Kamidori maybe, although there's more gameplay heavy though. Noble Works could be good recommendation as well (Although it could have too much drama for you though), and if you didn't mind old releases then I would recommend both of ToHeart 2 and Yoake here (Special note for Yoake that it was had same developer as Daitoshokan). Hi! I am feeling like reading something very lighthearted with no drama, preferably just fluffy romance with comedy. Oh, and it has to be translated, do you have any recommendations?

Flowers might interest you. I'm still reading it, but it's been pretty enjoyable so far. There are no H-scenes (if I'm not wrong). Additionally, it has really beautiful art. 

I don't know ho you feel about OELVN'S, but Starlight Vega is a pretty good love story http://store.steampowered.com/app/377690/. Also the same creator is creating a story about Incest and it's Yuri too. It's called Love Ribbon, but it's not out yet. 
 
Nurse Addition is another one http://store.steampowered.com/app/485040/. It's a Japanese made game. It's kind of light hearted in the beginning, but the routes are pretty dramatic. 
 
Lily Princess is another OELVN and is based off the Little Princess. I found it t be dramatic and well written. Thing is each relationship varies. Some are romance but some are more friendship. You may enjoy it though http://store.steampowered.com/app/449250/.

Sadly, the restoration patch kinda sorta messes up the CG gallery, and some CGs might not appear, and some might display incorrectly when you try to view them. I'd suggest just going to that point in the game, and literally just taking a screenshot of them, or finding a high quality version online, if you want to look at them later. As far as I am aware, there is no fix for this with the current restoration patch. (The new translation patch will fix this issue, and you can track the progress on that here:)

Ageha's route is finally translated (or yeah, I was supposed to post an update about it... well, here it is ). Currently it's being edited. I haven't started going over Amane's route yet (I need a break after fixing that Ageha-route-trainwreck), but I probably won't be able to finish it this year.
As for the partial patch, we didn't want to deal with testing, QC and all technical stuff multiple times, so we decided to only release the whole thing.

Visual Novel Reader is a text-hooking application (typically used with machine translation), and that's immediately what came to mind when I saw this topic.

Maliciously pervy? No.
Comically and harmlessly pervy? Sure, why not.

It kinda depends on the title, if it is something like Rance or Bunny Black in which the protagonist is certainly doing villainous things, but is not straight up evil I can usually enjoy. If it is something super fucking bleak, in which the Protagonist has nothing but animosity twords the heroines and are only fucking them to straight up ruin their lives, I have a harder time enjoying those titles.

I'd rather have them be a massive pervert than scream every time they see a nipple.  
 

Because after the starter phase, most people become to pretentious to appreciate it. "I only read REAL japanese Visual Novels" and stuff like that.

On a serious note, my answer is yes. It is basically a book, but in the end, it is a program that is run and "played" by you on a computer. That basically means it's a video game, even if the only thing you do is click the screen to advance the text.

But I am not all that happy with my answer. My range is just too wide, it's basically impossible for me not to find a heroine attractive, not matter what she wears or looks like. Even my dislikes toward heterochromia and blue hair can't stop me from liking lots of characters with those assets.
