Give it time, rewatch a movie you like, pick up a book, maybe just fire up Kancolle and blast away for a couple hours. We neeed to take our minds off of things sometimes. When the daily stresses pile up sometimes I'll feel drained emotionally, even though there isn't anything in particular that's wrong, per say. For me, personally, I had a vague idea of what caused me to feel bad, although it took me a really long time to get a more clear picture. Thinking it over and talking about it with others helps.
