I guess I should've been more specific, as reading back on it, you probably thought of watching a live-stream or something. I was picturing Hikari reading a non-translated VN to me live through Skype or whatever. It'd be more personal and intimate rather than watching a pre-recorded video, which is why I'm sure it would be hilarious.

I asked this question in a Discord channel recently, and I'm just generally curious about other peoples' experiences to a character's death in a visual novel they've played. What was the most tragic death of someone in a VN you've read? What happened and why? What was your initial reaction? Obviously due to the spoiler-nature of this question, could you please format your answers similar to this example: VN Name I'm heading to bed now, and I hope to read some interesting deaths (totally not morbid-sounding) and experiences when I wake up. Thanks for reading~ If there aren't any replies by the time I wake up in several hours, well...

Title nani? ...Whatever happened to it being Totono? How can something called 'Gore Screaming Show' possibly be a good bedtime story!? ahem But to actually add to the topic, I really like the idea of a live VN reading compared to a VN LP. It sounds like fun! And full of laughs.

I tried to watch an LP of a visual novel once, I can't remember which one (go figure), but I just couldn't get into it. I definitely prefer reading them myself, while I still prefer to read a book, I do actually find enjoyment in an audio book providing it's been narrated well. I wish we got The Hobbit and LotR's narrated by the late great Christopher Lee. I wouldn't mind being read a non-translated VN by @HMN as a bedtime story, however.

Reading about how you presented that to your class gave my anxiety a huge spike. I honestly couldn't care less about who considers what art is true 'art'. It all just sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me. Like, a lot of the stuff I see that people call 'art' looks like junk to me. Then I'll see some amazing piece of art that I think looks incredible, and it gets no where near as much recognition as some piece of garbage looked. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I seriously second Ore Monogatari. I'm currently in the middle of it myself, and it's such a lovely romance comedy.

Just thought I'd recommend you perhaps leaving your solution method you found, so if anyone else in the future stumbles upon the same or similar issues, they can see what you did to solve it.

You silly willy for trying to install a patch from a different game! I don't know about the OP, but after hearing how the patch was actually an accidental leak, I'm not too fond of the idea in reading a version of something they're working their butts off on, that they don't want to be read yet. I'll wait as long as it takes until everyone on the team is 100% satisfied in their hard work and when they're ready to release it, I'll be sure to read it all with love! Plus I still have NobleWorks to start! runs back to reading PE
