  1. It depends. Maybe between half an hour and six/seven hours (when i'm fighting my chronic insomnia...or when I'm in vacation/the game or VN is marvellous) And depending on the VN, my pace of reading (my interest, my "passion") is not the same. Sometimes it took me several months to finish a VN (two months to finish Clannad or Gahkthun ; one month to finish I/O ; one week to finish KnS2) Eclipsed => I thought the same but decided to go against my instinct...it was a mistake But It's too bad...the rest of the casting is interesting (and sometimes, good). Edit : Oh I forgot ! The routes in Norn9 are pretty short.
  2. Norn9 : finished Kakeru's route... Fairly good. First chapters weren't perfect but starting chapter 5 or 6, it became really interesting (and his chemistry with Koharu felt real). ...and Senri's route. As bland as his character design. Senri is almost unbearable and is an horrible stereotype of the antisocial and cynical brat. Similarly, the few good ideas/scenes of this route were clearly botched : his "links" with Kakeru or Akito, and above all, the last chapter (one or two important characters vanished, without an explanation). Edit : The OST is beautiful...Nobuo Uematsu (amongst others ?) is alive...ALIVE !!!!
  3. I voted MangaGamer...by default. I like JAST USA but, too many times, they killed my patience (delays)
  4. You're right : there was a little problem of rythmn/pace after the famous scene. However the True End's revelations are really, really interesting... And If you loved Cartagra, KnS 2 is for you (but you MUST finish the first one)
  5. Finished Kara Shoujo - The Second Episode. Clearly a wonderful sequel to KnS...and Cartagra. I prefered the atmosphere, the mysteries (and the horror scenes) of the first KnS, but I must admit KnS2's plot and art are globally better (especially Art...the CGs ). In the same way, I really loved the relation, the link between the two protagonists. Otherwise, the True End is just...terrific : I want KnS3 9/10
  6. - Kara no Shoujo 2 So cute and heartwarming - Root Double
  7. Oh my ! The first H-scene in Kara no Shoujo 2 is so...annoying and out of place
  8. Yeah, I know it's very long...and it's a Tactical-RPG (except Shining Force, It's not my cup of tea). I am a little hesitant to start it immediately...even if the story looks awesome precision : It's Tsukihime OR Tears of Tiara OR KnS2 AND/OR Norn 9 (AND because my poor PSVITA needs attention). My Mistake
  9. Same as Riku : Finished RD. It was cool but not as mindblowing as I thought (probably a problem of writing ). Otherwise, I stopped (and uninstalled) Tokyo Babel. Really, I don't know why but I'm not in the mood for this My next VN(s) will be Tsukihime (my second attempt), Tears of Tiara II, Kara no Shoujo 2 and/or...Norn9 (and not Code: Realize...I saved the best (otome) for last)
  10. Yes that's the famous contrast between Route A and B. In a VN similar to Ever17 or 999, you don't expect to find that type of scene But It's not a problem for me : I don't depise that kind of "classic" humour
  11. The girl was sleeping on the floor. The protagonist, because of an unfortunate reaction (he had been taken aback, disconcerted by someone or something) fell from a bench/banquette and stepped on the girl
  12. Root Double. Route B, Chapter 6. I really love the contrast between Route A (à la Ever17 or 999) and Route B (Classic Slice of life/shonen detective) Eclipsed => Cardia is so lovely
  13. No discount for Panzermadels: Tank Dating Simulator However I picked up Tales of Symphonia, Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star and Narcissu [...] Season Pass
  14. It's not your eyes or a lack of attention
  15. Canicheslayer approved that message Alternative opinion #1 : Surprisingly good medieval fantasy adventure for super cheap Alternative opinion #2 : Excellent utsuge/apocalyptic/tearjerking kinetic novel (forget PLUS MOSAIC crap). Sion forever Otherwise, I humbly recommend Clannad (23 €) and The Fruit of Grisaia (less than 20 €)
  16. True. It was a real problem for me. Next person likes silent films (like Metropolis).
  17. False. They were average (My best grades were in History, Geography or French) Next person is a secret fan of Sekai project
  18. Just finished I/O...What a fantastic experience I loved almost everything (atypical art, solid cyberpunk/S-F Setting, awesome OST, great cast of characters, mindblowing narration...). 9/10. Too bad the true endings (B', A' and E') were disappointing (Having said that, B' was pretty cool but not as "striking" as D', for example)...Thanks Leminisca !
  19. Slowly but surely. I finished D'. It was absolutely fantastic Hehehe...I'm not the only one Sometimes, with certain routes or certain passages of I/O, it feels the same as Ubik (Philip K. Dick's Novel). It's frustruating AND awesome : I'm lost but i'm still addicted, fascinated and happily mindblown Edit : Now I can affirm it. At worst, I/O will be in my TOP 10 VN (even if B', A' and the last route are bad) Just finished Route C'. Clearly, I was right to follow the advice of the "experts" (Fuwanovel's walkthrough, for example)
  20. Finished all the routes And Just as I feared, Honoka's was meh. Luckily, I really liked the true route. It was beautiful...NO, NO i'm not a lolicon. I swear it Rhaa...Maybe just a little...?
