DS_store is for Mac OS X folder metadata and will be present if at any time those files were touched by a Mac. They are hidden on the Mac but not elsewhere. It is harmless but can be annoying to see them show up everywhere.

That error message suggests you are trying to run the untranslated version. Please apply the patch first. All error messages in the patch installer are English.

Is this a savefile you created or was it one you downloaded from somewhere? Unfortunately it could just be that the savedata is corrupted, so you'll have to start over.

Check the sound settings in-game first, make sure they're enabled. Then look at the system volume settings.

Beware that some monitors (usually at the lower end) don't have any scaling options and just default to stretching the signal to fill the screen.

No, just decades of practice and using very very light keyboard... keyboard does make a big difference as you can't go very fast if you need to press the keys down a long way and with so much force that it tires your fingers.

Is your torrent client still running and seeding it? If so, it will keep the files locked. Either unseed or copy the files somewhere else before trying to install patches/run/etc.

The version from Fuwanovel should be OK. It was tested by us on XP, Vista, and 7. After downloading, follow the instructions in the installation video.
