I only play the physical card game version Still fun as hell, though. Really loving aggro decks right now. I even beat my cousin with one that I got, and he's pretty experienced in playing and making his own decks.

Sooooo bad. Worst lag I've ever seen in my entire time playing LoL. I got disconnected at least 15 times, around 30-40 seconds each time, and I constantly got periods of lag where I couldn't move or cast spells, along with general lag that screwed up my CS. Really wished that I hadn't been playing Ranked right then.

Coincidentally, she was the girl that I was gonna go for first :3 My only complaint about her so far is that her breasts are a little too big, in my opinion. Love her personality. Sass is always fun.

I'm 100% sure that my System Locale is Japanese. Anyway, when I try to run the installer, I get this exact problem, but I'm not quite sure how the OP fixed it. Would someone mind explaining what to do to me? I'm a Mac person, so I'm not the best at fixing things with Windows. I figured out why I don't like the secret unlockable heroine in Hoshimemo, She reminds me a lot of Daisy from The Great Gatsby. Not so much her personality, but in the way that You obsesses over her. He knows almost nothing about her, yet, at several points in the story, he almost blew off his friends and potential girlfriends just to keep trying to find her. You is very much like Gatsby when he thinks about her, and it's extremely unhealthy. When he isn't thinking about her, he acts like a normal person and enjoys being around his friends. Obsessing over anything that much is bad, especially when it keeps you from moving on in your life. I see Yume as a damaging influence to You, at least before her route, anyway.

I haven't really watched an anime of a VN, but I'd do exactly what I'd do with manga and their anime adaptions. Read the original story, then get to the anime. They love to change plot details in the anime, and that just pisses me off *coughcoughFullMetalAlchemistcoughcough* Besides, the anime will most likely just choose one route. Only getting part of the story first is lame.

Bummer. I'd recommend saving, even in the prologue, and pressing the right arrow key. It skips dialogue VERY fast; that's what the save is for. If you get close to where you were, press it again. Occasionally it'll just stop, and won't work anymore. If that happens, save where you are and reload that save. You should be able to keep fast-forwarding after that.

You'll know when the prologue is done because a movie will play. I like the song they chose for it :3 Never really been quite sure why, but gore in zombie movies and video games doesn't bother me in the slightest. Usually it's not that realistic, and I know that it's fake. Strangely, if I imagine it after reading it in a book, it's worse for some reason. I haven't really seen that much gore in anime. They usually just cough up blood, or lie there, bleeding. No internal falling out or brains splattering everywhere. Not exactly complaining, though.

I saw Swan Song and was gonna check it out, but...it's a little too dark for me. Not so much in the post-apocalyptic setting, it's just that, like Sengoku Rance, there's a little too much rape for me to try it. Too bad, since I love Fallout 3 and The Road. I really like post-apocalyptic fiction. Are there any other post-apocalyptic VNs that don't have quite as much rape in them? I can handle it if it's implied, but multiple instances of rape being directly shown just makes me sick.

lol Chinami gets more bearable. The prologue is pretty hard because it's pretty much just Chinami being annoying as fuck, but really, they tone her down in the rest of the story. I'm going through her route right now, and she's only said "Onii-chan!" (x3) once or twice. I think it's a record. Tentacles are a little too weird for me, and gore makes me want to vomit, but oh God, kids...just no. NonononoNONONONONONO.

Ahhhh. Well, that's pretty unlucky. Apparently it's commonly thought around here that Saya is not a beginner's VN. Yeah, generally when a story has rape, tentacle monsters, and kiddie pr0n I go the other way. Not a big fan of any of those. I can handle blood, but gore...gore grosses me out. Can't handle that. I've only completed Katawa Shoujo and Fate/stay night. I won't be fully completing HoshiMemo, as I hate Isuzu's character and am not really into lolis, like Mare, but I still count that as completing it. I'm also fairly lazy, so...close enough, I say.

Was that one of your first VNs? I've heard that Saya is extremely disturbing, and rather hard to get through. Even reading the plot summary freaked me out. That is definitely one VN I will never touch.

Wow, I didn't think that anyone else cried about that. I'm a sucker for those moments, too. They hit me right in the feels. I have two moments that are tied for first place. Fate/stay night: Hoshimemo:

Yeah, those two were my favorites, with Asuho's in second. They have more meaning to me than the others. I was surprised too when I found out that Setsuna didn't have a route. Since she slowly is viewed as a likable person through the different routes, I was almost sure that she was going to have one, but nope. Oh well.

Honestly, I'm not so much into the incest part, but Chinami is pretty much the last main character's route I want to go through. As I mentioned earlier, I really don't like Isuzu, and since I'm not really into lolis, Mare doesn't really interest me, and for some reason I don't care that much about Mostly I'm just interested in her route because of those small moments in the other routes where Chinami becomes serious and shows a strange side of herself that you don't usually see.

Really not regretting skipping Isuzu's route. I saw the H-scenes, and they weren't that great, at least I didn't think they were. Also, I stopped at the part where I also saw the part with Ren, so I didn't really miss that much. On to Chinami. I'll actually play through her route, since even though she's annoying, I like her character.

Yeah, I think I'm just going to skip Isuzu's route. I already know why she's so bitchy, and I'm not really into her character, so there isn't much of a reason for me to actually play through it. I feel slightly guilty, but, meh...not worth it.

Just finished Kosame's route...I didn't like it as much as Komomo's, but it was still pretty good. I thought it was funny how Aaaand on to Isuzu's route. Yay.

Just a warning: the prologue goes on for a while. One of the longest I've seen, actually. It gets pretty repetitive, especially with Chinami, but it's worth it to just sit down and get through it. Glad you like it so far!
