I've Already read Demonbane and Cartagra and I Don't have the motivation to restart Tsukihime (finished Arcueid's Route but Ciel's is so boring). So Kikokugai/Hanachirasu is my only way/chance to participate

You should start with Cartagra. It's a very good introduction to Kara no Shoujo's world (and, in my opinion, Kara no Shoujo is far better than Cartagra)

For the Best Girl, I vote for Mifuyu (but Isara is great too). For the best route, I vote for Isara. For me, her route is undeniably the best

For me it's : Best girl : Miyako (Top 5)> Wanko (Top 20) > Yukie > Momoyo = Chris Best Route : Wanko > Yukie = Miyako = Momoyo >> Chris (Not bad but deserved better)

I was so obsessed pleased by Chie's route that I couldn't found the motivation to read the two others. Maybe I Should listen to TexasDice's advice and read Kirari's Normal route
