crunchytaco
Post any soothing images and videos you have here. They can be therapeutic for a troubled soul who walks through here. Tonight It's actually raining and it's cold, and there's nothing I want more than to sit in front of a fire. Here's something to visualize if you're like me bundled up in a blanket right now. Add some soothing music to play in the background - make sure to run it both.

Flutterz
This seems like it'd be better off in the coliseum of chatter... not that I won't contribute.

Stray Cat
Typically I find Akeboshi is best for these things: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNaOLWBF5tE&list=PLrO3O_pOpqvVhg5_JOOwasF12Op_xUcwE&index=3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZyGrG8PuqI&index=11&list=PLrO3O_pOpqvVhg5_JOOwasF12Op_xUcwE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyzSG0O7BEM&list=PLrO3O_pOpqvVhg5_JOOwasF12Op_xUcwE&index=

Stray Cat
I keep the site bookmarked so I can play it alongside music. http://www.rainymood.com/ Works great with jazz, especially this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6KRIMASing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZjiWYW7UoI
LinovaA
I keep the site bookmarked so I can play it alongside music. http://www.rainymood.com/ Same. It sounds especially great behind orchestrated music. Another one that I find soothing is this: http://snowymood.demouth.net/ Well at least... I find it soothing when it isn't winter. LinovaA
Crunching I hear way too often. I actually find that kinda annoying. I only play it in summer when the humidity is absolutely killing me. It makes me feel a little colder, which soothes my Northern heart. Fred the Barber
First I clicked: Anything from this guys Channel is absolutely beautiful, If I could only recommend one YouTube channel, it would be this one. Then after 30 seconds or so, I clicked: And now I am soothed.
Fred the Barber
But the martini is probably helping with the soothing, too. Stray Cat
reyaes
Lol I second that idea Fred. Meditating to classical music's what my go-to soother is.
Pyonnu
Soothing music and sounds really are great when you don't feel like doing anything. Here's a couple of my personal favorites by Toshimasa. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u713SIh2Hws .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHCKNRsdGwo crunchytaco
Zenophilious
Dunno if anyone else finds this song relaxing, but I've fallen asleep while listening to it several times, and it popped up on my yoga teacher's Pandora feed, so...it's fairly relaxing. Also, the House theme song, because why not. Video is creepy as hell, but the music soothes me.
crunchytaco
First I clicked: Then after 30 seconds or so, I clicked: And now I am soothed. I played the rainy mood and the fire pit, along with each song. It's pretty soothing.
