  1. Well I finished playing Cinderella Phenomenon and I got to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it and I think that is almost entirely due to how great and well developed the protag was She felt like a kindred spirit and I felt I could really empathized with her, I also liked how she showed a remarkable amount of growth without sacrificing the things I liked about her personality The dudes were alright except Rumple, boy was he aggravating as a character and his route was the worst out of the lot. It was a mistake to play his route last I might give it a 7 or and 8 If I give it an 8 than it's all due to the protag I'll probably play steam prison next
  2. Family Project was really good even though I've only cleared Aoba's route
  3. Started up Cinderella Phenomenon and man is this protag a real snarky asshole! I love her already
  4. So I finished playing Fata Morgana and damn I guess they weren't kidding when they said it was a great vn. I can confidently state that it really lived up to it's hype. Here is a song that can go with it
  5. Playing Nurse Love Syndrome, and I cleared one route and I'm at the epilogue of a second one My impressions so far have been very positive Like Nurse Love Addiction I like how in depth they go into the nursing field (they go even more in depth since you play as an actual nurse) So many vns just use their setting as a backdrop so it's nice to see this not follow along those lines Plus, you can play as an actual adult! Who drinks! I've put If My Wings Could Fly on the back burner for a spell because it's a lil' underwhelming and the thought of playing a yuri vn with actual adults was too tantalizing to pass up
  6. I think another problem is that the people writing vns, anime, manga, tend to live off what has been proven to work without taking a bold chance. Of course exceptions to the rule exist and people do take bold chances that deviate from the norm but those are pretty rare. I think that's why we have the endless high school shit parades we have to coexist with. I wonder if more writers wrote more adult college based romances would it ever catch on? High school based romances have decades of standardized establishment in the genre but it had to start somewhere. I think the thing is true about romance in general
  7. Galaxy Angel(the vn) I've pretty much been a one man band promoter of it since at least 2009(Before that I was a promoter of the anime) Campus Notes: Forget Me Not I'm pretty sure I'm the only one here who has actually read it Despite the fact that it's really dope has some great dialogue and is set in a fucking college Magical Eyes -Red is for anguish- It's a pretty short vn and I thought it was very good and hopefully the sequel comes out at some point cuz I liked the characters
  8. I'd like to see a cake that could kill me Seriously hook me up if you find out about any
  9. Confession I wish to harvest these souls
  10. I'd say go for Maki in Tsujidou-san no Jun'ai Road for sure She's got it down pilgrim Of that you can be sure
  11. Not me as I've been a huge fan of the manga for Hitoribocchi so I am really enjoying it so far My only problem with it is that for some reason in episode 2 Aru is called an unfortunate girl instead of a loser which is just easier to say.
  12. This season should be called revenge of the light novel
  13. Galaxy Angel Easy recommendation
  14. Whatever position that doesn't have them looking like they are in pain and not getting their hymen torn Whatever position that is Location: Not in a high school
  15. That's a shame I was kind of looking forward to eventually playing this because I really like that old school aesthetic All they had to do was give the vn the same vibe that Golden Boy had and it would have all been groovy.
  16. I remember Tsugumi's route in Ever17 being incredibly impactful and memorable for me especially the moment when I got to find out why was the way she was. Honestly, I thought it was much more shocking than the revelation at the end but maybe that's because I hadn't encountered a character like that before. Tomoyo's ending during her route in Clannad is still the best endings to a route that I have seen and man, oh, man did it get the waterworks going. (Happy tears but tears nonetheless) I also picked the perfect song for it which really elevated the ending still further
