Based on the revelation that their second title was also censored?  No, and it doesn't even matter what it is.
I mean, I suppose they could release the not-yet-out 18+ version of that Lovekami title in English, and if they did, I'd probably change my mind about writing them off.  But I doubt very much that they will.  I more or less am back to wanting them to quit releasing stuff, so Pulltop games can go to MangaGamer or Sekai.

She's the main reason I'm actually interested in Dal Segno.  I did recently beat Sonohana New Gen, but I still have six other games I'm working on, so I'm not quite ready to queue up a new one.
I'm still working on Princess Evangile (at least the common route so I can play W Happiness), Chaos;Head, Tokyo Babel, Shadows of Pygmalion, Majikoi (I want to at least finish the common route before deciding whether I want to wait to see if Jast's translation is better), and Gahkthun.

That doesn't elaborate on why anyone would see the handling of this project as shady, unfortunately. 
I haven't responded to a lot of accusations because honestly, there's very little point when many of the complainers simply hate SP or fanTL licensing in general. What I'll say is that I genuinely dislike deceptive PR practices and I tried to be as honest as I could, but I really couldn't tell people that we were contacted when we were. Despite that, I still wanted to let people know how the project was progressing. What I said about the early patch release was true: it was in rather poor condition. Poor enough to upset me that it was the version everyone seems to have played, like they all saw my rough draft and judged the work based on that, and not my final, polished product. In any case, no work has been postponed as a result of any dealings with SP, and in fact, I am working on the project at this very moment (I'm taking a break to post this).
The finished product will look very different from the patch that was released earlier, and I hope people enjoy it.

It is really impossible to learn a language fully without knowing grammar, it's like building a house without the pillars, especially for Japanese, which have a structure different from the usual of most Western languages, i not mentioned this before cuz is really obvious that is necessary.

It wouldn't be hard for them to find a lawyer who is. What a silly question. If they're doing business in the west, they're paying western lawyers.

Nan is probably a hint at Yaegashi Nan, the Senran Kagura artist who also did art for two Alicesoft games, Evenicle and Drapeko. 

FWIW, Decay isn't the first or only person I've seen claiming this. Maybe it's just the places I frequent, but I actually haven't seen a single person pitching the claim that the scene is actually important. I wouldn't know either way; haven't read the game, or even read any commentary on it until this came up yesterday.

I don't know subahibi and i can't imagine how important a bestiality scene is, but 10-15 lines is actually a lot of lines. So much can be said with those lines, so much can be conveyed if used properly. For example: 
Thats like 13-15 lines i think. So it depends on the scene in the Vn and what's being said and how its used to invoke particular thoughts and feelings from the reader. All i'm saying is 10-15 lines can mean a lot. 

I think ultimately, us readers won AX  , there's just so many choices, something for everyone and its not even the last convention of the year. Pretty content with the announcements.

The scenes aren't considered individually, they're considered in relation to the work as a whole.  The game itself might, it might not.  I'm no lawyer, I just read up on this stuff because it interests me.  My point never was that these games are / aren't obscene.  The law is incredibly vague on this point anyway, it basically is applied on a case-by-case basis.  My point was that if it does go to court, the disclaimers won't really mean a whole lot.

You are mistaking it with Jingai Makyou. 

