    When #eroge is localized, sometimes cut adult scene and sold on Steam. How do you think about it?  I know there are so many Steam users.

     

     

     

    Lets not get it in a wrong direction. So tweet him that you are fine with a Steam release as long a Uncut version is also available.

    - The era of "Necromancers" has come.
     
    The protagonists, Nagaoka Souun and Kibanohara Ethica, are young "Private Special Living Dead Stalkers". By practicing a special kind of martial art called "Close Quarter Armed Martial Arts", both of them have achieved great heights in their career.
    Out on a mission one day, Souun becomes involved in a fierce battle and meets a young girl. Remembering nothing but her name, "Hougyou Ilia", she has become the target of a mysterious group of necromancers. 
    The ice-cold Tokyo of gunpowder smoke, living dead, crime and cybernetics. Now begins the battle of the living dead stalkers and the heroine with their lives at stake.

    Tokyo Necro looks really interesting from what i have read and seen so far and i hope that JAST is gonna License it next year.

     

     

    Sekai Project depends on crowdfunding entirely too much

    Totaly agree with you on these points. It always annoys me that they keep dodging the questions about unrated versions. Even with or without a kickstarter you have always to read between the lines by VNs from Sekai Projekt if want infos about the unrated version. Its also not a nice way to treat to most loyal Visual Novel fans that made it possible for SP to exist by buying unrated VNs etc in the last couple of years and i think the majority from those who funded grisaia/clannad etc is from this loyal VN fanbase.

    I don't understand what's "unfair" about the root double thing. I'm still okay with using KS for these kinds of things and it's not like they took anyone's money for it already. You've lost nothing so far, so what's unfair about it?

    Well they didnt say anything about a kickstarter so people thought a release is already set in stone. Also western visual novel companys and public relations seems to be a bad combination.

    As the unofficial and self-proclaimed PR manager of the noble The Oxford Comma is Superior Subs (a title which people seem to substitute with such inferior names as "the Noble Works team" for whatever undoubtedly disappointing reason), I can say with certainty that I'm supposed to say something here. However, Keisuke, our de facto leader, while popping in sporadically through various means of telecommunication, is currently hunting bears or something on vacation, so nothing can be said about this Yuzusoft business except that nothing can be said about this Yuzusoft business.

    So should i be concerned or not :P

    Regarding Tenshin Ranman and Yuzusoft: This is a pretty amazing announcement, and my faith in Sekai Project and their continued commitment to releasing eroge is somewhat rejuvenated.  I remain skeptical that any other existing Yuzusoft titles will see English releases, however, since Sekai Project is committed to non-adult releases and other titles don't have non-adult versions in Japan.  But that's besides the point.  Sekai Project announced a title from an extremely popular eroge developer, which previously wasn't interested in the English market, without a fan translation in hand.  That's a major coup.  My guess is they scored this license using their connection to Visual Arts / Key.

     

    Also relevant: 5pb is releasing the Psycho-Pass visual novel exclusive to the X-Box One (in English) because they're insane I guess

    As long i get my 18+ versions out of there licenses they can do as many all-ages versions out of it as they want.

     

    Oh and lol @ X-Box One VN release.
