Windows key + R (or Run... in start menu) Type "cmd" - Hit enter Type "ipconfig /flushdns" - Hit enter Clear your browser caches as well just to be sure. Nosebleed Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 It's working fine for me so I'm pretty sure that's localized. You can also Flush the DNS, nothing wrong with trying. Reason: Your DNS cache stores the locations (IP addresses) of webservers that contain pages which you have recently viewed. Why would they only block Japan? Where i live VNs are much more expensive and mangagamer is still available for me with their lower prices.
