I vote for banning Tay for spamming the recent topics box.

It feels kinda like option 9 fits more if you don't really know much about a specific VN or VNs at all. That's because it gives info of the VN before it throws walkthrough  and 100% saves at you. Making the reader want to actually play it them self. But for someone that knows what it/they are it kinda feels like giving them info on walkthroughs and save files quicker will make things easier for them. But seeing as Fuwanovels goal is to get new people into VNs, giving them info what a VN is about feels more important than 100% save files. IMO of course.

I like the current one and option 1. Had a hard time deciding between 1 and current, but I think option 1 will be better for visibility.

What a nice poem, ayy!

Today is a memorable day, as i received my first like from tay.
The feeling is quite okay, as it's uplifted my day.
This feeling is here to stay, i remember as if it happened... well, today.
I was going about my way on this beautiful morning in july may,
when along my way, i saw a thread from tay.
he wanted a way, to hear what people had to say.
While thinking "Okay", i said what i wanted to say.
Don't know if what i had to say will be able to persuade,
but i went on my way, and continued my day.
what i can take away, from the generosity from tay
is that he liked the way my comments point was made.
so thank you tay, for making my day.

I voted for option 1 since I think having all of the resources at the top looks the best. Option 2 looks pretty nice too, but I prefer the first option to it. 

I like option 2 for balance. 1 looks a bit too messy for me, like you are throwing everything; "here, all that you could need, somewhat fit into this tiny space at the top".

I like the layout in option 2. The save data and walkthrough should definitely be at the top like that in my opinion. Looks very nice with the spacing too.

All resources at the top is pretty useful, but I think option 2 is a nice balance between them, giving you the fuwa related stuff first, then a description of the game, and then at the bottom all the links to get the game/patch.
I wouldn't mind option 1 at all but I like option 2 better, aesthetically speaking.

Option 2, if only because it's been ingrained in my head that download links for things go at the bottom of the page - for some reason. Also the space breaking up the text is nice.

Sadly, I don't read moon runes, so I have no idea what they're saying about it either on Twitter or their website, aside from "Virtual Reality Story". The announcement tweet got retweeted by Sekai Project really quickly, and of course they brought over World End Economica (or, you know, mostly brought it over...) so I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they're picking it up for an English release. Whatever it is.
