First off, the image is too small.
Second, the image is too dark. While I can definitely see it, there's little lighting to make any part of it unique.
Third, it doesn't fit well with the background. While contrast is good, if it stands out too much, it becomes a pain in the eyes.
Overall, it feels like an ink stain on white fabric. Get it changed.

We all know the avatar space is small and limited. I'd find it better if your avatar was focused on face and upper torso, rather than trying to fit the entire body in such a small space.