I am a giant sucker for monster girls, so Magical Marriage Lunatics is right up my alley.  Probably MangaGamer looked at how hot monster girls are right now and decided this game would be a good pick, especially since both of their Moonstone releases have done well.
As for Damekoi, I read up on this game in the past, and I believe I saw stuff that indicated she's explicitly underage when the relationship starts but that, if you pay attention to how long passes in-game, nothing actually happens until she's 18?  Even if this turns out not to be true, though, it's not the death knell that it might seem.  Those legalese disclaimers that "all characters are over the age of 18"?  Yeah, they won't offer much protection in the event that some prosecutor decides that Imouto Paradise is obscene.  They'll just say "come on, these characters are obviously in high school, so even if the main character is 18, the others are all younger than him, especially Koharu and Hiyori" (the loli twins).
If Mangagamer can get away with releasing Sweet Sweat in Summer and Sweet Young Bride, and Jast USA can get away with releasing Littlewitch Romanesque, then MangaGamer can almost certainly get away with releasing DameKoi.  All depictions of underage sex aren't illegal.  That would outlaw Romeo and Juliet, among many many other things that are clearly protected.  Only obscene depictions of sex lack First Amendment protection, and to be child porn, something first has to be obscene.  The relevant standard in the US for obscenity is the Miller Test, and it provides:
When asked about why Littlewitch was an exception to Jast's longstanding no-lolige policy, Peter's comment was that they decided no one could possibly conclude that Littlewitch would fail this test.  I imagine the same could be said for Damekoi.

But this is not a fan translation. This is a product that you paid for. If it was just another poor fan TL, that would at least be something, but this is an official TL. This quality is not okay for an official release. 

I just looked all this up cause I got annoyed/curious at how long it was taking.  This isn't quite right.
The partnership was announced in 2009.  But at that time, they only announced 2 titles:  Demonbane (which released in 2011), and Jingai Makyou (which was one of two stealth cancelled games).  Then in 2011, 5 more Nitroplus games were announced: Saya no Uta (released in 2013), Hanachirasu (released in 2015), Kikokugai (also stealth-cancelled), Sumaga, and Django.

Even though they haven't updated it since last September, you can still see work indeed proceeds on Sumaga.  There's no update on Django (that "december" date is "december 2015", and there's no subsequent notes) so who the hell knows what's up with that.  But Sumaga definitely is being worked on.  Notably, both Sumaga and Django are listed officially on a progress tracker, meaning that there's very little chance one or the other has been stealth cancelled (like the two that got memory holed after being announced).

Hah.  So they did in fact manage to censor a game when there wasn't even anything to censor.  Yet.  I was afraid they might pull this stunt.

Happy about Evenicle and Damekoi .  Honestly I'm happy with any game announcement by most of the established Vn companies [the ones with proper translators to be precise]. The more choices the better for everyone. I'm even interested in JAST, maybe they'll announce that they're expanding and hiring more people to work on the Vns they have? maybe they'll up their game in some way, nobody knows what they'll be announcing so anythings possible lol.
Can't say i've ever been dissapointed of these expo announcements, I might not be interested in some but f-it, at least everyone gets a taste lol. The steam crowd, the casuals, the elites and everyone in between, we all just want to read some Vns man .
Ps: got 'awww' triggered by Korropokkuru, still reading D.I and Shiro called Kasumi that a few times, freaking cute. They translated it munchkin, but it means fairy or something right? anyway, its a cute word .

Sheesh.  Two and a half months later.  Ick ick ick.  Well, I'm out from under the Giant Heap of RPGs.  I beat Torment: Tides of Numenera, gave up on Mass Effect: Andromeda, beat Persona 5, and then beat Trails in the Sky The Third.  (Whew!)
Around the time I resurfaced for air, Darklord Rooke's computer crashed.  He's had to spend time rebuilding it and reassembling his files.  This means that it's not 100% clear where progress is on the project right now (since he wasn't around for awhile).  I'll sync up with him hopefully sometime in the near future and update this thread again.

Tsukihime (by the creators of F/SN) is also pretty good.  I'll also recommend Steins;Gate.  I would also be recommending Soul Link, except that it's a bit late to be buying a copy since Navel's new management has no clue what they're doing.

Oh, we have plenty of new announcement planned, fear not! "Frontwing TV Live" is a reference to our periodic "Frontwing TV" live streams, specifically the fact that the panel will essentially be like a live version of that.

I'd check the actual Japanese line before getting your pitchforks out. Tarantino is relatively popular in Japan though and didn't Makoto herself reference him at another point when mentioning the kinds of movies she likes? 
Either way, I tend to be in favor of replacing obscure Japanese pop-culture references hardly anyone reading an English translation would understand.
