I wouldn't say she's mature in that regard, but she definitely takes the lead when it comes to chasing Yuuji, as she constantly showers him with affection and cooks for him whenever possible.

Yeah, a couple of them. Tiger dojo is hilarious  Once I finish the route I might go back to read them all.
And Sakura mmm... I get Yandere vibes, and that's all I can say so far. She didn't have much protagonism for the time being.

You could always make a vndb list to keep track of all the visual novels you've played.
Not really. I don't think most (if any) point and click games have as much humor and plot development as Ace Attorney. Well, you're still on the first one so the best parts are yet to come, but you'll know what I mean once you reach the 3rd game in the series (Trials and Tribulations).
Well, anyways, welcome to the forums! I was also a lurker here until 2 months ago

There is no way to increase "Star" level but you can GRAIL servants. star just really means your lvl cap, so 5star is capped at 90, 4 at 80, 3 at 70, 2 at 65, 1 at 60? i think. So of course their stats are lower if they have lower star level, but stats don't really mean too much. It's all about skills and NP. This is why people like Cu, Hans, Hassan, are GREAT as they have amazing skills and/or NP abilities despite having lower "stats" and level "cap"
However by Grailing servants (once they reach max cap level you can use a Holy Grail to increase their level cap (before 90 it goes up by 5 so, 60 -> 65 -> 70 -> 75 -> 80 -> 85 -> 90, 90 goes up by 2 to 100 so 90 -> 92 -> 94 etc to 100 which is THE level CAP) you can get lower stars to be on relatively better footing to compare to upper stars. However note that in this game GRAILS are limited, you will get more as time goes on but they are entirely limited resources so be careful on who you grail. It is recommended to grail the servants you REALLY like rather than for "stats" or "min/max"ing as the servants you really like are the ones you will most likely play with and therefore you will get the most out of grailing those.
To get 5* servants it's rare even on rateup. Rateup just means that 5 star servants are 1% chance. if the game registers you as getting a 5 star it will then randomize WHICH 5 star you get, rateup just means when this RANDOMIZE process starts you will have a better chance at getting that servant. but this does not increase the 1%
In saying that, if you want to remain free to play, just save up your quarts and tickets and don't go ham on spending them, spend every now and again, a multi here and multi there, a ticket every now and then. you may get lucky.
I myself for instance spent 2 tickets randomly on the story gacha and got a 4 star AND a 5 star. I have spent a few multis on banners and got both the 4 star and 5 stars in a few multis...but at the same time I have gone over 1000sq without getting a single 5 star before and also over 500 without a single 4 star. and even THEN you aren't guaranteed the servant you wana roll for...so just appreciate everything you get, don't go ham, and have fun.

When you feel like enough is enough. I consider myself done with Muv Luv even though I've only read 4 routes in Extra and 1 route in Unlimited. I also consider myself done with Fate Stay Night despite only reaching 3-4 bad ends out of a possible 40.

Don't worry; Shirou becomes much better in Heavens Feel. I initially hated Shirou too (like how I did for pre-CHOMP Takeru) but he soon became one of most favourite vn protagonists by the end of Heaven's Feel. The character development for Shirou is somewhat similar to that of Takeru, so I'm sure you'll enjoy it  (but not before raging over stupid decisions that Shirou makes).

You haven't read FSN? What have you been doing with your life; go read it now!
Edit: You should probably read Dies Irae after FSN since they are both quite similar.

Actually, the fandisc delves deep into Houzuki's past so you will definitely better understand his motives and personality in Sharin.
P.S The fandisc also contains afterstories for each heroine but like in Grisaia no Meikyuu, they are only there for fanservice so important parts like character development and plot development are thrown out of the window.

Just finished It's my own Invention and Looking-glass Insects in Subahibi and quite frankly speaking, they are both screwed up (though not nearly as disturbing as I thought). I have never been so infuriated at the protagonist, especially Takuji who's really quite clearly screwed up in his head (desk scene ahem). Aside from that though, I really like how they connect to each other, with the perspectives of both Takuji in Invention and Zakuro in Insects explaining the cause of
In conclusion, now that the worst is behind me, I can now finally look forward to the good stuff.

Finished Marie's route in Dies Irae and can't help but feel awed by it. Kasumi's route and Kei's route were pretty good but Marie's route is on a whole new level.
If I am to compare Dies Irae to Fate Stay Night, Kasumi's route and Kei's route would be like Fate and Marie's route would be like Unlimited Blade Works. I have a feeling that the final route (Rea's route) will be like Heaven's Feel but we'll see.

I haven't watched the anime, but from the comments I've read online, it's nothing compared to the visual novel. Sort of like the Grisaia anime, I guess.

I've just finished Rea's route. Boy, what a ride it has been. I've never felt this emotional since I last read Muv Luv Alternative; damn I even nearly teared up towards the end of the game. If Marie's route was epic, Rea's route was godly. Never in my whole vn reading experience had I ever witnessed such powerful battle scenes; it's truly a clash of the gods.
Dies Irae is very similar to Fate Stay Night in so many ways, the first being its battle royale theme and the second being its characters sharing similar traits: Ren wielding Marie is like Shirou wielding Saber; Kei is like Rin (the tsundere rival teaching the protagonist the basics and somehow ends up falling for him); Tubal Cain is like Berserker (the uncontrollable beast); Trifa is like Kirei (the fake priest); and Reinhard is like Gilgamesh (the guy who thinks he's almighty and all). Perhaps that's why I had such high expectations for this vn, so when I finished Kasumi's route, I couldn't help but feel disappointed, since it didn't feel like the full story was being told. Then I went on to Kei's route but there were still quite some things I couldn't quite understand. It wasn't until Marie's route that I started to feel that Dies Irae would be a 9/10 worthy type of vn (at least for me) and finishing Rea's route just a few minutes ago has pretty much solidified this feeling.
Words can't even describe how much I enjoyed reading Dies Irae - I think I may have a new outright 2nd favorite now.

Trials and Tribulations is on a whole new level as compared to the first 2 games so I'm sure you'll enjoy it once you reach there (though I did like the graphics for Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice more)

At the very least, you should start from Apollo Justice (the 4th game) but it's best if you start from the first game, since there are some references to past games in the newer titles.
