For me, the only reason i think people are calling anime fans childish is because anime is targetted exactly at this particular age group (let's ignore the serious genres, people who don't watch anime don't really know about them anyway) where you are considered still immature.
So the logic seems to be that if you share interests with kids, you are probably one yourself, which is just a load of prejudices.
Not much imput from me (and probably not very elaborated), but i hope i at least made you feel better by letting you know that one more person read this wall of text 

Finished watching No game No Life Zero:
It felt a bit rush, but regardless it was AMAZING! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!
Capital letters can't express how much i enjoyed this movie, the artwork, characters, animation, story everything was pretty amazing, it did still leave a few question but even so, absolutely LOVED IT! My favorite anime movie probably!

Finally got around to watching Konosuba, and I'm loving it. Have one episode left of season 1 now.
Episode 9 is my favorite so far, lol.
I need more of this! Two seasons with 10 episodes is not enough!
Well, + the Vita game I bought in Japan. Still not enough (/ω＼)

This very much depends on the game. Sometimes VN have routes that are more or less equal and I'm not the kind of completionist that plays romances he don't care about etc. just to 100% it. When I'm done with what interested me in a title, I consider it completed. 
On the other hand, in many VNs you can't really say you've experieced them fully until you've got through all the routes, like in Everlasting Summer for example - only at the very end you learn the meaning of the plot and get a proper conclussion. For this reason I think reaching "true end" is closest to my attitude, I want to make sure I've seen the best that the specific title has to offer and hopefully get some closure, but I don't have to necessarily see every path and every CG out there.

G-Senjou no Maou finished. 

So be it. Shiratori's route finished, it was pretty meh. I've already started with Haru's route.

I think you should do Shiratori first, because there is one thing that is different and you would feel weird reading Shiratori's route after. If not for that, you could actually skip it, her route isn't that great, Kyousuke is just like a spectator most of the time

There are more briliant ones from SG 0, but this is my favorite.
Then ofc, G-senjou no Maou's OST is whole perfect, no need to point out any particular song.
Clannad's soundtrack was also nice, but most of the songs don't mean anything without the story, so i'll just point out this one that's packed with emotions
