Well but even so, getting a SSR on your first day(?) is downright scandalous. Anyways, there's this 3M DL event going on where you can summon a 4* Servant available from the Tutorial Summoning Pool but you have to first clear Fuyuki, so you gotta hurry.

You got her on the emulator or the actual game itself? fyi the increased rate for sanzhang doesn't actually increase your chances of getting a SSR Servant (it still remains 1%); rather it's more like you will probably get her if you were to roll a SSR Servant.
Anyways, to answer your question, she's pretty good for a Caster, since her NP is Buster type (meaning it deals rather high damage) and her base stats are pretty high (for a Caster). However, her card set is focused on generating NP (3 Arts cards out of a possible 5), so you will have a hard time dealing damage to enemies despite the high attack stat (though on the contrary, this means that you will be able to use her NP many times).
Tdlr; she's damn good for a Caster (maybe even more so than Zhuge Liang). However, because she's a Caster, she has a 90% attacker modifier, which means that her attack is actually 10% less.

The chances of getting a SSR (5*) Servant are ridiculously low, with only a 1% chance of rolling them in Saint Quartz Summons, and even then, that percentage is split amongst several Servants. I got very lucky when I rolled Shuten Douji (which is a limited time Servant btw), since it was only my 2nd 10x roll and the chances of rolling her was like 0.7%.
    Anyways, some tips for you:
    - There are four types of cards: Servants, Craft Essences (equipped by Servants to boost stats and apply battle effects), Experience Cards, and Status Up Cards.
    - 3* cards are called R (Rare), 4* cards are called SR (Super Rare) and 5* cards are called SSR (Super Super Rare). I have no idea what 1* and 2* cards are called but it doesn't really matter since those are usually burned/sold.
    - You will never be able to roll a SSR Servant from the Tutorial Summoning. However, you will be guaranteed at least 1 SR Servant and 1 SR CE. I got Chevalier d'Eon (Saber) and Heracles (Berserker). Can't really recall the CE I got. More info on Summoning here.
    - Don't spend quartz on restoring AP or reviving your team. If you remain F2P, quartz are going to be finite.
    - Continue to remain F2P (unless you are loaded). I got my first SSR Servant within a month of playing without spending a single cent, so it's not impossible to get the rare stuff without burning a hole in your wallet.

Definitely one of the most depressing fandiscs I've ever read. Most of the side stories are also rather serious as well, though there's one which was quite lighthearted and entertaining. As for

FHA is a combination of all 3 routes in FSN, but it felt a bit more like Carnival Phantasm for the most part, and thus more of a fan disc than an actual sequel. This is in contrast to Meikyuu and Rauken, since Meikyuu has short after-stories for each heroine and the "Grand route" (aka the true route), while Rauken continues where the Grand route in Meikyuu left off without any side-stories (though it does have a prologue and epilogue, but I digress).

Finally finished Stein's Gate. I've avoided this VN for years, due to the odd art style, the so so impression of the anime, and my general dislike of time loop stories. But since I picked it up cheap in a sale some time ago, I thought I'll just give it a try.
Surprisingly, the art was much less of a problem as I thought. While it's certainly not 'pretty', it kind of fits to the whole science theme, and it does get bonus points from me for filling the world with life by drawing background characters.
The usage of music was very good. The slice-of-life scenes had more light music, but whenever something interesting happens, like the sending of a D-Mail, the music switched to a more suspenseful soundtrack. It did a marvelous job to create a good atmosphere.
The voices were a mixed bag though. I overall liked the female voices, but the male ones were a bit bland to be honest. Daru didn't really deserve such a dull voice considering he's actually (in contrast to Okabe) a real crack. And I hated Okabe's voice and his idiotic laughter in particular so much, that I was absolutely delighted that I could turn off his voice in the options. I wish I could have done that in the anime, since Okabe suddenly got... bearable.
The E-mail system was annoying as hell though. After I finished Mayuri's route I was thinking about doing the true route too, but due to the absolute mess of choices required to get to it, I decided that having seen it in the anime was good enough for me.
Story-wise there were some really good parts, like some of the time travel theories, but also some grave flaws that significantly lowered the whole experience. Ironically, Stein's Gate's time-line theory almost entirely reflects how heroine routes work in eroges, with key choices that get you locked in a certain route with no way to change it afterwards. I don't consider that particular realistic, but it was certainly highly amusing. It also had a good iteration between slice of life and suspense even if it takes a bit long until gets to the meat of the story.
The not so good story-parts usually got revealed if you started to think a bit deeper about some things like...
Granted, some of it might be nitpicking, but there was a bit too much ridiculous stuff to to just ignore it. I guess it's essentially chuuni - lots of smart words but little thought behind it - and therefore best enjoyed by not thinking too deeply into it. Plotwise I think they spent too much time reverting things instead of making actual progress in the story and revealing more about CERN. In that regard the VN lacked substance, since besides revealing the identity of FB there's actually very little you find out about them. The time loop scenes also had the problem that only Okabe did develop, while the other characters were kind of frozen in time. One of the main reasons I'm not a big fan of time loop stories.
Characterwise, it was also a bit of a mixed bag. I think Kurisu, Suzuha, Mayuri and Daru were pretty okay, but several others were kinda... overdone in some way. Moeka and Lukaku were a bit too screwed up to be believable anymore and Faris was also a bit too over-the-top Nekopara for a story VN. The protagonist Okabe himself almost had a split personality. In the first half he's so deep into his chuunibyou, that he appears almost mentally disturbed, reacting mostly paranoid and schizophrenic - I almost had pity with him. And Kurisu getting involved with him despite how he treated and acted around her was puzzling. And in the second half he suddenly turned into sergeant serious and his whole chuunibyou gets just a mere act he can switch on and off on the fly - I just couldn't believe it. But since he got a lot more bearable and almost likable that way, I was willing to turn a blind eye on it.
Overall, it was a decent read, but I was certainly not blown away like others from it. IMHO, other story VN's like Root Double or the KnS series had more substance.
Heroine rating: Mayuri > Kurisu > Suzuha > Faris > Moeka (Mayuri was probably not the deepest character, but for some reason I liked her the most)
    Overall rating: 7/10

Rewrite is pretty funny, especially in the common route. Grisaia no Kajitsu and Clannad are also funny in their respective common routes, but they both lack a gripping plot (though the former has very interesting characters and Amane has an amazing backstory, but I digress).

Finally done with Rewrite. Officially speaking, I was done with it after completing the Terra ending yesterday. However, I had to complete a lot of quests to get to the optional route, which I finished just a few minutes ago.
Well, what can I say? Rewrite is known to be Key's longest vn and fundamentally different from other Key works, with the second point being my motivation since I never really liked Clannad in general.
The common route had its funny moments, but due to its sheer length, it could get bland at times. The individual character routes were all good; with Lucia, Shizuru and Akane being my favorites.  However, what really stood out for me was the Terra route. It shows you the true nature of Kotarou and what he really was like before the events in the common route. Everything in this route was in stark contrast to the happy go lucky atmosphere in the common route and made all the terrible things that happened in the character routes look like nothing. Battle scenes were not the best but you could still feel the tension. Deaths were aplenty which is really quite surprising, since most Key VNs do not deal with this. Thus, it felt more like a utsuge than a nakige to me.
In a nutshell, it's the best Key vn I've played. I may not have played a lot of Key vns, but I am sure that this will continue to remain as my all-time Key favorite, even if I am to play more Key vns in the future. The fact that it was so different from other Key vns compelled me into playing it, and it did not disappoint.
