Clephas got a reaction from Khloelli in Visual Novels that address the incest?
Most Minori games?  They always have twisted incest routes in Minori games that are as much about people's reactions as they are the relationship itself.  Just look on vndb for any Minori game with the incest tag or a sister heroine.
To a more comical extent, any Clochette game with a little sister has an incest route, usually with the little sister being an obsessive brocon who doesn't understand propriety... there usually aren't any huge obstacles to the relationship though, since most people around them are usually aware of the sister's feelings and are at least reluctantly supportive.
Soshite Hatsukoi ga Imouto ni Naru has a lot of messed up characters and two 'imouto' paths, both of which have their own issues that are pretty serious.  Honestly, this is one of my major recommendations for imouto routes in general.
World Election has a decent imouto route, but it is similar to Clochette games in that there aren't any huge obstacles.
Yorite Konoha wa Kurenai ni has an imouto route that isn't my favorite, but it does deal with those issues to an extent.
Unmei Yohou o Shirase Shimasu has a seriously, badly twisted imouto route that deals with the issues you mentioned, along with a lot of psychological trauma and the protagonist having been a total a-hole as a kid.
Reminiscence has the single best sister route ever, and while there aren't any social issues involved, there are a ton of hidden issues between those two that are pretty messed up and horrifying.
Kanojo-tachi no Ryuugi is another one with pretty heavy-handed imouto routes, though the reasons are pretty evident early on.
Real Imouto ga Iru Ooizumi-kun no Baai
    Koiiro Soramoyou
Tayutama (the original, not the localized one)
Yome Sagashi ga Hakadorisugite Yabai!  is another good choice, though this one again is less about social issues than adjustment issues.  (really, any of the Yabai! series will work, since the imoutos are all brocon heroines that have a lot of internal hangups)

I'm pretty sure it is unlocked from the beginning... if I recall correctly, it is actually a selection in the config menu where you can automatically win the battles, though it has been two or three years, so I might be wrong.

It has been established that paying for a fantranslation is illegal (ie. Sanity's End was sued for taking money to translate VNs without a license).  While posting a translation request might get some kind of result, fantranslators in general like to pick and choose what they translate.

It is considered bad form to fantranslate something that is already slated to be localized.  That isn't even mentioning the likely legal actions, however limited, that would be taken by the companies that licensed the games.

Ikusa Megami Zero, Ikusa Megami Verita, Madou Koukaku, Kami no Rhapsody, and Fuukan no Grasesta.
IMZ actually has one of the best jrpg stories I've ever seen, and Madou Koukaku is a great conquest strategy game.  Fuukan no Grasesta is an excellent example of what Eushully can do when it wants to, even now.  Too bad one like Fuukan only comes out for every four iffy ones.

One of the cardinal mistakes of most VN's is the severe lack of support characters and different locations, because that automatically limits the scope of the story a lot. There's just so much you can do with only character interactions between a moe blob. This is particularly puzzling since this shouldn't even be a financial problem. Usually sprites require much less effort than full CG's, especially if they aren't main characters. They also don't even need to bother their main artist with it, since they can be done by assistant artists. Similar situation for the backgrounds.
You don't really need a whole lot of event CG's for a story, just a good bunch of support characters and locations. If I want to know about the story scope of a VN, it's usually enough to just check out the character section. If the character count is less than 10, there's usually not more in it than a slice of life moege. Exceptions exist like the 9-nine series, which uses their main cast very efficiently, but those are pretty rare.

