Have you tried deleting src, version.dll, and the version.sln?

If you get a EAccesssViolation error it's usually a problem on your end not the patches. You can try updating your LAV filters and see if that fixes it. Try here: https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters/releases/download/0.62/LAVFilters-0.62-Installer.exe

I bought the game not too long ago and found it to be pretty fun. I heard the guy who made it is going to make a sequel so I'm looking forward to that.

Whenever I finish playing I move it over to my HDD in case I ever feel like reading it again.

Right click on the folder where the game is then go to properties and where it says attributes make sure the "read only" box is not checked.

Have you made sure your files aren't in "read only"?

The one on Fuwa is the 2004 version with the Realta Nua patch. The patch that is 1.18GB is only compatible with the Realta Nua game. When the patch that combines all three games into one is released I'm guessing they will remove the 2004 version and add the Realta Nua. I think you might have to download the Realta Nua version.
