Great news! I have yet to start reading this so once the patch is released i'll give it a go.

Human adaptation is a great thing I originally did not like such things like futa and trap, but it was all a matter of time before I learned to appreciate them and love them even with the extras. You can't help it if they are cute.

The anime cuts out most of the common route and drops the story into what is practically Momoyo's route, cutting out all the other routes and adding in some new material. So you don't miss pretty much anything if you watch the anime, maybe a couple of little things but nothing major.