With chuunige, that isn't the issue.  Rather, the more CG-reliant a chuunige is, the lower the quality.  To be blunt, the worst chuunige I've played in recent years, Ryakudatsusha no Raillore suffered precisely because it was 90% reliant on CGs and dialogue to tell the story.   I know some people have trouble with the reading aspect... but the question you need to ask yourself when you start complaining about having to read extensive narration is... why am I not watching anime?
Otomege need to get over DIDS (Damsel in Distress Syndrome).
I don't mind that western VNs imitate Japanese visual styles.  What I do mind is that they try to rehash Japanese writing styles and story types.  I also don't want my VNs to preach to me (for some reason, some EVNs that look good on the surface are trying to lobby the reader on social issues that I get enough of in the news).
Moege as in pure moege is a dead genre.  As an umbrella, it is almost entirely made up of charage in modern times.  Charage need stronger protagonists, and when they have a strong protagonist, they should stop nerfing them during the heroine paths to make the heroines stand out more (Tsuki ni Yorisou, Otome no Sahou 2 being a prime example of this type of massive fuckup, since the best part of the cast was the protagonist and he suddenly became a piffle in the heroine paths).
Let's be clear... Narration/Monologue padding almost never happens in JVNs.  Rather, the problem is 'meaningless SOL'.  There is a literal ton of meaningless SOL in JVNs and entire JVNs that have nothing but meaningless SOL that isn't even amusing or interesting.
Protagonist VA is definitely something that should be universal in games with VA.   Self-insert being harmed by it is total BS.  It is an excuse not to have to pay for it.
I agree with the need to do away with high school settings.  It's been done and overdone ad infinitum.
Protagonist personalities definitely need to be revamped.  If I wanted to self-insert into a moron or an average guy, I'd read 19th century literature.

The limit of dictionaries is in the lack of a connection to cultural knowledge.  One problem with becoming dictionary-reliant is that it becomes more difficult to learn common usages and more specific meanings of given words in given situations.  So much of the language is situational, especially idioms that are presented as simple verbs, adjectives, or nouns.  A great deal of it requires background knowledge of cultural minutiae and/or a lot of experience with the usage.  That's why you get a lot of seriously off-base results with even the best machine translations (which are essentially advanced dictionaries connected to a translating program).
I don't even want to get into kobun and VNs/books that use archaic forms of Japanese... the effort it takes to read that stuff even with external aids is ridiculous for non-native speakers (and even some native speakers).
Edit: Example of one such headache below.

To be a bit clearer, I should say that without grammar and syntax, knowing vocab or kanji is pretty useless.  I don't recommend you even attempt to play an untranslated VN or watch raw anime without a complete knowledge of grammar and at least a working knowledge of syntax.  When I say the 'rest can be picked up along the way', I don't mean to be cavalier about it.  Vocab takes time and is a task of memorization combined with an understanding of usage.  The reason Japanese has so much pun humor is because so many phonetically-similar words in Japanese have drastically different meanings, even compared to English.  Every one of the elements you gain, whether kana, kanji, or new words will add to your understanding.  In addition, while I say that 'vocab takes second place', I mean that you will inevitably learn a large number of verbs and basic nouns in the process of mastering grammar.
Kanji is also useful in mastering syntax.  I say this because kanji is integral to telling the difference between phonetically-similar words if you don't have enough understanding to grasp the difference from context.  If grammar and syntax are the bones and organs, kanji is the skin and vocab is the veins, muscles and nerves.

Grammar and syntax.  Vocab can be filled in along the way, as can Kanji.  You'd go slowly, but if you are using a decent furigana parser with a text hooker it is possible to play untranslated (albeit difficult) with just a solid understanding of how Japanese grammar and syntax work along with a limited vocab.

That's actually a surprisingly difficult theme to find.  Personally, I'd love to see something like Maou Gakuin in a VN, but so far I haven't found it.
Sorceress Alive kinda-sorta fulfills that desire, but honestly I thought it was kind of meh.
Primary Magical Trouble Scramble is another one
1/7 no Mahoutsukai has the magic academy thing down, but it doesn't give you the high fantasy feeling (it is in another world, however).
Tiny Dungeon series fulfills a lot of that desire.
Last of all would be Valkyrie Runabout, a comedy VN with an op protagonist in a fantasy world about to start school (though it isn't a magic school).
Edit: unfortunately, there is only one op protagonist in this group.  Sorceress Alive's protagonist can't use magic, Primary's protagonist has some unusual abilities but isn't really OP.  1/7 no Mahoutsukai's protagonist has weaker than average magic abilities, though he is incredibly skilled and ingenious in using what he has.  Tiny Dungeon's protagonist is a hard-worker who starts out as a weak swordsman who can't use magic and grows into the role of a leader and a master swordsman later in the series.  Valkyrie Runabout's protagonist is the ex-Great Sage who helped defeat the Demon King (taken from another world) and has ridiculously OP spellcasting abilities.
