Hello People! I just wanted to introduce myself to the community.
I'm from Argentina and started reading VNs since the begginin of the year and read a lot the VNTS in order to follow VNs and also find newones.
So far i only read Translated VNs (G-Senjou no Maou, Hoshimemo, Grisaia no Kajitsu, Koichoco, Majikoi) and started learning japanese in order to be able to help in Translations and (of course) to read VNs with no need of waiting for patches or English releases.
And i also would like to hear recomendations of VNs to improve my experience, and maybe help other people to get into them too.
I hope to get along with everyone!

Summary:
One day, the face of the Earth was changed permanently when it came into contact with a mysterious force known as the “Alpha Nebula”. With it, humans developed various unexplainable abilities, and divided themselves based on those traits.
The main factions include: The Tonitrui, the Excedente, the Praecantator, the Permuto, and the Northmanni. All have their own set of unique abilities that came with infamous Alpha Nebula collision, with the exception of the Northmanni who remain largely unchanged.
Among these races however, existed a special group of people who managed to retain all the other race’s abilities. They were a very powerful, but small isolated group of people, called “emulators”.
Arin Arlento was one of these people, living in a remote village with his grandfather and other emulators. All was going peacefully, until it was attacked by the Northmanni empire, who slaughtered his entire race and kidnapped his childhood friend, Aria.
Being the only other survivor, Arin escaped into the Northmanni empire, hiding and plotting his revenge. That is until finding out that Aria is still alive, and is being experimented on by the Northmanni.
Resentful of the world that took everything away from him, Arin begins his quest to retrieve his friend, and exact retribution on those who destroyed all that he held dear.
It’s one misguided man against the world.

Structure: the story would be mostly linear as the choices mostly appear during battle and have their instant bad ends attached to it.
The common route before each branching point is not very long as it serves to introduce the heroine who you would be branching into.
It has an enforced playing order of Alacria->Aniam.
Once the reader branches into the four other heroines the main story ends there and it focuses on the specific problems of the heroine.
Due to various issues, Episicava would be released in 3 separate volumes as opposed to one whole. 
Setting: one of the main features of this story is that it is adventure styled. The protagonist and his posse of troubled combat capable girls move about on the various continents to seek new shelter. Each continent represents an ethnicity or fault of human nature.
Northmanni- Modern day society. Styled after Japan and America.
Fulgur- represents humanity’s scientific progression and the harm it causes.
Tribus- represents African tribalism and the cultural implications it puts on its people.

Since the dawn of man, Ascendants have been seen soaring in the skies. To the humans, they are ethereal, divine and immortal beings; guardians of earth and protectors of humankind. But even among the Ascendants, there are those who have Fallen.
Areon is an Ascendant who hunts the creatures born from sin; the Fallen. Together with his partner Eden, he purges the world little by little. Everything goes effortlessly until Areon is asked to participate in the Divinity project; a project to rehabilitate Fallen. Only the best Ascendants are chosen due to the dangers. During the project, a Divinity Link will be formed between the two until one Ascends, or one Falls.
At the selection, the beautiful Ark caught his attention. A Fallen that had been caught three weeks ago, but never approached due to her insanely corrupted personality. Areon, undaunted by her ferocity, forms a link with Ark. However, he did not realize that his powers will be irrelevant. What will be challenged are his wits, resolve, and mental fortitude. What awaits him is a bigger task than he could have ever imagined.
Prepare for the release of the demo. Will you change the story? Or will the story change you?

Hey! We're Team geNe6 and we're an international team striving to make our mark in the visual novel world. Our goal is to create the high-quality visual novel which everyone has been waiting for, while also introducing people to the medium. Inspired by both Japanese and western media, we hope to create something unique, and surprise everyone with our upcoming visual novel; False Elegy.

I am here to announce that our new team, "Eternal Nyaboron," has officially started translating Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo for the PSP and PS VITA!

Special Note: Yes, we have confirmed that the game can be run on PSP, and PS VITA. PS VITA will be a bit more 'different' to work around with compared to the PSP.
Overview of game:
Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo is a Visual Novel that is rated C (Rated Teen or 12+ in other countries.) The main protagonist, Sorata Kanda, starts to create a game that was advertised at Suimei University of Fine Arts. His fellow dormmates, Shiina Mashiro, Aoyama Nanami, Jin Mitaka, Misaki Kamiigusa, Akasaka Ryunnsuke, along with 2 new characters, Otoha Nakano, and Koichi Shinagawa decided to help Sorata to create the best ultimate game design. Sakurasou No Pet Na Kanojo is available for PSP, PS VITA, and PS TV. There's also 6 downloadable content that adds in some character development, and some hilarious tensions between the protagonists.

Good choice Frankie, that's how you should go about reading tbh. I was like that before too; reading like 5 VNs at a time.
I find that focusing on one makes the overall experience much more satisfying, as you are pulled into the VN in a lot more. (If that makes sense ... Things I say rarely does, but ... meh)
 
PE does have a pretty fantastic cast, which makes it a really enjoyable read.

I have been reading VNs for around a year now but recently I've been more focused to read more and make it into a proper hobby.
My favourites are Planetarian and Saya no Uta right now however I usually enjoy Slice of Life/Romance.

Over two years. wow. a lot has changed in that time. torrents were still a thing and little hanako was peeking her pretty head out while grasping a heart on this page. i originally started here to thank someone for a completely forgettable vn he had posted on here and to post some vns myself. Maman Kyoushitsu ~Mirai no H na Obenkyou~ was my first. cant remember my second. mightve been the sort of expanded da capo vn with new routes and an easier way to know if youre picking the girl you want to hang out with.

you know, i dont know why i stayed after torrents were gone. i think i started to get in a discussion on the princess evangile thread and it just kept going. met some friends along the way, got to know people. it was fun. im glad i did though. i care deeply about this community despite my inactivity here.
