Well, that's not good. All I see in this 'Declaration' is stupidity. It's like a group of healthy, rich people sitting around a table and deciding that cancer is a bad thing. Great, so what? It hasn't even infected that many countries. Because the best cure is prevention, and it's true that actually Ebola is just infecting Few African Countries, but...That doesn't mean everyone is safe.
