i can't realy recommend a VN since i usually play nakiges and katawa shoujo isn't really like that.
but if it's about anime i recommend Nichijou, nichijou is one of the funniest shows i've ever seen, i also recommend Chu2koi but that's more of a romantic comedy.

thank the gods. if you left, with ryoji gone, all I'd have left is steve. i'm not sure how long I can hang out with just steve and not become a loli-con. he's already making it very hard.

the number of times she's needed rescue far outnumber the amount of times she's been useful though. she's about as handy as a dead dog nailed to an armchair
 
I don't mind her character so much as the concept. she's a freeloading ninny who gets angry over the smallest things, violently at times, and is possessive as hell over a guy that she has no right to be possessive of. hearing her complain to touma that she's hungry was funny the first thirty or so times she said it but then you get into episode two and you kind of just want to beat her in the dome piece with a long loaf of stale French bread, serving the dual purpose of shutting her up and filling her up.
 
at least misaka is cute when she's being tsundere. index is tsun and she's dere at the same time, but it's completely different. it's more like a daughter with daddy issues that fights with the step mum over who has the right to marry the old man. while misaka is adorable and gets all shy, and to be perfectly honest I would have a good deal of fun teasing her about it, index is unjustifiably arrogant about the whole thing as though she owns touma just because he's nice to her. not unlike a cat in that aspect I suppose but far less cute and cuddly.
 
this is, most unfairly, my negative view of the character. as badly as I've made my opinion of her sound I don't mind her that much. she's not in my top 3 choices for index heroines, but she has her moments.

Hello Everyone,   I'm pleased to announce that the forums are back online!  (Though, as you're reading this on the forums, it should come as little surprise)  As you look around, you'll notice many changes.  If you run into any technical issues, or have any feedback, please report them in this topic.  We will work hard to make this transition smooth.   I'd like to express thanks to Nayleen who has been an unbelievable help and has put in a huge amount of time making this upgrade.  Together, we've spent over 120 man hours in working on the site after its takedown. I was traumatized and heartbroken after watching the entire anime, I HAD to check the game or else I would never have a good night of sleep, I knew that by being able to control that prick I could make the right choices and avoid a huuuuuuuge mess.

School Days HQ...I had to play it so I could attone for Makoto, I had to make him a nice guy, the one I knew he could be, I had to arrange that EVERYTHING would go well betwen him and Kotonoha, I wanted a happy ending betwen them, she deserved one... It was the least I could do...yet...In the end...I fell in love with her...

What a great question. Wow I've been an Anime fan so long its crazy to think all of the hours I've spent watching it. Its interesting you posted this today when I spent a good two hours trying to convince a friend to give it a try.

"When did you realize Anime was important to you?"

I would say that it was the first time I watched Mobile Suit Gundam. I would guess around 1981 and I was still living in Japan. I was so hypnotized by it that I just knew. I couldn't even understand a single word but I was so into the story that years later when I watched it English I remember shedding a few tears because I had known. Even not understanding Japanese at all I fell in love with the wonderful story. That was over 30 years ago. I am very proud to say I haven't looked back since and Ive now watched hundreds of hours of Anime.

I don't really agree when people tell me to be more egotistic, have one thing and then just run with it and defend it no-matter-the-costs. That's the MAN's way of doing it! (apparently).
I don't want to do that at all, it feels so out-of-character for me.

All I know is that if people have better ideas they should destroy mine. Slaughter mine. In the end it's the ideas that win. Whoever has the best idea we use those ideas. Not the ego. and not personal pride.

This is the anti-thesis of the current community: It's humility.

Im honestly not interested in using a bad idea if a better idea exists out there. That will be really screwed up. I don't have a monopoly on truth. I want people to teach me things. I want people to lead me. Most people in the previous community are incapable of that. That's why I think they are so disgusting, as men.
