Anything I've really enjoyed. The answer should be obvious.

It was interesting but I dropped it since I find the English fairly unreadable. There are some good parts courtesy of zaka, but they don't salvage the whole thing. And why would I ever read a short EVN if not for good English? https://imgur.com/a/QIf7GFs

Enable skipping unread lines and leave it running in the background, occasionally checking in to make choices. It'll take some time but shouldn't be too much work.

ef, although it may not be so obvious in the first route.
Himanatsu (the lightest of the bunch but not quite moege)
Yosuga no Sora (similar to Natsu no Ame since same director and related brand)
Not sure about suspending disbelief though, some of these have a few supernatural elements.

Reading Lost:Smile reminded me of this thread. I think Meguru fits your criteria pretty well.
-
Ryou in Ikikoi - only in her route, however. See my review on VNDB for details.

Istoria, an (untranslated) VN with the best common route I've ever seen, comes to mind. Barely any "pointless" scenes and no boredom. Good interesting characters, including some depth for the protagonist. Not light- or warmhearted, but rather oppressively depressing throughout.
SpoilerThe endings range from fine to happy, however. With the exception of an avoidable bad end.
However, you might want to avoid my thoughts on it if you don't want to be discouraged from reading the game.

Haruka Kanata (my kewl review)
Ojou-sama Kumikyoku (my less kewl review)
Also seconding Zaka's Mahou Shoujo rec.

And in response to your last question, if I understand you correctly and you want a heroine who is treated by the game as MC and has a lot of parts from her PoV and choices, https://vndb.org/v5746

PROTIP: Do not click on names which don't have the game name to the right. Those are walking spoilers for their game.

I haven't played RWA, but your description of the protag reminds me of G-senjou no Maou.

Izuna Zanshinken- All three heroines - This is an unusual game, in that all three heroines can be considered to be chaotic good. Whether it is Suzuka's devotion to her role as the head of the Kuzuryuu Family, Hikaru's devotion to her sense of justice, or Shinobu's need to act for the sake of the victims of the most depraved crimes, all of them show the signature features of a heroine of this type, acting not out of rote belief but out of a deeply personal moral code.
Hikaru, chaotic good? You can't be serious, she's totally lawful good. The other two do indeed fit quite a bit, thanks to the game avoiding the obligatory "no killing allowed" JP trope.
From me, I can only recommend Mahou Shoujo, though not for a heroine. The female MC is an incredibly based individual that also fits the chaotic good alignment. There are other reasons to recommend it, too...

Wanting Wings and Faraway Feathers isn't exactly a double package because even in the JP release the sequel contains the original game in its entirety.

Ayakashibito has this.

This is the hard part which i need your advices
ただ、本業の冒険者からすれば、
世の中舐めるんじゃないと大きな声で怒るご都合主義な内容。
However, if you reading it from the POV of adventurers
The content of the book is about "Opportunism",speaking in a loud and angry voice/tone with the reader to tell them
"Don't be a leech(weeb ? lol) to society ( or Don't be a boot-licker ?)
"However, if you were to show it to a real adventurer...
They would shout in anger about how naive and convenient this story is."

If I'm not mistaken, there's about an hour of new content in Terra that is focused more on Kagari and why exactly Kotarou fell in love with her. Apparently, the lack of proper buildup between them in Terra was such a common complaint that they decided to rework it in Rewrite+. Actually, I think these scenes were shown by the end of the second season of the anime, so if you watched this abomination, you probably already know them.
Also, there's a route for Kagari from the fandisk, and I'm pretty sure that's it. I looked through cgs after this version came out in Japan, and there wasn't much new at all. For some weird reason some scenes were made a lot more fan-serivicey. There are also a few completely new cgs in Terra, and that's it.
SpoilerThe "lack of proper buildup" is a plot point. Kotarou wonders about it too, then realizes it's due to the events of Moon where said buildup happens. He essentially programmed himself to help Kagari. Also, the first season of the anime is an abomination but the second one is loyal to the game and I found it very enjoyable, it showed so many things that had no visual representation in the VN.

Astraythem: And here come the reason of this post. Let's get this out of the way first, it has a lot of flaws, plot holes and things I really can't agree with. But in the end, it comes out on top of all the ones above to me. Why? Because I was really invested emotionally in this one. The fact that this basically is a whole VN dedicated to a single heroine (who is really great) helped with that. I like MC devoted to a single heroine, and this one take it to another level.「姉さんに恋をして、姉さんも恋をして、姉さんと恋をした」
Unfortunately, like I said at first, it has flaws and things I really couldn't agree with, and some were explained in the very first post of this thread, so I didn't give it that high of a rating, but in the end I still really liked it and I'll probably remember about it for a while. (don't think I'll ever reread it, though. Can't really say it have a good replay value)
While I'm here, to answer the question in the post 5 years ago (though I guess @Funnerific forgot since then, but oh well):You probably forgot since then, but in chapter 3 Doc realized that when two people time travel at the same time at the same point, they fuse together. So basically, Epilogue Tsukumo is the fusion of the MC of chapter 1 and 2 as well as the Tsukumo of this world. They made it happen by sending this world Tsukumo 5 days in the future at the same time as 1999 Tsukumo arrived in the future, making them fuse.
Natsuki, on her end, got to know the truth about everything from Doc's mouth, so she knows about Tsukumo and Onii-chan (got the letter too) and can know accept being with Tsukumo as he's the one for whom she started having feeling for in the world, as well as the Tsukumo she waited for years.
Appreciate the explanation. I was new to Japanese at the time so I probably missed it. This sure is late though wow.

Kotori is pretty unique, so it's a really hard request...
I think my best suggestion would be https://vndb.org/c11642
Not energetic/cheerful, but should fit the other criteria. Sorry if I missed the mark.

Exclusively VNDB.

This game has some BGM with what I think is hip-hop elements, but that's the only hip-hop element it has.
Unless I'm misunderstanding the genre... You can judge the one with the most "influence" for yourself: https://clyp.it/gfzknzot
By the way, Akatoki is my biggest "general" recommendation. A VN that is likely to be enjoyed by the widest possible audience.
VN where heroines temp or seduce the protagonist using money or wealth

I'm not sure it really applies to Koiken Otome, but...
