I can't compare the remake and the original, since I haven't played the latter, but I would say that the voices fit each character just fine. I know there are others who find the original voices to be superior, but I actually find the new voices pretty decent. The translation looks good too, but they apparently changed

As for your second question,  I don't think there are any of those in the first place, so thank goodness for that. However, the sexual content is still there, except that it's all implicit instead of explicit.

What a great way to start the new year! Just completed YUNO a while ago and I'm left speechless. Now I know why YUNO has been lauded as the grandfather of many modern VNs - it's just simply that good. YUNO has been known to be as an inspiration to many Japanese media; with the likes of Fate Stay Night, Ace Attorney, Island, Steins Gate, Muv Luv, Clannad, Never7, Ever 17, Zero Escape, AI Sonmium Files and The World God Only Knows taking ideas from it. Well, to me, it seemed a lot like a Steins Gate/Clannad mashup with a bit of
At first glance, YUNO may seem like a typical sci-fi VN. However, towards the end, there would be a complete plot twist which many would probably not see coming (unless they got spoiled beforehand).  I had no prior knowledge of YUNO, so imagine my surprise when I reached the True Route.

Without a doubt, the route which I liked the most is the True Route (epilogue). This is the part when it started becoming a hell lot like Clannad and
and when the story gets interesting.
There are still some things which I don't quite get though:
I've not enjoyed reading a VN this much since playing Rewrite and Dies Irae in 2018, so I'm really glad I finally decided to give YUNO a try . Overall, a 9/10. Up next, Baldr Sky. Very much looking forward to it.

Finished 999 today, which I've had in my backlog for years. I could see most of the plot twists coming from a mile away, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and the remastered version was a really smooth experience overall. (I've heard that the original DS version was a bit of a pain due to lack of a flowchart and whatnot, so I guess you could say I got something out of waiting until now to play it.)

In comparison, Virtue's Last Reward, which I've now started, seems to not have aged quite as well. The gameplay feels more sluggish, the text speed is horrendously slow, and the 3D models make the characters seem much less alive than the 2D ones in 999 did. It also feels pretty weird to have a silent protagonist all of a sudden, and it definitely isn't doing him any favors in terms of making an impression on me. That said, I'm still just at the beginning, and I expect the story to be quite a ride, with a lot of character development.

Finished the event with 91 boxes and 994 million QP, and that's after countless skill leveling sessions. I swear that having an abundance of QP but having little mats is so much worse than having low QP; I feel so stressed trying to keep my QP level below the limit of 999,999,999.

Well, the lacrosse arc IS the dullest arc in the entire Muv Luv series after all, so I wouldn't be surprised if you found it to be disappointing. Don't worry though; Unlimited will get much better.

@Black99 It's a good thing you haven't been spoiled for MLA; many of the events that occur there have more shock value if you went in blind (just like I did). It is a very long read though, so it may take a while before you get to the good bits.

This my first time posting in this thread but I just want a place where comment my thoughts... Just finished Muv Luv; Extra wasn't that bored like I read before in some places, it was so entertaining, I enjoyed the comedy and the slice of life, I really liked the relationship between the MC and Sumika, Meiya has the stereotype of ojou-sama without common sense and somewhat disliked her for that but I started to get more respect for her after reading the routes of the other heroines. I finished all routes, all what I'll say that are bored lol I skipped some text just to finish it. About Unlimited, I was surprised to learn that Muv Luv is an... isekai? what? I never read the sinopsis, just all blind, I know that Muv Luv is about mechas and aliens, I assumed that something happen in Extra to derive a war against aliens but I never thought it was an isekai, was hard to swallowing that, I expected more than that, a little disappointed but I let it go and kept reading, until I liked Unlimited's story. I just finished Meiya's ending and Yuuko-sensei ending.  No motivation to finish other endings because people said it's all similar, I don't have motivation to spent more time on it and the H-scenes are meh.

My motivation to read Muv Luv was ML Alternative, I've read very positives commentaries, is in the top VNs on VNDB and everyone says it's one of the best visual novels, I read Muv Luv with that in mind, otherwise I could never have finished or spent much time to Muv Luv Extra, I don't spent so much time reading a VN, unless it's good.
All right, then, Muv Luv Extra and Unlimited was just the tip of the iceberg, probably I'll spent more time reading Alternative because the beginning is very interesting, and the only spoilers I've read are that very horrible things happen, don't know details but I'll find it myself.

Sorry for the long post and sorry for my English grammar. lol

Only a child worries about a work being too childish for them. Not to speak about how that doesn't really affect its quality either way... Avatar: The Last Airbender is technically "for kids" and a masterpiece all the same.
Furthermore, what you listed are kind of the soul and bread and butter of slice of lives. Little Busters is not a story about adventures or fighting. At least try to make your point respectfully.
