Maybe not a preferable solution, but if you really have tried all troubleshootings and still failed to run it normally, how about "downgrading" your OS? This OS is still in its infancy, compatibility problem will always haunt you, mainly when opening/playing old apps.

Okay, for the previous question, I have to translate it something along this "You're not the one (who should decide) to refuse me/it.", then? I think it's more like the council president's "I refuse" meaning that he refused Astronomy Club's refusal of accepting the council's request (if Airi were to accept Sou's forceful words). Am I wrong? For the last two questions, 1) Really, that's the only context I have. In short, the Vice President was saying that Nagisa is "築いています"-ing an impregnable position within the school. Looking at her previous sentence, It is a rather indirect saying that she's 築いています-ing something (which is Hanamiya Club by making good use of it as an intelligent bureau of some sort). That's why Sou asked, "Senpai, what exactly are you 築いちゃってる-ing?". Then Nagisa anwered by saying "A group of lovely boys and girls." You can see that boys and girls here refer to Hanamiya Club's members. The next Kenny asked, "Wasn't it a fan club?". Lastly, the vice president answered, "At first it seemed to be the purpose of the club, but nowadays they move as she wishes them to, as a special intelligent bureau.". I also think to translate it as building up the time I read Vice President's first sentences. But, when Nagisa answered Sou's question by "A group of lovely boys and girls.", building up would sound weird, right? That's when I decided to ask your help. What should I translate 築いています and 築いちゃってるんですか into? 2) Long story short, the vice president was describing astronomy club's member one by one. When she was describing Sou, she just described him 適当に . Sou asked her to add Sou's good points on her description. She asked him, "how about the one having Tsukkomi role in the club?". Of course she meant tsukkomi as "to retort" here. After some chatters (which doesn't really give any context for my question), you get the conversation I'm asking, mainly talking about Sou's Tsukkomi ability. For now I'm translating it as: Nagisa 「If a rumor saying "he goes around and does tsukkomi in various places" were to spread, he would instantly be known as "Sou the Tsukkomi man"」 Airi 「That's right, he would look so cool just like in a Yankee manga, wouldn't he.」 Sou 「Wait, you two in there …… If you two go spreading such a rumor, I'll tsukkomu (stick) something outrageous into that mouth of yours!」 It's clear that Nagisa and Airi were being ambigous on purpose. You can see that it's hard to translate tsukkomi here without a TL note.

In the first place, is there any general things to dfferentiate between "dumb" and "smart" creatures? After all they're different, have their own habit, pattern of thinking (if they do think), instinct, also their own pluses and minuses. Maybe they're "dumb" in doing some things, but maybe they're "smart" in doing some other things. Even in humans, each individual is different. There are some of them who excel in cooking, or doing sports, or singing, acting, or other things. Just because they can't solve an arithmetic or algebraic problem, then will all of them be called as "dumb"? Hmm, I'm not sure about Wikipedia. After all, everyone can edit Wiki's entries.
