I'm not sure about increasing the encounter rate but it tends to have more enemy spawns when doing jobs like Extermination, Elimination, and Defend. Later on you'll have access to Demon Hunt and Dragon Hunt where there are tons of enemies wherever you go.

I didn't really know that there was that much relation about the two. It was only labeled as same setting so I though just a few characters will make an appearance. Thinking back I do believe it would've broken me at the bad ends, especially where Kazuna was involved and Hatsune swooped right in. Lesson learned; play what was released first, always.

I've always believed that parents of the protagonist is nothing but a myth. Mind=Blown They must have a lot of budget I just finished the True End of Cartagra and I just can't help to compare it with Kara no Shoujo. They're both good but some stuff really bothered me in Cartagra. I still didn't get enough Hatsune in both games.

I actually liked her as a heroine as well since she has a good head on her shoulders. She's also hardworking so that's another plus but her being proactive was too much for my taste. Even now I still don't fully understand what in the world happened in her route. So if SR does get picked, people should prepare to have their minds broken. Well maybe it's just me and my overreacting about this kind of things.

Yeah I'll also say that go for this one. Although the only routes that have Jealousy as part of the story are Rise's and Chiho's. That being said, it's only part of it and not the main conflict, I think.

Yeah it was a good read but I had some strange problems with the first route I finished, which is Fal's. The ending kinda broke my mind a bit so I decided to stay away from it for a while. If it gets picked this month then I guess that'll be the reason why I'll pick it up again. Although I'll still get to it even if it doesn't get picked, just a bit later. Thanks for the heads up. I don't really know what timezone but I don't need an exact time for this kind of thing anyway.

Welp I have SR and Konosora here in my laptop and yet I'm voting for YMK. I've already read SR but only one route so far and I'm missing 2 routes from Konosora. Cheers to me wanting to needlessly burn my time more. #Thuglyf On another note; when will the voting end?

Yeah I've heard a lot of good things about this VN but I also heard there was some sort of strange difficulty in the game. I don't hate sci-fi (woot Steins;Gate) so I'll probably give this one a go. That said, I'm not really a fan of sci-fi so I might get lost in the concepts. Nevertheless, I'll still go for this. I've heard too much good things about this game so I guess this'll be the final push. Although I might not be able to burn my time on this for now. 80+ hours is a really good amount of time so I'll think about when I'll be able to read this one. Thank you very much for this one! I have high expectations on this due to the massive amount of praise it has so I hope I won't be disappointed on this. On another note, I heard there'll be a remake on it that'll be released this year. It says that they will have some similar staff involved. Uhh is it any good? A 6.57 score on VNDB should mean something pretty bad.

Welcome to the forums! Uhm I see you have quite the unique taste in VNs. Well I'll respect that since we all have our own preferences. Btw nice voice. I listened to some and I enjoyed it. I don't really have a YT account so I can't follow hahaha

Welp I'm sorta inactive for a while so I guess I'll throw in an update on what I did this week besides spamming Moemon I think I said it somewhere here before but I was playing Eien no Aselia. The gameplay and concept is good and all with the interesting culture of the 'other world' but the story and characters are lacking. Next up is Kara no Shoujo. This is the first mystery VN I've ever read so I'm quite inexperienced with this genre but I believe that it was a good read. At the very least I enjoyed it and it was entertaining. The investigation and inference parts are a really good feature. It makes it more interesting for the reader to do something to solve the cases but it's somewhat unforgiving. If you miss one important thing then you'll probably end up in a bad end. Btw it has tons of bad ends so the people who enjoy those should give it a go. Lastly is Bunny Black. Looking back, I think all of these has gameplay involved one way or another. Didn't really aim for it but oh well. There wasn't a serious plot on this one so I won't talk about it much but I'll say that it is really entertaining. A bit of warning tho, it's full of rape. I'm not really a fan of it (I hate it as a matter of fact) but it seemed so . . . natural in the game. I think that's a plus? Well onto the gameplay, which is its main feature. It's a dungeon-crawling style RPG so expect a lot of walking in the darkness. The battles don't really require much effort since you're limited to controlling only one unit and the others have AI, albeit a really bad AI. Although giving general commands such as its playstyle could help it slightly. As for the difficulty, it's really easy tbh. At first you might have some problems since you're still trying to get used to it but before the mid point until the end is pretty much a breeze. I started it with the easiest difficulty since the game suggested it but not really needed much. Although don't go for the highest difficulty since the starting enemies damage like crazy at the start. My second playthrough had the highest difficulty but it didn't really give the impression of unbeatable. So yeah it needs a bit of balancing but it's still a good game. Don't expect much from the story tho. It suddenly turned into "What did you play?" so I'll give in on what I'm playing atm. Currently playing Cartagra. Main reason is because there's not enough Hatsune in Kara no Shoujo. Secondary reason is because I want to see more of the comedic couple (Shugo and his wife) and I'm enjoying it. Strangely enough, I find the UI better even if it's released earlier. And the fullscreen shift is better for me for some reason.

Shikomizue's Request: For some reason I can't blend the character well :/ Idk if it's because I'm not used to using this style or I just plain suck. Btw I used 1920 for the size because of windows' compression. It should work on 1366 display

(Not sure if this matters but I'll put it here just in case.) My computer's resolution is 1366 x 768. I feel like I owe you in a way, if there's anything you need I'll try to help any way I can. Well can you specify what's the 'theme' should I go for? I'm pretty sure Corpse Party has tons of gore and using the render along those lines is possible but I haven't tried anything like that before. And as you can see, my default style is all cutesy and flowery. So yeah how do you want me to make it?

That ending really made me wish there were more bad/neutral ends in Comyu; bit of a shame there's only one, really. Well they are called bad ends so making them slightly less than good wouldn't cut it. Still, I didn't like 'em. Grisaia's bad ends are also screwed up but I'll stop here. Stahp the feels. I think it being the only one in the whole VN also makes it count. If they put up more neutral/bad ends then it might feel less special imo.

Well that clears it up. I was wondering why there wasn't a complete patch in the VNDB. I didn't read anything besides Houzuki's so I didn't notice the machine TL.

That's weird. The patch I have of Sharin's FD has a complete English translation, I think. At the very least the start of the heroines' routes are in English. Idk but Touka's, Eri's and Natsumi's route are fully translated. I'll skip through the routes and see if it's incomplete. Edit: Confirmed that the whole thing is translated. I have no idea where I got the patch since VNDB says it's only partially translated. Edit 2: I checked TLWiki and it says that it's translated but it didn't go through Editing and QC. Idk if the patch there includes the heroines' routes tho..

You'll probably add Flutterz in any way possible so I request a story of yourself huehuehue
