards your dreams - no matter how far-off they seem to be. I really like duca's songs. She has a nice voice. This OP was fun to sub, and I really like Kantoku's art so hopefully someone picks up a TL project for this game.

Don't worry. Notifying the translator about errors and stuff are typically okay. I just told you that they'll eventually go over those lines and edit the mistakes, so don't worry.
 
But I guess telling you those things are their job or smth.
