Nope, never found the appeal to it, much like Star Wars, Harry Potter, & Game of Thrones which I also fit into the "what's the big deal?" category. I mean, is it neat that you get data specs from the Integral Works on all the different 1st thru 3rd/4th Gen TSF's and some character info? yeah, but not worth an extra $80 for it.

What's the big deal about the physical codex? It's just a translated Integral Works book, right? It's more of a info dump about the muv luv Alt. universe, right?

May or may not help, but if you look at one of those vndb links that was posted, there's a tag that says "Sengoku Period" and lists all the ones that has been tagged as such by users. the ones with a British? flag have english translations. It's definitely not many. This also makes me remember I was looking at a VN that had a girl in sengoku armour but I have no idea what it was...makes me sad

Dark Pink, Red, Dark Red around that spectrum. I forgot about Shiori and Sango from Koisuru Last Resort. Pulltop actually has a few VN's that at least have 1 redhead if not more. the new one about the Astrology club by them has a main heroine redhead too. Minatosoft's new VN/Anime: Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu Kourin no Machi, Lavender no Shoujo I just figured that there would be more of them, I mean I can't watch an anime show without seeing a red-haired female character. This season alone there's at least one in 98% of them.

Where's the "got hit by a car first week of Freshmen year, met HS Fiance at hospital while I was wandering around, scolded by senpais, was a jock and got A's & B's, blew out my knee, fiance cheated, friends left, faked my death and moved across country with no one the wiser to my whereabouts, training in several martial arts and learning various things with a dog in a little suburb" option? because I don't see that much in a VN. I guess it's a normal ending currently awaiting a sequel.

Was just wondering why there is a lack of Main Heroines who are red-headed. Going by this season's anime, there's at least one for every show, if not more, yet the only ones I've seen/played in any VNs are Amane from Grisaia, Margit in Majikoi and....that's it. I'm not talking about pink haired & Auburnish color, since that would raise it to a few more, but it's still strange. I figured that there would be more. Granted, I haven't played through many VNs, but the ones I have (which are very much liked) don't have any besides the two I mentioned (can you call Margit's rabbit-fest a storyline?) So any recommendations that have some with a decent story, it just has to be entertaining really. UnTranslated isn't much of a problem fyi

I think maybe because There was an anime for Total Eclipse, while Sumika & Meiya only had the VN's...Although Yui was in NONE of the outfits that they gave the figure...idk. & Nope, I don't plan on playing it either. Just something pretty to look at with my TSF's. More looking forward to Altered Fable being completed (I Want to know what happened in Ayamine's route!) & the Photon Series

The Males were drafted when the BETA's were deemed a threat, majority left now is mostly females that are of military battle training age. Takeru met with like 3-5 other males but they were much older than the Extra group. YUI!!! Still my favorite. But yeah, $300, Damn you, now, $3K?!? *shakes fist and throws bananas at those people*

Unlike most fan translations however, the current team doing this is very good and follows thru. I didn't know about the update pattern that they did with Majikoi S, since it was that finishing that got me interested in Majikoi first of all, so that's good to know. Ei ei OH team!!!!

I wear a Kamen Rider Fang Joker Hoodie a lot during the winter, complimented on it a lot..but I think it's mostly because it's unusual in being half/half. With the jacket, you can't really tell much where it's from unless you actually know Muv Luv, so I don't think it'd be an issue if you're that worried about it. I just want the Photon series to be translated, could care less about everything else.

Muv Luv, either end of last year or beginning of this year. IDK how I found out about it or what convinced...oh right, the Muv Luv Alternative:Total Eclipse anime. I liked Yui but since the Alternative TE wasn't translated I started with the first. and it's been all downhill from there.

Kei Ayamine from Muv Luv. There's probably some others that'd fit me better, but since it's just from my limited knowledge of VNs and I can't recall any of the names of characters I've played with recently, I'll go with Ayamine.

Also, rewatching the anime, kinda ticks me off they subtitled it as Military talent instead of martial arts...I mean, seriously, it's obvious Young Momoyo was talking about her martial art skills...military talent is more akin to Margit... Idk, it just bugs the hell out of me, like translating Katana to "samurai Sword"

They're working on it as we speak. It is picked up, hence there being a translation discussion page...somewhere in this forum... However, there is no completion eta so it would be good if you just start from A-5 and work backwards. By the time you're done, A-1 should be finished! (maybe even Seiso's route in A-2! *crosses fingers)

in A-1? possibly, A-2 definitely, A-3 - A-5 not likely. Oh, just fyi, that Mahjong game is still going on, hence why A-5 has been delayed. Yoshitsune takes WAAAAYYY TOO LONG to make a move.

the finale of Wagnaria's a tease for season 4!! although it won't mean much without the entire cast there. Liked Charlotte, Joukamachi, Gate was awesome, Finally finished up Rinne & Shokugeki, dropped Prison School because it was just dumb, Overlord just because I didn't feel like watching it anymore, Gangsta just wasn't interesting enough for me past episode 2. Lots of good shows this season actually. Going to watch the last episode of Jitsu wa Watashi because of ep. 12 cliffhanger!!

Technically, Yuiko's route was included in the first few episodes of LB: Refrain. While I watched the anime first and then read through the VN, I liked it better that way as I was able to skip over route's that I just couldn't stand. The characters appearances look better in the anime than in the VN imo too...Key's VNs are just so weird looking. I'd say wait until LB EX/ME is finished translating so you can get the full experience, but it's been so long since anything's progressed, idk if that's still a good idea or not. Better question for the Topic starter, who's your favorite girl? A-Chan can not be chosen unfortunately.

in the A route, I felt like she was more in-betwen S & M, but yeah, I agree, Tsubame seems more fitting as a M. Cute when she got jealous of some other girls and when too busy to meet up often. Why is she the only one to have an option though?
