Okay, time for some updates guys
As you may already know, the only TLer from this project went official and won't be able to work on any fanTL projects anymore (related post). Essentially, that means the progress on H-scenes will stall indefinitely until I find a new TLer (or do them myself at some point). The project isn't dead until I die, so in a nutshell, it's only a setback. I am still going to work on it despite having no TLer. If you know anyone who would want to help out, tell them I am still looking for a TLer ^^

As for whether Fortissimo here is better than Fate or not, well it's depend on each other like Infernoplex so I can't exactly say the exact answer here. Graphically speaking, I would say that it's better than Fate although it's because Fate was created at 2004 though. If you wonder whether Fortissimo is good or not, then perhaps the quickest answer here would be find out and play that in Japanese by yourself.
PS - Now that I look more on Fox Hime translation example, maybe I should expect that kind of text there XD. It's not like it would be my first experience reading the MTL-ed VN anyway if I read this, since I already survived Flyable Heart and Soukoku no Arterial here (And at least this time we have MCs speak, so maybe I'll be able to understand a bit of the story from the characters voices XDD).

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Tymmur's writing. His usage of intentional English errors is extremely subtle. There's also his sarcastically optimistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his Fuwanovel forum posts - his personal philosophy draws heavily from the Musumaker OP, for instance. Most of his posts just fly right over the average Fuwanoveler's head, clearly including my own.
Yes, I understand, and that is why I stated that OP should improve their Japanese skills before starting a project. At the time I expressed any interest in helping (because I happen to be interested in this VN) I did not know their ability, hence why I asked.

Synopsis:

And so, this is the beginning of a ridiculous erotic life between our protagonist and his 4 tempting older sisters.

It's something that one can reach in 1 month, but that's a milestone that a very large portion of the VN community hasn't reached. The subset of people that both A) are willing to invest time and effort to learn Japanese at all and B) are willing to work on or start a translation project is rather small. There's no reason to discourage someone before they even begin.
Not to mention, as I understand it, unlike Tymmur, you're not a translator yourself. I don't think you're in a position to rebuke anyone. 
With that said, I agree that OP should refine their Japanese skills before taking on an independent project, and that they should maybe leave this one to the mysterious fan translator. Their enthusiasm is to be respected, however.

Good luck then, and I hope that you'll find the translator for H scenes later. For the info here, I'm quite interested to help with the H scenes translation but unfortunately my current Japanese is kind of crap. So in the end I couldn't help much here, but I'll like see this project to the bitter end as long as Infernoplex here live.

G-Collections was originally kind of like MangaGamer is now: wholly owned by CD-Bros.  Then CD-Bros almost completely collapsed.  GC now is a brand owned by Jast USA.  That happened because Peter Payne went to CD-Bros, and paid them for the brand name, and all the titles.  The new titles released after Sagara Family and Figures of Happiness are titles Peter licensed per the usual way.
Nocturnal Illusion and the other handful of really old releases are a strange story.  I presume those fall under "old, poorly drafted contracts" because Peter has been able to re-release Nocturnal Illusion numerous times over the years, even though the Japanese company that made the game went under years before.

The bigger question is: would any sane company be willing to license and re-translate an already-released title?  My gut response is: no.  That doesn't sound more profitable than translating a new title.

In the early days, a lot of Japanese companies didn't know how to write contracts.  This is how Harmony Gold still has Macross tied up.  But stories like that are why they don't negotiate contracts like that anymore.
Typically a contract will be for a limited time (meaning that the rights will eventually expire; witness MangaGamer having to stop selling Shuffle! and Soul Link) but also be an exclusive contract.  While the contract is in force, that company will be the only one with rights to release it in whatever territory the license covers.
This is because non-exclusive licenses are worthless; why spend a bunch of money translating and promoting a game when someone else can just undercut you?  So typically the localization company will demand an exclusive license.
However, SakuraGame may not bother.  They're not a real publisher.  They don't give a crap about their products, they certainly don't spend money on them, and they had games put up briefly that they didn't even have rights for.  So it's hard to say.

The license rights may or may not be transferable.  If SakuraGame were to dissolve, their license rights could very well just vanish.  It depends on the contract.  You'd have to ask someone who's worked at multiple localization companies and been involved in licensing.

Very good job!! Also waiting for full translation! And any plans to translate Miagete Goran, Yozora no Hoshi o: Fine Days and Miagete Goran, Yozora no Hoshi o: Interstellar Focus? It would be great to also translate them with full H-scenes! Also I wrote to you about helping in translation of H-scenes.

Anyone else noticed how messed up the anatomy is on that promo picture? Maybe it's secretly a guro title and those are parts of a few mutilated corpses? 

I was already hyped, because Frontwing, but if it turns out to be what you said, consider me SUPER HYPED!!!

I recorded some early parts of the new Miazora and would like to hear some opinions on it, especially from those who have read the Moegarbage version. The quality of the recording is kinda shit because my PC doesn't like recording software (random frame drops at animated scenes and poor choice for a bitrate) but it should be good enough to showcase the proof of concept. Hi folks, long time no see. With the recent announcement finally out of the way, I can talk about the future of this project, and the reason it has been somewhat dead for a while. As I start to move into official translation work, I can no longer continue working on fan translations, sadly. Not only do they take time out of my day that I could be spending doing official TL work, but they also put me in a bit of an awkward position, due to the legal grey area fan translations are in. It would be a shame to get in trouble, possily lose a job etc because of my involvement in fan translation. As such, I'll discontinue my translation work on this and other fan TL projects I am involved in.
 
So, what happens next? Well, I still have the scripts and tools, so if you're interested in taking over the translation, I'd gladly send over the scripts with the current progress. Just send me a PM and we'll talk.
For now I'll just leave the project like this, and wait to see if anyone wants to step in and take over. But, if no one does, I'll just go ahead and pronounce it dead. It is indeed a shame that it came to this, but I have to prioritize my future. Thanks for understanding.
