Am I the only one here who hasn't actually seen Love Live?  I'm beginning to believe this might be the case.

Personal preference.  Aside from just having it play better, your choice in music will help you connect to fans of a particular interest/style.  It's best to have a following that grows that you connect well with than trying to go for mass appeal and coming out appealing to no one.

It would make things easier but more complex at the same time.  At the very least it would give people the experience to do better, though the aftermath has potential to be confusing.
 
As for Neo, firstly I'll apologize for how crazy recent stuff is, breakups are hard enough as-is.  I'd cut off contact as-usual where others have said, block said people as well especially if they're effectively harassing you.  Find something to occupy your mind with, I'd say.  One route is to go for the kind of mind-blowing stuff that refuses to leave your mind, be it anime or VNs.  Another is to go for something long that you can rush through something long that you can get through - Episode 8 of Umineko's VN was what I ended up turning to.
 
There's also the whole argument of whether or not it's a good idea to jump right back into the dating pool, since someone may or may not be a bit unwell from the experience, but it's a more complicated subject than I can say to understand.  Find something to occupy yourself, block off the exes/harassment agents if at all possible.  Good luck.

Sure, it's an experiment, and putting it on the main page can also be an experiment to see how well it's received, if it changes activity significantly or not, and then we can compare results and feedback and make any necessary changes.
 
So instead of vehemently opposing testing it out, especially when the major complain is "I just don't want to look at it, pls don't" or "it'll be an ungodly spamfest" without any empirical evidence, why not see if it doesn't turn out to be a good thing in the end?
 
It's not that much in your face if it's literally at the bottom of the forum Index by the way, you would have to scroll all the way down to see it, so for the most part, the rest of the forum should remain as is in terms of looks, and if you hide it, you shouldn't even notice its presence since it's buried at the bottom.

I don't believe I have ever done it. And it does tend to have unfortunate consequences in the middle of the night while I sleep.

As long as there's an option to minimise, imo it's a good idea and worth a try. Sometimes I think Tay put the Fuwachat where he did just to troll people

It's a pain to use and it will probably die where it is, but it was brought in for a specific purpose. Which it's not really achieving in such an out-of-the-way place. But I recognise it's probably well down on the "Things to decide on" list.

One way I've heard it put is that Marvel is about normal people being superheroes, whereas DC is about superheroes being normal people.  Marvel heroes usually have some flaw to them, aren't considered 'all-powerful', etc, such as Spider man or some random angsty teenager X-man.  DC superheroes are usually larger than life and super-powerful to a degree, such as Superman.  In-general, weak characters are most interesting at their strongest, whereas strong characters are most interesting when they fail. 
 
As a result, you get Marvel being about weak people learning to be strong, and DC being about larger-than-life heroes failing to save someone.  It's a concept that definitely requires a bit more insight, and I don't know much about comics at all, but it's something that could be interesting to keep in mind when looking at the two and superheroes as a whole.  Really the only thing I heard is just the 'thesis statement', everything after that is just my interpretation of it based on writing knowledge.

I also go to school without sleeping lol~ You feel the pain. I used to go to my part time job after that but I quit recently. I think that I probably have insomnia as well? I can't sleep even when I lie down a lot of the time...

Interestingly enough, it seems my gambit worked. Only one member of the Military Police managed to hold on to their spot in the top 3. Now, the prizes Ren has offered, I will let him decide how those go out so hold on for just a little bit longer for the Infinity games and the Key Memorial Box. For everything else, the first place winner gets to pick their prize first from the available. The second place winner gets to pick second, and the third, well you get it. Note: Pancake mix was a joke, but if you want it bad enough, I'll buy you a gift card to a local grocery store.
