I've read about it some hours before, but I'm still mostly left speechless... horrible.

Blogs, articles, videos about editing (VN and otherwise)?

But @Plk_Lesiak is quite right when he says that almost anybody here, that could be interested in VNs, knows English already - it is really widespread. So Polish translations of VNs would be curiosity at best. -

If you decide to go with it, please announce it here as well. Maybe I'll finally visit Pyrkon -

Yeah, looks like this. Aftear all, didn't many of us learn their English mostly by playing games? However, as a side note, I'd like to point out that IMO PL fansubs for Toradora were much better than english ones BTW, sometimes I wonder, how many people in Poland read VNs. There definitely aren't many of them. -
Recently I finished School Rumble series (both seasons & OVAs). It was nice love comedy (with emphasis on comedy ) with great characters. There were some serious/more emotional moments well placed here and there as well, and many pariodes/references/easter eggs. Plot was almost nonexistent, and characters relationships haven't progressed too much, but it still was enjoyable ride. Unfortunately ending was really unsatisfying Can't blame animators, as apparently manga ended in the same way - they only can be blamed for turning supposed 3rd season into 2-episode OVA (ep 25 and 26). If it was VN, that would be, maybe not bad end, but one of those "normal ends". So now I demand School Rumble VN, where Kenji could end up with Eri or Yakumo

I just checked out the demo - it's definitely based on PC version.

So, Yotsunoha has been finally released, on SolPress' own shop: https://shop.solpress.co/collections/visual-novels/products/yotsunoha It's all-ages version, with free +18 patch available on pantypress.com (where all SolPress' +18 patches are) I'm glad that they retained all-ages version despite of it being rejected from Steam

Recently I found pretty good deal for Kanon ME on japanese Amazon, so I couldn't resist it. It arrived today - my first PC physical VN

VN to cheer up and relax, with some romance included

Ack! Got ninja'd by @ittaku Was going to recommend it too. Some, that weren't mentioned yet: - Koi iro Chu! Lips - full of tropes, but very sweet - I loved it. - Sakura Sakura - another lighthearted one, loved character design and music. - Tsujidou-san no Jun'ai Road - if you don't mind tsunderes and some over-the-top silliness, try it out. Might check out Majikoi series as well. If you liked Konosora, check out Miagete Goran, Yoozora hoshi o (A Sky Full Of Stars) too. - Sanoba Witch is another very good one. -
When rummaging through Davy Jones' locker, sometimes one can stumble upon a things that are mislabeled as translated Install it, and BOOM - surprise moonrune attack! Or, as to not be so pessimistic, I think DLsite and some other shops have english version, don't they? But this version still sells untranslated games, yet one could be confused by english interface and buy such a game thinking it's translated too.

First part of Koi ni, Kanmi o Soete (Love Sweet Garnish) wasn't exactly great, but I liked it. However, it suffered from having only two routes, so the sequel basically tries to fix that by giving us routes for another two important characters. I almost bought JP version a while ago, so I'm glad that they're translating it (and hope they keep the dual-language feature). But there's still no Chisato's route Maybe in the 3rd part?

Yeah, battle rankings were fun - especially the titles given to losers
-
If memory serves, stats were important for baseball too.

It's just the translation that claims otherwise In original it is just high school, that also has middle-school branch - Aki and Mio are middle-school 3rd years, being one year younger than Shuuji. They're in class 3-A, not 1-F as in translated version That way teams on sports festival make sense (since they all are from A-classes), as well as the writing on Mio's swimsuit in one beach CG, which clearly says "3-A" Yep. But the VN surely has great charm. That's why I started remake project, trying to adapt it to "modern" structure with typical choices system. Old translation with new system is already playable, but it will take some time (year or two at least, I think...) to complete, since I want to also translate the parts that are missing from JAST's translation, and re-edit it a bit.

Anyone have an 18+ Maitetsu 100% save file lying around?

Chrono Clock also has all h-scenes in "after-stories" unlocked after completing the routes, accesible from main menu. -
Yes, exactly that. Good luck with LB! Well, what can I say - I think the spoiler saying just is very vague and even might be a bit inaccurate, so don't let it bother you too much. You might be surprised Assume you still don't know much (I won't say anything more, just read it )
-
It's vague enough that it shouldn't spoil it too much for you. I think you can read the VN "safely". I've encountered similar kind of spoiler about Clannad before reading it, yet still I enjoyed it tremendously, and it's highest rated VN on my list. There's difference between knowing what happens in the story, and experiencing it through reading.

Yeah, that's what I meant - 2 out of 3 titles they put on Steam are originally All-ages. Also, LWR had all-ages JP version for PS2. Isn't Steam version based on that? All other titles from JAST catalog are +18, without all-ages Steam versions. So the idea that they would make one for SnU seems unlikely, considering SnU content.
-
Are there JAST games on Steam? I certainly recognize some titles from MG, but I was under impression that JAST sold their games only at their own storefront. ********** Okay, there are three - S;G, Littlewitch Romanesque Editio Regia and SoniComi. But it looks like most of the times they didn't bother to make separate all-ages versions for Steam. And Saya no Uta doesn't look like good candidate for that
-
Wow, I'm really looking forward to Majikoi official TL - I'm really curious how JAST does it.
-
Well, if they do proper TL, I might even buy it

Like I speculated before, japanese text probably didn't have any pronouns in those problematic lines - that's why they didn't code gender differentiation for replacable characters. Unfortunately that doesn't work in English. Translator had to insert pronouns, and since they didn't have two versions available - it ended up with "them"
